1、3.涂層間結(jié)合力測(cè)試The objective of this test procedure is to detect problems with adhesion at the earliest possible stage and thereby prevent potentially very large problem showing up later in the coating process.該測(cè)試的目的是通過(guò)的結(jié)合力測(cè)試盡可能早的發(fā)現(xiàn)結(jié) 合力問(wèn)題,防止今后油漆在擔(dān)保期內(nèi)發(fā)生潛在的問(wèn)題。The procedure described here is mandatory for a
2、ll class 0 Ballast and Cargo Tank Coatings. This applies not only when application is carry out at newbuilding block stage, but also during in-situ applications at either newbuilding or M&R. The test is described in detail in the Worldwide Marine Technical Bulletin Number T6 of January 1995.在此描述的工藝是

Two tests are required per bl

Common sense should prevail. As a guide you may try one test per 500m2, b

10、tsThe test results given by the pictorial guide may vary from 0-5, as follows:0 = No adhesion. This is an adhesion failure, where no force is required to split the coatings and the backs offlakes are clean.= Very poor adhesion. Little force is required to splitthe coating and the backs of flakes are
11、 clean.= Poor adhesion. The backs of flakes are clean.= Acceptance adhesion. The backs of flakes are show bit of each coating.= Good adhesion.= Excellent adhesion. 12、外力既可以是油漆玻 璃,而且漆片背面是干凈的。=可接受結(jié)合力。漆片背面呈現(xiàn)少量的各涂層油漆。=好的結(jié)合力。=非常好的結(jié)合力。不可能去區(qū)分各涂層。The tests have to be carried out when the coating has hardened sufficiently to allow it, however, you should note that results will vary with cure and it is possible thatcoatings may tighten up with time and produce better resul
13、ts. You experience and common sense will indicate where this is the case.
