1.如何看待當(dāng)下中國(guó)的教師職業(yè)?在經(jīng)歷了若干年的教師工作之后,我得到一個(gè)令人惶恐的結(jié)論,教學(xué)成功和失敗,我是決定的因素。我個(gè)人采用的方法和每天的情緒,是造成學(xué)習(xí)氣氛和情景的主因。身為教師我具有極大的力量,能夠讓孩子活得愉快或悲慘,我可以是制造痛苦的工具,也可能是啟發(fā)靈感的媒介。我能讓學(xué)生丟臉,也能使他們開(kāi)心。能傷人也能救人。無(wú)論在什么情況下,一場(chǎng)危機(jī)之惡化或化解,學(xué)生是否受到感染,全部決定于我。
