1.如何看待當下中國的教師職業(yè)?在經(jīng)歷了若干年的教師工作之后,我得到一個令人惶恐的結(jié)論,教學成功和失敗,我是決定的因素。我個人采用的方法和每天的情緒,是造成學習氣氛和情景的主因。身為教師我具有極大的力量,能夠讓孩子活得愉快或悲慘,我可以是制造痛苦的工具,也可能是啟發(fā)靈感的媒介。我能讓學生丟臉,也能使他們開心。能傷人也能救人。無論在什么情況下,一場危機之惡化或化解,學生是否受到感染,全部決定于我。
