機(jī)械系統(tǒng)一、設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)機(jī)電傳動(dòng)單向數(shù)控平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)方式:步進(jìn)電機(jī)、直流伺服電機(jī)、交流伺服電機(jī);機(jī)械傳動(dòng)方式:螺旋絲杠、滾珠絲杠、同步皮帶、鏈傳動(dòng)等;電氣控制方式:單片微機(jī)控制、PLC控制;功能控制要求:速度控制、位置控制;主要設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù):單向工作行程——1800、1500、1200mm;移動(dòng)負(fù)載質(zhì)量——100、50kg;負(fù)載移動(dòng)阻力——100、50N;(估算值)移動(dòng)速度控制——0~3、0~6m/min或?qū)崿F(xiàn)行程(位置)控制,控制精度±0.01mm,±0.1mm設(shè)計(jì)選擇為:步進(jìn)電機(jī)、滾珠絲杠、單片機(jī)控制、速度控制,1200mm、100Kg、50N、0~6m/min,控制精度0.01mm。二、總體方案滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌的特點(diǎn)在相配的兩導(dǎo)軌之間,放置滾珠、滾柱或滾針等滾動(dòng)體,使導(dǎo)軌運(yùn)動(dòng)為滾動(dòng)摩擦,就成滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌。滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌的優(yōu)點(diǎn):摩擦系數(shù)小,動(dòng)、靜摩擦系數(shù)差別小,低速運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)不易出現(xiàn)“爬行”現(xiàn)象;運(yùn)動(dòng)靈敏輕便,所需功率??;移動(dòng)精度和定位精度高;鋼制淬硬導(dǎo)軌具有極高的耐磨性,精度保持性好;對(duì)溫度變化的敏惑性較低;潤滑簡單,維修方便;高速運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)不會(huì)像滑動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌那樣因動(dòng)壓效應(yīng)而使動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌浮起。滾珠絲桿是將回轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)化為直線運(yùn)動(dòng),或?qū)⒅本€運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)化為回轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)的理想的產(chǎn)品。滾珠絲桿由螺桿、螺母和滾珠組成。它的功能是將旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)化成直線運(yùn)動(dòng),這是滾珠螺絲的進(jìn)一步延伸和發(fā)展,這項(xiàng)發(fā)展的重要意義就是將軸承從滾動(dòng)動(dòng)作變成滑動(dòng)動(dòng)作。由于具有很小的摩擦阻力,滾珠絲杠被廣泛應(yīng)用于各種工業(yè)設(shè)備和精密儀器。步進(jìn)電機(jī)是將電脈沖信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榻俏灰苹蚓€位移的開環(huán)控制元步進(jìn)電機(jī)件。在非超載的情況下,電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速、停止的位置只取決于脈沖信號(hào)的頻率和脈沖數(shù),而不受負(fù)載變化的影響,當(dāng)步進(jìn)驅(qū)動(dòng)器接收到一個(gè)脈沖信號(hào),它就驅(qū)動(dòng)步進(jìn)電機(jī)按設(shè)定的方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)一個(gè)固定的角度,稱為“步距角”,它的旋轉(zhuǎn)是以固定的角度一步一步運(yùn)行的??梢酝ㄟ^控制脈沖個(gè)數(shù)來控制角位移量,從而達(dá)到準(zhǔn)確定位的目的;同時(shí)可以通過控制脈沖頻率來控制電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的速度和加速度,從而達(dá)到調(diào)速的目的。機(jī)械傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的方案初選為滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌、滾珠絲桿、步進(jìn)電機(jī)。三、滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌的特點(diǎn)摩擦系數(shù)小(0.003~0.005)動(dòng)、靜摩擦系數(shù)基本相同,因而啟動(dòng)阻力小,且不易發(fā)生爬行可以預(yù)緊,剛度高;壽命長;精度高,定位精度可達(dá)0.1~0.2μm,重復(fù)精度可達(dá)0.2μm由專業(yè)廠生產(chǎn),可以外購選用;抗振和抗沖擊能力差,對(duì)灰塵屑末較敏感。對(duì)滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌的基本要求導(dǎo)向精度導(dǎo)向精度是指移動(dòng)部件沿導(dǎo)軌運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),在空載與負(fù)載情況下,都應(yīng)保證移動(dòng)軌的直線性及位置的精確性。各種機(jī)床對(duì)導(dǎo)軌副本身的平面度、垂直度及等高、等距都胡標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定。耐磨性導(dǎo)軌副應(yīng)在預(yù)定使用期限內(nèi),保持其導(dǎo)向精度,因此導(dǎo)軌副應(yīng)具有足夠的耐磨性。剛度導(dǎo)軌副應(yīng)有較高的剛度。因此應(yīng)選用合適的導(dǎo)軌類型、尺寸及其組合。選用可調(diào)整間隙和預(yù)緊的導(dǎo)軌副可以提高剛度。工藝性導(dǎo)軌副要便于裝配、調(diào)整、測量、防塵、潤滑和維修保養(yǎng)。滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌的分類 滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌分為滾動(dòng)體循環(huán)和滾動(dòng)體不循環(huán)兩種。其中滾動(dòng)體不循環(huán)分為滾珠導(dǎo)軌副、滾釷導(dǎo)軌副、圓柱滾子導(dǎo)軌副,滾動(dòng)體循環(huán)分為直線滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌副、滾子導(dǎo)軌塊滾動(dòng)花鍵副、直線運(yùn)動(dòng)球軸承及其支承、滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌塊。直線滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌副 上圖a,b所示直線導(dǎo)軌副滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌副,是由一根長導(dǎo)軌軸和滑塊組成,滑塊數(shù)根據(jù)需要確定,滑塊內(nèi)有四組滾珠,滾珠1與2,3與4,5與6,7與8各為一組,其中負(fù)載滾珠為2、3、6、7,回珠為1、4、5、8。隨著滑塊(或?qū)к壿S)的移動(dòng),滾珠就周而復(fù)始進(jìn)行滾動(dòng)。滾珠的承載方式與角接觸球軸承相似,一只滑塊相當(dāng)于4個(gè)直線運(yùn)動(dòng)的角接觸軸承。導(dǎo)軌副的安裝位置可以水平安裝,也可以垂直或傾斜安裝;可以兩根或多根導(dǎo)軌并列平行安裝,也可以兩根或多根短導(dǎo)軌軸串連接長成長導(dǎo)軌軸。直線滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌副的選擇根據(jù)長度需求暫選直線滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌副GGA40參數(shù)如下dBBBBWMMtHAT408560604022.5M10M5×1012753215KLLLHld×D×hGFCC601056022.544.522.59×14×12M8×110517.8kN19.5kN直線運(yùn)動(dòng)滾動(dòng)支承的摩擦力計(jì)算計(jì)算項(xiàng)目計(jì)算過程計(jì)算結(jié)果負(fù)荷PP=mg=100×10=1000N1000N摩擦力FF式中:μ——摩動(dòng)摩擦系數(shù),μ=0.003~0.005;
