1、見(jiàn)習(xí)生管理?xiàng)l例Intern Management Rules見(jiàn)習(xí)生定義 Definition of Intern見(jiàn)習(xí)生是指,根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需要我公司向上海外企服務(wù)公司(為上海市政府指定的見(jiàn)習(xí)基地) (如下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)外服)申請(qǐng),由外服向我公司派出的見(jiàn)習(xí)生。見(jiàn)習(xí)生與外服簽訂見(jiàn)習(xí)合同。見(jiàn)習(xí) 期間,由上海市勞動(dòng)和社會(huì)保障局為見(jiàn)習(xí)生辦理見(jiàn)習(xí)綜合保險(xiǎn)”,見(jiàn)習(xí)生在見(jiàn)習(xí)期間如發(fā)生 意外人身傷害事故,按上海市勞動(dòng)和社會(huì)保障局規(guī)定統(tǒng)一由保險(xiǎn)公司進(jìn)行理賠;在見(jiàn)習(xí)期間, 由上海市人民政府每月發(fā)給見(jiàn)習(xí)生一定的生活補(bǔ)貼費(fèi);按照崗位規(guī)定,我公司將予以一定的 見(jiàn)習(xí)補(bǔ)貼。Intern is dispatched by FESCO (S
2、hanghai Intern Base Designated by Shanghai Municipal Government) at the request of our company. The interns will sign internship contract with the FESCO. During the internship period, Shanghai Labor and Social Insurance Bureau will purchase“Internship Comprehensive Insurance” for the interns. In cas
3、e of accidental physical injury during the internship period, it will be compensated by the Shanghai Labor and Social Insurance Bureau; during the internship period, the Shanghai municipal government will compensate the intern s living subsidy; as per the position requirement, DNAF will offer certai
4、n amount of internship allowance.見(jiàn)習(xí)生管理 Intern Management1.入職和試用期規(guī)定Enrollment and Probation口入職需提供有關(guān)資料,涉及畢業(yè)證書(shū)、身份證復(fù)印件、上下班路線、緊急聯(lián)系人等 信,息 Need to provide related materials, including graduate certificate, ID copies, commute route, emergency contact, etc.口需要與公司簽訂行為準(zhǔn)則和保密合同,并遵守公司有關(guān)規(guī)定。Need to sign Code ofCond
5、uct and Confidentiality Agreement with DNAF, and shall follow the related rules.口試用期為1個(gè)月。試用期評(píng)估由直接上司、部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)人和HR經(jīng)理確認(rèn)。若試用期 業(yè)績(jī)合格,繼續(xù)留用;若未能通過(guò)試用期評(píng)估,公司將告知外服終結(jié)該見(jiàn)習(xí)生的差 遣。The probation period will be one month. The probation evaluation will be made by direct supervisor, department head and HR manager. If the prob
6、ation performance is qualified, the intern will be retained; if the performance is disqualified, the internship contract will be terminated.口人力資源部和見(jiàn)習(xí)生主管視工作需要安排見(jiàn)習(xí)生參與必須的入職培訓(xùn)。hr Department and Intern Supervisor will arrange the intern s necessary orientation training based on the intern s work requirem
7、ent.工作時(shí)間 Work Time :口 工作時(shí)間 8: 30AM-17: 30PM ,實(shí)行上下班打卡制度 Working time is 8:30-17:30, and need to clock in and clock out.口 遲到、早退管理:遲到,根據(jù)其每日基本工資扣除遲屆時(shí)間的工資。每月遲到超過(guò) 3次,則作為曠工解決,扣除相應(yīng)的遲屆時(shí)間的原則工資的3倍工資。早退,根據(jù) 其每日基本工資扣除缺勤時(shí)間的工資。Management of being Late, Early Leave and Overtime: In case of being late for work, his/h
8、er pay will be deducted accordingly based on his/her daily pay rate. In case of being late more than 3 times, the fourth time will be treated as absence without cause and the pay will be deducted triple daily pay rate for the period of absence. In case of early leave, his/her pay will also be deduct
9、ed accordingly based on daily pay rate.口加班:原則上,公司不鼓勵(lì)加班。如果由于業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)定需要加班,應(yīng)當(dāng)事先填寫(xiě)加班 工作申請(qǐng)并且獲得上司批準(zhǔn),或如果上司不在辦公室,口頭告知上司,并且事后需 要得到上司的簽字確認(rèn);否則不計(jì)為加班時(shí)間。加班津貼支付根據(jù)政府有關(guān)政策: 平日加班,按見(jiàn)習(xí)生本人小時(shí)工資原則的150%支付;周日、周六加班,一方面應(yīng)選擇代休,不能代休的,按見(jiàn)習(xí)生本人小時(shí)工資原則的200%支付;法定休假節(jié)日加班, 按見(jiàn)習(xí)生本人小時(shí)工資原則的300%支付。 Overtime: In principle, the companydoesnt encourag
10、e overtime work. In case of work overtime for business requirement, the intern shall fill out the Overtime Application Form and shall get the supervisors approval in advance. In case the supervisor is not in the office, the application shall be made orally, and shall get the writing approval from th
11、e supervisor afterwards. Otherwise it will not be calculated as overtime. The overtime allowance will be offered based on government policies: overtime in working day, the overtime pay will be 1.5 times of his/her hourly pay rate; overtime on Saturday and Sunday, the overtime pay will be 2 times of
12、his/her hourly pay rate; overtime work on statutory holiday, the overtime will be paid triple the hourly pay rate.假期規(guī)定Leave :口休假Leave:通過(guò)主管批準(zhǔn),可申請(qǐng)休假,但一次性休假不可超過(guò)5天,全年合計(jì)不 超過(guò)12天。如有特殊狀況需要解決個(gè)人或家庭事務(wù)請(qǐng)假超過(guò)上述規(guī)定天數(shù)的,由 部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)人和人力資源部負(fù)責(zé)人共同判斷與否予以批準(zhǔn)。休假期間不享有見(jiàn)習(xí)補(bǔ)貼。Upon approval of the supervisor, the intern can take days of
