We need to further understand the construction unit。從會(huì)議了解到的內(nèi)容配套資金是中小河流專項(xiàng)資金（中央）和地方財(cái)政配套資金（縣政府）。還款主體是以興墊公司的名義來(lái)還，但資金由財(cái)政出。還款主體是業(yè)主還款，還款資金是由財(cái)政部門進(jìn)行撥款。貸款資金安排是不分開(kāi)進(jìn)行資金分配。到時(shí)候統(tǒng)一進(jìn)行安排。資金流申請(qǐng)資

Account established in the owner company.關(guān)于污水方面內(nèi)容高峰鎮(zhèn)、高安鎮(zhèn)暫未收取污水處理費(fèi)，高峰鎮(zhèn)計(jì)劃2018年開(kāi)始收取污水處理費(fèi)按用水量每噸收取1.3元，高安鎮(zhèn)沒(méi)有污水收取費(fèi)用內(nèi)容；周嘉鎮(zhèn)污水費(fèi)涉及沿路居民和墊江四中，原來(lái)沒(méi)有收污水處理費(fèi)；鎮(zhèn)一級(jí)未收取污水處理費(fèi)。垃圾處理費(fèi)每月6元。8個(gè)鎮(zhèn)的污水處理公司都是重慶市環(huán)投集團(tuán)。高峰城鎮(zhèn)污水日處理能力650方，常住人口3000多人。目前收集量大約為日200400方。從現(xiàn)狀看，管網(wǎng)建成后，污水處理廠能滿足處理需求。高峰鎮(zhèn)不涉及管網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目，周嘉縣項(xiàng)目介紹清楚寫的有管網(wǎng)，

8、來(lái)的負(fù)責(zé)人不清楚污水處理能力和日產(chǎn)生的污水量。根據(jù)對(duì)污水收費(fèi)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)，現(xiàn)階段沒(méi)有進(jìn)行城鎮(zhèn),農(nóng)村污水方面收費(fèi)。水費(fèi)的定價(jià)需要向重慶市和墊江縣的確定。（需要該方面的文件，未收取上來(lái)）About the sewage contentGaofeng Town, Gaoan Town temporarily does not charge sewage treatment fee.
