第一,理念創(chuàng)新。理念創(chuàng)新是企業(yè)各項創(chuàng)新的前提。這需要企業(yè)具有寬闊的眼界和胸襟,能夠以海納百川的姿態(tài),積極的。學(xué)習(xí)進取,要面向全球,著眼同行,在企業(yè)管理理念、經(jīng)營理念、生產(chǎn)理念等方面都要開發(fā)都有新思路、新突破、新舉措,使企業(yè)的理念能夠跟得上甚至超越市場開展的腳步。

第二,管理創(chuàng)新。管理創(chuàng)新是企業(yè)各項創(chuàng)新的根底。管理創(chuàng)新集中表現(xiàn)為知識在管理中更廣泛的運用以及管理進一步的科學(xué)化、系統(tǒng)化。通過管理創(chuàng)新,企業(yè)可以重新整合人才、資本、科技等要素,使各種生產(chǎn)要素和生產(chǎn)條件得到優(yōu)化,企業(yè)自身實力和市場競爭力進一步增強,從而為企業(yè)持續(xù)創(chuàng)新奠定了根底。充分有效的使企業(yè)的人力資源得到充分利用是管理創(chuàng)新的重要環(huán)節(jié),人才是企業(yè)開展的活力所在,要通過合理的人資管理,吸引一大批有能力、能思想、有干勁的人才,推動企業(yè)各項工作的有效推進。
