1、腔鏡遠(yuǎn)端胃癌D2手術(shù)相關(guān)解剖南方醫(yī)科大學(xué)微創(chuàng)外科解剖學(xué)研究所南方醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬南方醫(yī)院普外科李國新形態(tài)、位置與毗鄰形態(tài)中等充盈時(shí)，長2530cm，容量1500ml 位置大部：左季肋區(qū)，小部：腹上區(qū)。賁門在T11左側(cè)，幽門在L1右側(cè)，胃大彎最低點(diǎn)平臍 。毗鄰前壁右側(cè)份：肝左葉左側(cè)份：上為膈，下為腹前壁（游離區(qū)）后壁：膈左側(cè)半、脾臟、左腎和腎上腺、胰腺、橫結(jié)腸及其系膜（胃床）Fig.1 Overall view of the stomachFig.2 Visceral projections on the gastric wallLiverCostal archTransvers mesocolon
