1、69/70高蓋山隧道級洞身開挖及支護施工技術交底編 制：復 核：審 核：日 期：高蓋山隧道級洞身開挖及支護施工技術交底1。工程及地質概況新建向莆鐵路FA標段的高蓋山隧道出口位于永泰縣富泉鄉(xiāng)七際村。本隧道為雙洞單線,左線：DK72+640D48+45,長度為0m，出口里程48345,內(nèi)軌頂面高31。048m；右線：YDK47260YD480+347，長度為77,出口里程YDK480+347，內(nèi)軌頂面高3。079m,隧道出口位于半徑5000m的緩和曲線上。高蓋山隧道出口洞口屬于淺埋段，埋深較淺.隧道左線DK480+34529，右線YK803+283段為級圍巖,巖性為白堊系寨下組上段（Kz2)肉紅色

2、石泡流紋巖，巖體較堅硬，完整性較好，節(jié)理裂隙不發(fā)育，地下水較豐富.全強風化厚約1m。2施工方案施工中以“管超前、短進尺、弱爆破、嚴注漿、強支護、早封閉、勤量測”為原則,確保施工安全,保證工程質量。開挖方式采用人工配合挖掘機開挖為主，弱爆破為輔進行開挖；挖掘機配合小型裝載機裝碴，自卸汽車出碴.初期支護采用風鉆打眼,人工配合開挖平臺安裝鋼拱架、錨桿及掛設鋼筋網(wǎng),濕噴機噴射砼施工.3.施工技術3。1正臺階法開挖3。1。正臺階開挖法施工工藝流程（1)正臺階開挖法可分為以下主要步驟:上部臺階開挖，施做拱部初期支護；下臺階左右錯開開挖，施做邊墻部初期支護;隧底開挖，施做隧底初期支護。每部開挖后均應及時支護

3、,隧底初期支護后應及時施做仰拱，盡早封閉成環(huán)。(2)正臺階開挖法的施工工藝流程圖如下：測量放樣 超前支護 上臺階開挖,施做拱部初期支護否 斷面檢查滿足圍巖穩(wěn)定性評判、修正支護參數(shù)下臺階左右錯開開挖，施做初期支護 分段開挖隧底，施做初期支護施做仰拱施做仰拱填充正臺階開挖法施工工藝流程3.1.施工作業(yè)（）采用正臺階開挖法施工，應將超前地質預報納入施工工序,并根據(jù)工程水文地質變化情況，及時調整臺階長度或施工方法,采取相應的技術措施，及早封閉成環(huán),保證施工安全。()正臺階開挖法施工應符合下列要求:以機械開挖為主,必要時輔以弱爆破；上臺階應沿開挖輪廓線開挖,開挖后及時支護；下臺階分左右錯開平行開挖,平行

4、施做初期支護，初期支護銜接緊密，及時封閉成環(huán)；仰拱緊跟下臺階,及時閉合構成穩(wěn)固的支護體系;施工過程通過監(jiān)控量測，掌握圍巖和支護的變形情況，及時調整支護參數(shù)和預留變形量,保證施工安全；完善洞內(nèi)臨時防排水系統(tǒng)，防止地下水浸泡拱墻腳基礎。（3)正臺階開挖法施工步驟第1步，上臺階開挖：在拱部超前支護后進行，開挖上臺階,開挖循環(huán)進尺應根據(jù)初期支護鋼架間距確定，最大不得超過。8m(鋼架設計間距為。8),開挖后應及時進行噴、錨、網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)支護，架設鋼架，在鋼架拱腳以上30m高度處，緊貼鋼架兩側邊沿按下傾角30打設一對鎖腳錨桿(管）,長度為5,鎖腳錨桿(管）與鋼架牢固焊接，復噴砼至設計厚度。第2、3步,下臺階左、

5、右側馬口開挖:開挖進尺應根據(jù)初期支護鋼架間距確定，最大不得超過.8m（鋼架設計間距為0。8m）,左右側馬口錯開最小距離為m,開挖后立即初噴m砼,及時進行噴、錨、網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)支護，接長鋼架,在鋼架墻腳以上3cm高度處,緊貼鋼架兩側邊沿按下傾30打設一對鎖腳錨桿（管），長度為5,鎖腳錨桿與鋼架牢固焊接，復噴砼至設計厚度.第4步,隧底開挖：每循環(huán)開挖長度宜為23m，開挖后及時施做仰拱初期支護，完成兩個隧底開挖、支護循環(huán)后,然后及時施做仰拱及二次襯砌。3。13爆破設計3。13設計參數(shù)詳見專項鉆爆設計施工交底3.。.2爆破施工流程爆破設計與設計審批 配備專業(yè)施爆人員 爆區(qū)放樣用機械或人工清除施爆區(qū)覆蓋層和強風

