30#鍋爐酸洗試驗技術(shù)措施Thetechniquestatementof1#boilerchemicalwashing1工程概述projectintroduction印度尼西亞Sumsel-52×150MW坑口燃煤電廠工程,鍋爐采用東方鍋爐股份有限公司生產(chǎn)的循環(huán)流化床、一次中間再熱、全鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、露天布置、自然循環(huán)汽包鍋爐。MinemouthCFSPPsumsel-52X150MWprojectIndonesia,BoilerprovidedbyDongfangboilerco.,LTDisofcirculatingfluidizedbed,areheat,all-steelstructure,outdoorlayout,andnaturalcirculationdrumboiler.2酸洗目的Thepurposeofchemicalcleaning酸洗是為了清除附著在鍋爐水管線或者蒸汽管線內(nèi)表面的雜質(zhì),例如在設(shè)備生產(chǎn)或者安裝過程中產(chǎn)生在內(nèi)表面上的金屬碎片,氧化物,油,灰塵和金屬氧化物。以此來確保在鍋爐運行中水和蒸汽的質(zhì)量。這樣就為產(chǎn)生保護性的涂層Fe3O4打好了基礎(chǔ)。Fe3O4可以防止鍋爐內(nèi)部受熱面進一步生銹。Thepurposeistocleartheimpuritiesfrominnersurfaceoftheboilerwater/steampipeline,suchasmetaldebris,oxide,oil,dust,andmetaloxideproducedininnersurfaceduringequipmentmanufacturingandinstallation,andtoensurethewaterandsteamqualityofboilerwaterduringoperationandtoapplyafoundationtogenerateprotectivecoatingofFe3O4thatcanpreventfurthercorrosionofinnersurfaceatinnerboilerheatingsurface.3酸洗范圍Thescopeofchemicalcleaning清洗范圍包括有:省煤器,水冷壁,降水管和汽包中心線以下的部分Thesystemwillbecleaningare:Economizer,Waterwall,Partsunderthecenterlineofthesteamdrum/downcomerpipe.4酸洗方法Themethodologyofchemicalcleaning采用HCL鹽酸清洗工藝HCLcomplexationcleaningisadoptedforboileracidcleaning.5編制依據(jù):Preparationreferences《火力發(fā)電廠鍋爐化學(xué)清洗導(dǎo)則》《ChemicalCleaningGuideforSteamPowerPlant》(DL/T-794-2012)鍋爐安裝說明書(62J-AM)BoilerInstallationmanual(62J-AM)鍋爐范圍內(nèi)汽水系統(tǒng)圖(62J711)Steam&WaterDiagram(62J711)蘇姆賽爾5合約sumsel5contract6酸洗應(yīng)具備的條件Prerequisitestochemicalcleaning酸洗準備工作結(jié)束,保溫完畢Preparatoryworkforacid-cleaningshallbecompleted,includinginsulation.除鹽水設(shè)備/水處理設(shè)備在運行中Demineralizedwaterplant/Watertreatmentplantisinoperation.化水車間設(shè)備調(diào)試完Thedemineralizedwaterplant(DMP)hasbeencommissioned.啟動鍋爐已調(diào)試完Theauxiliaryboilerhasbeencommissioned.把兩個直徑為?50mm,厚度為20mm的將水管孔板放到汽包里。Makeorificeplatefortwomaindowncomerputinsideofsteamdrumwithdiameter?50mm,platethickness20mm.臨時系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)做過的壓力試驗;所有的測試結(jié)果均符合標準。ThetemporarysystemhasmadeMPapressuretesting;allthetestresultsareuptostandard.臨時汽包水準儀已安裝好;臨時鍋筒液面指示器在酸洗階段使用。Thetemporarylevelgaugeofdrumhasbeeninstalled;thetemporarylevelindicatorofdrumisusedduringacidcleaningstage.在汽包液位線和地面化學(xué)清洗平臺之間的可靠通訊設(shè)備和水位監(jiān)測設(shè)備。Reliablecommunicationequipmentandwaterlevelmonitoringequipmentbetweendrumlevelpointandgroundlevelchemicalcleaningplatform.汽包內(nèi)的旋風(fēng)分離器在化學(xué)清洗期間不安裝。Thecycloneseparatorinsidethedrumisnotinstalledduringchemicalcleaning.