1、聲學(xué)經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)任職要求聲學(xué)經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)外資聲學(xué)測(cè)試設(shè)備銷售經(jīng)理Key Function and Responsibilities:Support existing and drive future Telecom-Audio business at a select set of Telecom-Audio accounts in mainland ChinaResponsible for identifying, developing and driving new business opportunities at established and new accounts, in add

2、ition to growing the existing businessResponsible for meeting targeted sales and orders goals and specific objectives at individual accounts and in aggregateCollaborate with other members of the Global Telecom-Audio Team to share best practices and cross-account opportunitiesActs as the interface be

3、tween customers and companys engineering, sales, manufacturing and logistics functionsBuilds strong relationships with OEM account key personnel (in purchasing, engineering, operations, senior management, etc.) to forge a cooperative partnershipWorks constructively with operations, engineering and p

6、t reporting on key accounts, including orders and sales forecasts, account-review presentations, trip reports on all major customer visits, consistent sales activity reporting in CRM, and other information as requestedJob Requirements:Requires BS in Physics, Engineering, or other related science fie

Advanced degree in audio related discipline preferred.Trained in strategic, key account selling techniques such as Miller-Heiman5+ years of applicable sales experience in the mobile phone or audio product industryKnowledgeable in audio and/or mobile phone testing preferredExperienced in the mana

8、gement of a complex portfolio of productsand accountsDemonstrated ability to penetrate and develop large accounts; track record of successful account growthExceptional understanding of all phases of the sales cycle. Preferred experience in strategic selling sales methodology.Excellent communication

9、and negotiation skills in English, verbal, written and electronic (MS office and CRM)Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and set and achieve goals/objectivesHighly self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work autonomouslyChina mainland location, preferably in the Sha

19、職要求聲學(xué)研發(fā)工程師崗位職責(zé)工作職責(zé):1、配合資深工程師完成產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì);2、跟進(jìn)產(chǎn)品的制程、良率及可靠性等改善;3、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)文件和圖紙的制作和發(fā)放;4、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的測(cè)試,分析和相關(guān)報(bào)告;5、負(fù)責(zé)成熟產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)方面客戶效勞。任職資格:1、碩士及以上學(xué)歷;2、聲學(xué)、電子、物理等專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮。聲學(xué)研發(fā)工程師崗位篇3:聲學(xué)仿真崗位職責(zé)任職要求 聲學(xué)仿真崗位職責(zé)崗位職責(zé):根據(jù)公司研發(fā)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,主導(dǎo)聲學(xué)NPI方案評(píng)估,評(píng)審和疑難問 題的解決,通過在聲學(xué)領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)突破和形態(tài)創(chuàng)新,使得聲學(xué)研發(fā)能力 持續(xù)領(lǐng)先同行水平。具體職責(zé):1、負(fù)責(zé)聲學(xué)產(chǎn)品方案制定,評(píng)審,量產(chǎn)優(yōu)化,疑難問題分析等工作2、負(fù)責(zé)前沿技術(shù)的調(diào)研和

20、新技術(shù)方案的預(yù)研工作3、主動(dòng)構(gòu)思未來的產(chǎn)品及創(chuàng)新等工作4、洞察行業(yè)趨勢(shì)和市場(chǎng)需求,制定符合企業(yè)開展的聲學(xué)專業(yè)技術(shù) 路線,并指導(dǎo)開發(fā)工作5、整理和匯總開發(fā)文檔、撰寫聲學(xué)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),發(fā)表期刊論文,傳授 聲學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)崗位要求:1、8年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),聲學(xué)、硬件等相關(guān)專業(yè),本科及本科以上學(xué) 歷。2、有音響行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先、具備豐富的電視音箱方案、多 媒體音箱、專業(yè)音箱開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn);3、精通聲學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)原理(含單元設(shè)計(jì)和腔體設(shè)計(jì));4、精通聲學(xué)仿真工具,掌握語音識(shí)別麥克風(fēng)聲學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì);5、了解行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)及趨勢(shì),對(duì)前沿技術(shù)具有較高的敏銳度;6、具有良好溝通能力和執(zhí)行能力、具有良好團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和當(dāng)責(zé)精 神;崗位職責(zé):根據(jù)公司研發(fā)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,主導(dǎo)聲學(xué)NPI方