6、化巖面布孔 鉆孔 爆破器材檢查與測驗 炮孔檢查與廢碴清除 裝藥并安裝引爆器材布置安全崗和撤出施爆區(qū)及飛石、強地震波影響區(qū)內(nèi)的施工人員起爆 清除瞎炮解除警戒 裝、運洞碴。313。3相關技術要求、相關作業(yè)人員必須嚴格貫徹執(zhí)行鉆爆設計的主題思想。因圍巖變化或其他客觀需要調整鉆爆參數(shù)，必須經(jīng)過主管技術人員認可。2、光面爆破標準斷面輪廓與設計輪廓基本一致,兩茬炮錯臺不得大于5m；周邊眼痕跡保存率硬巖不小于%，中硬巖不小于7,軟巖不小于60；杜絕欠挖,嚴格控制超挖量，使其控制在規(guī)范允許范圍內(nèi);、周邊眼位置必須布設在斷面輪廓線上，間距35m，允許誤差5c.4、鉆眼力求“準、平、齊”確保鉆眼深度一致,深度允許

7、誤差5cm。5、爆破工裝藥應按鉆爆設計進行,不得人為隨意增減藥量，準確控制起爆順序及周邊眼裝藥量，周邊眼必須采用2卷，對于圍巖堅硬地段可適當增加一卷作為底藥,所有炮孔均應用炮泥塞，以保證爆破效果.爆破工裝藥前應檢查鉆眼質量，對不合格孔眼有權要求開挖工重鉆，直至符合要求為止。、測量人員必須精確控制斷面中線、標高,準確描繪斷面輪廓線。3.正臺階法初期支護初期支護由C25網(wǎng)噴砼、錨桿、鋼筋網(wǎng)和鋼架等組成，各部分聯(lián)合受力。初期支護應在開挖后立即施做，以保證圍巖的自然承載力，其施工工藝流程:開挖清理巖面初噴砼封閉巖面施做系統(tǒng)錨桿,掛鋼筋網(wǎng)安裝鋼拱架復噴砼至設計厚度量測數(shù)據(jù)分析、反饋初期支護施工工藝流程3

8、2。1初噴砼封閉巖面：初噴砼應在開挖后立即進行。用高壓風自上而下吹凈巖面,埋設控制噴射砼厚度的標志釘。工作面滴水或淋水時，宜采用鉆孔埋管做好引排水。大面積潮濕的巖面宜采用粘結性強的砼,通過添加外加劑,摻和劑改善砼性能,也可采用干噴形式快速封閉滲水巖面.噴射砼必須滿足設計強度、厚度及其與巖面粘結力要求 。噴射作業(yè)應分段分片依次進行，噴射作業(yè)從拱腳或墻腳自下而上進行,作業(yè)時應避免上部噴射回彈料虛掩拱（墻）腳;先找平凹洼部分.后噴射凸出部分，各部平順連接。噴頭應與受噴面垂直，噴嘴口至受噴面距離宜保持在。61。2m，沿水平方向以螺旋形畫圓移動。3。2系統(tǒng)錨桿、鋼筋網(wǎng)施做應符合下列要求：初噴砼后應及時施

9、做錨桿,錨桿必須設置墊板。隧道拱部系統(tǒng)錨桿為中空注漿錨桿,邊墻采用砂漿錨桿。鋼筋網(wǎng)采用環(huán)縱向為8m鋼筋，網(wǎng)格尺寸20cm2m，搭接長度為1個網(wǎng)格或20cm,網(wǎng)片間采用焊接方式連接。鋼筋網(wǎng)隨受噴面起伏鋪設，其間隙不應大于3c,鋼筋網(wǎng)應與錨桿、鋼架連接牢固，且鋼筋保護層厚度不小于4cm。3.2.安裝鋼架應符合下列要求：拱部單元安裝工序：放樣確定鋼架基腳位置施做定位錨桿架設鋼架布設縱向連接筋。墻部單元安裝工序：墻腳部位鋪設槽鋼墊板施做定位錨桿對應拱部單元架設墻部鋼架單元布設縱向連接筋.拱、墻部鋼架單元宜采用栓接的方式連接。加強鋼架拱（墻）腳鎖腳錨桿(管)施工,各臺階每單元鋼架拱（墻）腳以上30cm高