包含PH值到的NH3和N2H2的除鹽水應(yīng)被注入到過熱器中。(在水壓試驗期間正常注入)ThedemineralizedwatercontainingNH3andN2H2withpHtoshouldbefilledtosuperheater(NormallyfilledduringHydrostatictest)beforeChemicalCleaning.不要在省煤器給水管上安裝止回閥。如果止回閥已安裝,請打開。DonotinstallTheCheckValveonthefeedwaterpipeoftheEconomizer,orenforceopenthecheckvalveifthecheckvalvehasbeeninstalled.關(guān)閉鍋爐取樣管道,加藥管道的一次和二次閥門Closetheprimaryandsecondaryvalvesofboilersamplingtube,dosingtube應(yīng)該先檢查汽包內(nèi)部,再開始化學(xué)清洗。TheinsideofsteamdrumshallbeinspectedpriorthechemicalcleaningstartedbyClient.直徑為?2”的旁路管道應(yīng)被安裝在臨時系統(tǒng)化學(xué)清洗泵的出口處(用于流速的調(diào)整)至少三片的測試板應(yīng)被放在汽包內(nèi)。Thebypasspipewith?2”willbeinstalledatchemicalcleaningpumpoutletoftemporarysystem(forflowrateadjustment),testplatewillbeputintheinsideofsteamdrumatleast3pcs.客戶必須見證測試板稱重和尺寸測量過程。ThetestplatesshallbeweighingandmeasurethedimensionwitnessesbyClient.試驗板的尺寸是20×10×3mm,此材料應(yīng)和鍋爐墻管20G類似。Thedimensionoftestplateis20x10x3mmthematerialshouldbesimilarwiththeboilerwalltube20G.汽包機務(wù)清洗在化學(xué)清洗之后。SteamDrumMehcanicalCleaningafterChemicalCleaning.在酸洗前。必須檢查和測試酸抑制劑。Theacidinhibitormustbecheckedandtestedinthelaboratorybeforeacidcleaning.輔助蒸汽聯(lián)箱具備使用條件theauxiliarysteamheaderisreadyforuse.臨時系統(tǒng)的焊接質(zhì)量應(yīng)和正式系統(tǒng)要求一樣Weldingontemporarysystemshouldbethesameasonpermanentsystem.酸洗檢驗的儀器具備好(實驗室儀器)Instrumentsandchemicalsforacid-cleaninghavebeenprepared.(laboratoryinstruments)酸洗所用的現(xiàn)場實驗室準備好Thesitelaboratoryforacidcleaninghasbeenprepared.酸洗工作人員(運行人員和化學(xué)分析人員)培訓(xùn)上崗。酸洗負責人員應(yīng)向酸洗工作人員解釋酸洗的程序和要求并學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)安全知識Personnel(operatorsandanalyst)havebeenwell-trainedandassignedonthepost.Theengineerinchargeofacidcleaningshouldexplaintheprocedureandrequirements,andteachthemsafetyprecautionsandfirst-aidskillstothepersonnel.直接接觸酸堿的人員應(yīng)穿戴橡膠鞋、橡膠圍裙、橡膠手套,口罩和防護眼鏡?;瘜W(xué)清洗現(xiàn)場的消防設(shè)施應(yīng)完善可用,警告牌“有毒”、“危險”、“不能靠近”應(yīng)懸掛在明顯位置。Thepersonswhowillcontactdirectlytoacidoralkaline,shouldwearprotectiverubberovershoes,helmet,rubberapron,rubbergloves,respiratorandgoggles.Firefightingfacilitiesshouldbeavailableonthesite.Warningsignssuchas“Poisonous!”“Hazards!”“NoTouch”,shouldbehangedclearly.現(xiàn)場照明充足Theilluminationinsiteshallbesufficientandreliable.通訊工具和電話準備好(移動電話和座機)Communicationsavailable(mobilephones,walkie&talkie,andtelephone)現(xiàn)場檢修人員應(yīng)備齊搶修器材和工具,HCL清洗階段,現(xiàn)場必須有值班醫(yī)生,并在可能造成酸堿傷害的地方,準備有急救藥箱、自來水、棉布、吸濕棉、碘酒、燙傷膏、繃帶、洗眼液、含%硼酸的溶液Repairtoolsandmaterialsareavailableonsite.MedicalworkershouldbeondutythroughoutHCLcleaning.Tapwater,eyelotion,smellingsalt,tinctureiodine,burnhealingcream,bandage,washcloth,absorbentcottonand%boronacidsolutionshouldbepreparedatdangerousplaces.