Inordertoreallygraspthecurrentemploymentsituationandthecountrypolicyonstartinganenterprisesandemploymentofgraduatestudents,andunderstandgraduateemploymenttrendsinthenextfewyears,andmastergraduatestudentemployingstatus,andknowabusinessemployingstandard,welaunchedthe"surveyingreportongraduatestudentsemploymentway,employmentconceptchange"practiceactivities,whichproviderelevantvaluableinformationforgraduatestudents,universities,andtheenterprises,andplayapositiveroleinthestudents'employment.TheobjectsofthesurveyarethegraduatestudentsofBUAA.Inthefinitetime,wedesignaquestionnaireconsistingof10questionsandsurvey20studentswithequalprobability.Moreover,somequestionsmayhavemorethanoneanswers,i.e.3,4,5,6,8.Firstly,wedesigntwoquestionsonbasicinformationoftheobjects.Andwefindthenumberofmaleisequaltothatoffemale,therearetwelvestudentsofgradeoneandeightonesofgradetwoingraduateschool.Thethirdquestioniswhatisyourmostpuzzleinfindingajob.Thereexist11studentschoosing“l(fā)ackofinformationonprofessionalknowledgeofenterprisespost”,and10studentsselecting“l(fā)ackofabilities”,9studentschoosing“l(fā)ackofmethodsandtechniquesuponfindingajob”.Thesesaymoststudentsarelackofself-confidence,andwhattheylearnarenotwhattheenterprisesneed.Thenextquestioniswhatistheway,youthink,ofsolvingthedifficultyinfindingajob.Morethanthree-quarterstudentschoose“improvingskills”,andoverhalfstudentsselect“improvingprofessionalabilities”.Sotheschoolshouldteachmoreknowledgeaboutwork,otherthanknowledgeonbooks.The5questioniswhatconditionsofthestudentstheenterprisesconsidermostimportant.14students,12students,10students,select“comprehensiveabilities”,“developmentpotential”,“socialexperience”respectively.Moststudentsbelievethesemoreimportantthan“theschoolfame”,“thoughtandmoralcharacter”.The6questioniswhatqualityyouaremostlackof.Moststudentschoose“relevantworkandinternshipexperience”and“professionalknowledgeandskills”.Thenextquestioniswhatprospectsyourspecialtyis.Thereare10objectswhothinkhisspecialtyis“havingagoodfuture”,and4objectsdon’tcarewhatprospectshisspecialtyis.However,othersthinkhisspecialtyis“nothavingagoodfuture”.So,wecanconcludethathalfstudentsdonotlearnhisfavoritecourse.Whatapityitis!The8questioniswhatthefirstconditionis,youthink,infindingajob.13studentsthink“personaldevelopmentopportunity”isthemostimportant.Surprisingly,thereareonly5studentsand2studentsput“economicincome”and“theapplicationofprofessionalknowledge”intotheposition,respectively.Thus,manystudentsthinkwhattheylearnnowisnotimportantcomparedwithpersonaldevelopmentopportunity,andtheydon’tconsidermoneyimportant.The9questioniswhatyourideaonemploymentis.Morethanhalfobjects“employmentfirst,andthenchooseacareer”.Andonly5objects,2objects,1objectsselect“Onepacereachingthedesignedposition,andhavingfixedincome”,“continuestopursuestudies”andbusinessdirectly”,Wegetthatmoststudentswanttolearnfirstinsociety,andthentochoosehisfavoritecareer.Thelastquestioniswhetheroneshouldfindajobrelevanttohisstudies.Thereare14objects,4objects,2objectschoose,respectively,“itdoesnotmater”,“no”and“yes”.So,webelievethattheenterprisedon’tconsiderwhathehaslearnedimportant,andtheywillconsiderhisdevelopmentinthework.Inconclusion,theknowledgethatmoststudentslearnintheuniversityarenottheirfavoritecourse,andarenotwhattheenterprisesneed.However,theythink,theenterpriseswillputtheircomprehensiveabilitiesanddevelopmentpotentialintothefirstplace.Thestudentswillputtheirdevelopmentinthefutureintothemostimportantposition,otherthantheirincomenowandlimitationofspecialty.Theywanttoemploymentfirst,andthenchooseacareer.Inorderthatthestudentsshouldfindasuitablejob,theuniversitycanteachmoreknowledgeaboutworkandoffersomeprofessionalpracticetostudents.Theenterprisescanchecknotonlyprofessionalknowledge,butalsotheircomprehensiveabilities.Themostimportantthingisthatthestudentshouldfindhisfavoritecourse,andlearnhard.APPENDIX864206420aaWhatisyourmostpuzzleinfindingajob86420,,aWhatistheway,youthink,ofsolvingthedifficultyinfindingajobWhatconditionsofthestudentstheen
