THEWORLDISFACINGASTARKREALITY.Ifwewarmingto1.5°Ccomparedtopre-industriallevels.enofregulationareinsufficient.AccordingtotheSixthAssessmentReportoftheIntergovernmentalPanelonsicterregulationwhichwillhaveasindisputable.TheCO2emissionsoflargeindustrialyforapopulationofmorethanmillionalreadyadoptedaCorporateSustainabilityReportingrotherregionstoalignwithEUaretheCaliforniaCap-and-TradeGasInitiative(RGGI),covering11andcustomers,toreduceharmfulomerstooaremoreanddialoguewithindustrypeersandpolicymakersoverclimateaction.TheirpresenceintheGreenandParties(COP)wasnoticeable,forinstance.IncreasingnumbersofZerocampaignledbytheUnitedNationsFrameworkConventiononClimateChange(UNFCCC),undermoreawareoftheimpactthatbusinesseshaveonthethighoncorporateleaders'agendas.Achievingenergyapriority–however,itcouldrepresentathreattogohandinhand:Thedesiretobecomemoreenergylow-carbonelectricityandgases,therebydriving CompaniessettingthemselvesclimatetargetsareDespitetheseactions,thetargetscurrentlysetbyesufficientlyambitioustargetsforreducingharmfulnA 80%2030ters limitedavailabilityoflow-carbonenergytoensuringarenergyeitherthroughelectrificationwithlow-carbonrbyswitchingtolow-carbongases(suchasbiofuelsorldemandforlowcarbonenergyisrequireanunprecedentedmobilizationofindustryinelectricitygeneration,transmissionanddistributionThepotentialforgeneratingrenewableenergyiscountrieshavemoresunandwindthanothers.Wheresignificantamountofland.Forexample,assumingtheInanet-zeroscenario,demandforbiofuelsandmpdemandofaround210milliontonsby2030,upfromnwillcontinueaslongascompaniesareunsurewhichtechnologywillbeimplementedinthefuturebytheirGreenhydrogenisagoodexample.Thenecessarytechnologyneedstobescaledupinordertoreachanddistributioninfrastructure,willrequiremajorEUR2.2trillionwillbeinEurope.Increasingthetotalreadiness:Forspecificcomponentsofelectrolyzers,stBisevidentfromthefiguresforsolarphotovoltaicsolarinvestmentsbycompaniesdrivenbysubsidies.Thus,orthetechnologiesandthetolimittheincreaseinintheCisonanunprecedentedgrowthtrajectoryona"Parispath"targets30Scope3emissions(indirectemissionsthatoccurinssionscanbeettransformedbyanumberofdifferentsuppliersbeforedelivery.Thesecomplexsupplychainstructureslimitonjointventureswithlocalstakeholders,makingcarbonllengingforthemoredifficultforcompaniestopushforaction.Argyeentirevaluechainisconsidered,astheCO2emissionsD hcessibleresourcesdiminishesTheIEAforecaststhateThus,theEUCommission'sEcodesignforSustainabletocarbonfootprintandrecyclability.Toensureandcompetitiveadvantage.Butsuchmodelscanalsoinkofthecompanysoperatingandbusinessmodels,requiringdeepandcomplexaclimateactionasanexternalconstraintltssuchasmarketingthecorporatesocialresponsibility(CSR)function.The660x660xE[Mt]2,0002,000Mt1,000MtConservative dframeworkandsustainedpublicfundinghowever,ther economicallysustainable.ItinvolvesidentifyingandH360°360° STUDYnSTUDYhldincludesupportmeasuresdrawnfromrtestakeholdersandattractivenessforpublicrelevantpublic-sectorstakeholdersandecosystemmechanismsandstakeholders,streamliningprojectfourcriteria:riskmitigation,feasibility,attractivenessAmajorsteelproducerOneoftheworld'sbiggeststeelproducers–amajorindustrialemitterofCO2–wishedtoassesspotentialHowever,bothwereconsideredcrucialforfuturedintocomplexityanduncertainty.Keyenablersfromthegovernmentincludeddevelopingthesupportinginfrastructure,creatingtherightmarketconditions,speedingupthepermittingprocessandintroducingstimulusmeasures.De-riskingmeasuresincludedlevel,inadditiontoestablishingclarityonthecurrenthighhigh3thepurchaseofintermediateproductsand"export"ThismeansthattheycannotachievenetzerowithoutOEMs,whichcanbetackledviaproductdesignandAsdiscussedabove,supplychainsareincreasinglyofthenextfiveyears,puttingcompaniesaheadoftheshI