溶藥箱上搭設(shè)添加化學(xué)藥品的腳手架和平臺Ascaffoldshouldbesetupabovethedissolvingtankforaddingchemicals.清洗泵、取樣點和實驗室附近應(yīng)備有水源和橡膠管Watersourceandhoseshouldbeavailablenearcleaningpump,samplingpointsandlaboratory.所有酸洗所用化學(xué)藥品就緒,并經(jīng)過檢查符合標準,緩蝕劑試驗合格Allchemicalsforacidcleaninghavebeencheckeduptothestandards.Theinhibitorhasbeentestedgood.廢水池和廢水處理設(shè)備具備條件Twowastewaterpits,shallbeavailableandwell-equipped,readyforuse.臨時系統(tǒng)與正式系統(tǒng)連接完畢,循環(huán)泵至鍋爐的上水臨時管道、鍋爐至循環(huán)水泵的回水臨時管道水壓試驗合格,臨時蒸汽管道和臨時酸洗管道必須保溫Jointingoftemporarysteamsystemandnormalsystemhasbeenfinished.Forthewatersupplytemporarypipefromcirculatingpumptoboilerandthewaterreturningtemporarypipefromboilertocirculatingpump,thehydraulictesthavebeenpassed.Thetemporarysteampipeandtemporaryacidcleaningpipesmustbeinsulated.所有的正式系統(tǒng)和臨時系統(tǒng)閥門都已調(diào)試完畢并掛牌標明Allthevalvesintheacidcleaningsystemshouldhavebeentestedoperationalandtaggedout.臨時取樣系統(tǒng)應(yīng)裝有冷卻水裝置Coolershouldbefittedonthetemporarysamplingequipment.電氣供應(yīng)可靠Powersupplyshouldbeavailable.清洗系統(tǒng)中的壓力,溫度,流量測點均已校驗合格,具備投運條件(在化學(xué)清洗過程中,所有的正式儀器中,例如計量器,閥門等等,需要隔離)Measurementpointofpressures,temperaturesandflowsshouldbewellcalibrated,readyforuseinacid-cleaning(permanentinstrumentationlikegauges/valve/etsinmainboilerwillbeisolatedwhenchemicalcleaningprogress”)試片已經(jīng)準備完畢,且數(shù)據(jù)已經(jīng)測定,具備投用條件Theweighanddimensionsofthetestpiecesalreadymeasuredaccuratelyandputintheplaceoncleaningloop.7化學(xué)清洗順序Chemicalcleaningsequence鍋爐水沖洗—堿洗—堿洗后水沖洗---鍋爐酸洗--酸洗后的清洗--沖洗和鈍化Boilerwaterflushing—Alkalicleaning—Waterflushingafteralkalicleaning—Boileracidcleaning—Flushingafteracidcleaning—Rinsingandpassivation鍋爐水清洗BoilerWaterFlushing清洗流程:清洗罐--清洗泵--省煤器--鍋爐爐筒--水冷壁--臨時管道--雨水井Flushingprocessflow:Cleaningtank-CleaningPump-Economizer-boilerdrum-Waterwall-Temporarypipe-downdrainpit.7.2.1填充除鹽水箱到高水位,啟動注水泵注水到鍋爐,開始沖洗省煤器,鍋筒和水冷壁通過打開下爐膛下部集箱的排污閥排水。Filldemineralizedtanktohighlevel,Startfilling,waterpumptofillBoiler,FlushEconomizer,DrumandWaterwall,drainbyopeningblowdownvalvesoflowerfurnacelowerheader.7.2.2控制鍋筒的水位,讓其高于中心400mm-450mm。由專人控制鍋筒水位。Controlthedrumlevelabovecenterscale400mmto7.2.3取樣閥到傳送取樣之間的取樣明顯的清潔干凈,沒有懸浮的物質(zhì),PH值6-8,渾濁度<30此時才允許停止沖洗,關(guān)閉排空閥Don’tstopflushinguntilthesamplefromsamplingvalveuntildeliverysampleisvisuallycleanwithoutsuspendedsubstance,pH6-8andTurbidity<30NTUclosethedischargevalve堿洗/脫脂過程AlkaliCleaning/Degreasingprocess.AlkaliCleaning/Degreasingprocess.7.3.1在清洗罐里分解下列化學(xué)成分,用清洗泵注入堿洗溶液按照酸洗的順序進行。