10、度處，緊貼鋼架兩側邊沿按下傾角0打設4根鎖腳錨桿（管）,鎖腳錨桿（管）與鋼架牢固焊接，以控制基腳變形。鋼架拱(墻）腳應架設在穩(wěn)定的基巖上或底部鋪墊槽鋼，以保證鋼架基礎穩(wěn)固；鋼架間距、橫向位置和高程與設計位置偏差不超過5，垂直度允許偏差;鋼架應與縱向連接筋、鎖腳錨桿焊接牢固,鋼架與圍巖的間隙不應大于5m.3。24噴射砼厚度應符合設計要求,二次復噴砼應分層噴射，每層厚度宜為56m。噴射砼表面應平順，無空鼓、裂縫、酥松,平整度宜采用2靠尺檢查，允許偏差為邊墻5cm、拱部7cm。3.3正臺階法仰拱施工1、隧底開挖應采用全幅分段施工,上面鋪設仰拱棧橋，每循環(huán)開挖長度宜控制在m以內(nèi)。當仰拱施工滯后下部臺階

11、開挖面04m時，應停止前方工作面開挖或短距離跳槽進行隧底開挖。短距離跳槽的次數(shù)不得多余次，每次跳槽間隔不得大于1。2、隧底開挖后，應及時清除虛渣、雜物、泥漿、積水，立即初噴4c厚砼封閉巖面,按照設計要求安裝仰拱鋼架，復噴砼至設計厚度,使初期支護及時閉合成環(huán)。3、仰拱應超前拱墻襯砌,仰拱砼應分段全幅澆注,一次成型,不留縱向施工縫,仰拱環(huán)向施工縫和變形縫應設置止水帶。仰拱表面應平順，不積水。4、仰拱填充砼應在仰拱砼終凝后澆筑,澆筑前應清除仰拱表面的雜物和積水，連續(xù)澆筑，一次成型，不留縱向施工縫.填充砼強度達到設計強度的100后允許車輛通行。仰拱填充表面坡度應符合設計要求，應平順、排水通暢、不積水。

12、4.施工控制要點1、正臺階法施工應做好工序銜接。工序安排應緊湊，盡量減少圍巖暴露時間，避免因長時間暴露引起圍巖失穩(wěn)。初期支護應及時封閉成環(huán)，全斷面初期支護閉合時間宜控制在15d左右，有條件時應盡量縮短閉合時間；仰拱應超前施做，仰拱距上臺階開挖工作面宜控制在3040m，鋪設防水板、二次襯砌等后續(xù)工作應及時進行；二次襯砌距仰拱宜保持倍以上襯砌循環(huán)作業(yè)長度，但不得大于50m。2、在滿足作業(yè)空間和臺階穩(wěn)定的前提下,應盡量縮短臺階長度,核心土長度應控制在3，寬度宜為隧道開挖寬度的1/31/2。3、正臺階法開挖施工應嚴格控制開挖長度,根據(jù)圍巖地質情況,合理確定循環(huán)進尺,每次開挖長度不得超過1.m；開挖后立

13、即初噴4m砼，以減少圍巖暴露時間。4、嚴格按設計要求施做超前支護,控制好超前支護外插角,嚴格按注漿工藝加固地層，保證隧道開挖在超前支護的保護下施工.、隧道周邊部位應預留3cm人工開挖，其余部位宜采用機械開挖,局部需要爆破時，必須采用弱爆破,不得超挖。施工時應嚴格控制裝藥量，減少對圍巖的擾動。、下臺階左右側開挖應錯開，嚴禁對開，左右側錯開最小距離為5m.7、鋼架應嚴格按設計及規(guī)范要求加工制作和架設。鋼架應架設在堅實基面上，嚴禁拱(墻)腳懸空或用虛渣回填。鋼架應與鎖腳錨桿（管)焊接牢固。8、隧道超挖部位必須回填密實，嚴禁初期支護背后存在空洞.必要時初期支護背后應進行充填注漿,保證初期支護與圍巖密貼

14、.9、施工過程中可采用增加拱(墻）腳鎖腳錨桿（管)、增設鋼架拱（墻）腳部位縱向連接筋、擴大拱(墻）腳初期支護基礎及增設拱（墻）腳槽鋼墊板等增強拱（墻)腳承載力等措施控制變形。10、應加強監(jiān)控量測工作，根據(jù)量測結果，及時調整支護參數(shù),確定二次襯砌施做時間，進行信息化施工管理.1、應完善洞內(nèi)臨時防排水系統(tǒng)，嚴禁積水浸泡拱（墻）腳及在施工現(xiàn)場漫流，防止基底承載力降低。當?shù)貙雍看髸r，上臺階開挖工作面附近宜開挖橫向水溝,將水引至隧道中部或兩側排水溝排出洞外.必要時應配合井點降水等措施，降低地下水位至隧道仰拱以下,確保施工順利進行。反坡施工時應設置集水坑集中抽排。12、隧道施工應加強洞內(nèi)通風，作業(yè)環(huán)境
