《大綱說明》是對《考試大綱》的詮釋。對考試要求、考試形式、試卷結(jié)構(gòu)作具體說明。

《考試大綱》“要求詞匯量為3500左右”,同時說明:“各省(自治區(qū)、直轄市)可以根據(jù)本地實際情況在《考試說明》中對詞匯量進行適當調(diào)整,但不得低于3000個單詞。同時,應(yīng)制訂計劃,在一定時間內(nèi)分期、分批增加至3500個單詞。