7.3.1Dissolvethefollowingchemicalinthecleaningtank.Thefirstconcentrationofchemicalsusedinalkaliboilingoutstageasthefollowing:Usedthecleaningpumpfeedalkalicleaningsolutionasthesequenceoftheacidcleaning7.3.2在堿洗溶液沖洗上水給鍋爐后,調(diào)整汽包水位到正常的運行水位+450mm(從鍋筒中心點)。由專人控制水位,不要超過+450mm。7.3.2Adjustdrumleveltonormaloperationlevelstrictly+450mmfromdrumcenterpointafteralkalicleaningsolutionwashfeedtoboilerandspecialmantocontrolwaterlevelwillnotoverthan+450mm.7.3.3檢查鍋爐和臨時系統(tǒng)閥門的條件是否完好。注入化學(xué)材料%6000ppmTsp和%3000ppmDsp和%300ppm的化學(xué)凈化劑。7.3.3CheckboilerandtemporarysystemvalveconditionisOK.InjectChemicalMaterialTsp%6000ppmandDsp%3000ppmandDetergen%300ppm7.3.4在70℃到90℃的溫度下,保持循環(huán)時間為6到ContinueCirculationandStartinjectsteamforAuxiliaryboilerforHeating.7.3.4Keepcirculationtimefor6to8hrswithtemperature70to90°.7.3.5在鍋爐水里的化學(xué)藥劑濃度應(yīng)在堿洗階段定期分析。如果油量與酚酞堿度基本穩(wěn)定,停止循環(huán)。7.3.5Concentrationofchemicalagentinboilerwatershouldbeperiodicallyanalyzedduringalkalicleaningstage.Stopcirculationiftheoilcontentstableat2measure.堿洗后的水沖洗WaterFlushingafteralkalicleaning.當堿洗和排水結(jié)束,用清洗泵給鍋爐注入沖洗水thealkalicleaninganddrainageisend,fillflushingwatertoboilerbycleaningpump.完全打開排空閥。汽包水位由頂部臨時煮沸水位(+450mm)控制。openthedischargevalve.Thedrumleveliscontrolledatthetopofthetemporaryboil-outlevel(about+450mm).沖洗標準:直到供水干凈,沒有顏色和PH≤的雜質(zhì)。standard:untilthedeliverywaterisclearwithoutcolorandimpuritypH≤沖洗完成后,調(diào)整汽包水位在正常水位。aftertheflushing,adjustthedrumwaterlevelatthenormallevel.鍋爐酸洗BoilerAcidCleaning.7.5.1在鍋爐酸洗前,鍋爐水冷壁預(yù)熱調(diào)整在汽包中心點的水位+100mm。慢慢增加鍋爐水冷壁的溫度。監(jiān)管好爐壁和汽包的金屬溫度。在上部和下部(底部充滿水,上部沒有水)之間的汽包金屬溫度差距是不超過50度的。當鍋爐水冷壁管道金屬溫度達到50-70度時,停止加熱。所有的爐膛開口和氣閘都必須關(guān)閉以保存熱度。Boilerwaterwallpreheatingbeforeacidcleaning,adjustthedrumlevelatthecenterpoint+100mm.Raiseslowlytheboilerwaterwalltemperature.Superviseboilerwallanddrummetaltemperature.Thedrummetaltemperaturedifferenceisnomorethan500Cbetweenupperpartandlowerpart(bottompartwhichfilledwithwaterandupperpartwithoutwater).Whentheboilerwaterwalltubesmetaltemperaturereaches50~7.5.2在允許酸進入鍋爐前,檢查并確保所有汽包排空閥打開。排空管道的標高至少高于汽包頂部1m。Beforeadmittingacidtotheboiler,checktobesurethatalldrumventvalvesareopen.elevationventpipeatleast1m7.5.3鍋爐汽包中心點的水位應(yīng)嚴格保持在汽包水位計+100mm之內(nèi),設(shè)專人監(jiān)控。如果出現(xiàn)汽包水位高于汽包水位計+100mmThelevelatcenterpointofboilersteamdrumshouldbekeptindrumlevel+100mm,andmonitoredbyspecialperson.Ifthereoccursthephenomenonthatsteamdrumlevelishigherthandrumlevel+100mm,reportimmediatelytogeneralcom
