發(fā)ProfessorWeiShou’sTeamMadeBreakthroughsinOversizeHydroTurbine 卻完全依賴進口。1月8日,由我校教授團隊的攻關項目《特大型水輪機控制系統關特大型水電機組技術的長期,同時也實現了諸多創(chuàng)新。WiththecontinualconstructionofoversizehydroelctronicprojectssuchasTheThreeGorgesDam,XiluoduHydropowerStationandXiangjiaDam,ovesizehydroelctronicgeneratingsethasaccountedfor60%oftheworld’stotal.Butforalongtime,thehydroturbinecontrolsystem,thecorecontrolequipmentofoversizehydroelectricgeneratingsetreliestotallyonimport.OnJan,8th,theprojectconductedbyProfessorWeiShou’steam-TheCriticalTechnology,CompletSetofEquipment&Industrializationof OversizeControl Systemsfor TurbineswontheNationalSecondAwardforScienceandTechnologyProgress.Thisprojectnotonlybreaksthelongtermforeignmonopolyofthecoretechnologyofoversizehydroelectronicgeneratingset,butalsomademanyinnovations.putercontrolcabinetofthehydroturbinecontrolsysteminThreeGorgespowerAnoversizehydroturbinecontrolsystemconsistsofthreeparts:thewaterdiversionsystem,hydroturbine,powergeneratorandgrid&load.OversizeControl Systemsfor ystheroleofadjustingtheguidevaneandbladeofhydraturbineandcontrollingthepoweroutputofthegeneratingset.Intheprocessofuse,hydroturbinecontrolsystemmustmaintainagoodcontrolperformance,controlthegeneratingsetquicklyandsteadilyandservethegrid.Itcanworkcontinuouslyforseveralmonthswithastrictrequirementforthecontrolperformanceandreliability.However,foralongtime,hasfailedtograspitscoretechnology.應速度慢、調節(jié)過程波動大、強迫停機的問題,甚至了俄羅斯水電站特大事故的慘劇,特大型水輪機控制已成為水電機組安全高效運行的重題。Withtheeverincreasingcapacityofhydroturbinegeneratingset,foreignhydroturbinecontroltechnologyhasfailedtokeeppacewiththedevelopmentofhydroelectronicgeneratingset.Problemssuchasslowreactionspeed,greatfluctuationintheadjustmentprocessandobligedhaltemergeoneafteranother,eventriggeringthetragedyofSamnangHydropowerStation.Oversizehydroturbinecontrolhasemergedasamajorproblemtothesafeandhighly-efficientoperationofhydroelectronicgeneratingset.Since1982,Prof.WeiShou’steamhasbeendevotedtothetheory,researchanddevelopmentofputerControl Systemsfor Turbines.Inthepast30years,theteamhasmadeinnovationsinthethreesubsystemsofhydroturbinecontrolsystem:adjustment,transferandhydraulicmachinery.Intermsoftheadjustmenttechnology,theteamfoundoutthereasonfortheinaccuracyoftheapplicationofhydroelectronicgeneratingsetclassicalmodelinoversizehydroturbinecontrolsysytemdesignandputforwardanewgridcombiningequivalentdammodelandthereservoir-generatingset-gridcouplingysismodel.Therefore,theteamfurtherresearchedanddeveloppedanewadaptiveadjustmenttechnologyandhydroturbineadaptiveputeradjuster,achievingaquickandsteadyadjustmentandadaptiontovariouskindsofgeneratingsetsaswellasengineeringenvironments.Intermsoftransfersystemandthehydraulicmachinerywithastrictrequirementforperformance,Prof.Wei’steammadeevenmoreinnovations.Inmakingupthecompletesetofequipment,Prof,Wei’steaminventedthemodulelevelcrossingredundantdual ernor,improvingthereliabilityofthesystem稱冗余控制系統成套設備,實現了具有的特大型水輪機控制系統成套裝備的創(chuàng)新Thankstotheinnovationincomprehensivetechnology,theoryandequipment,theteamfinallydeveloppedthecompletesetofequipmentofAsymmetricredundancycontrolsystemofoversizehydroturbinewithabrandnewmechanism,achievingtheinnovationinthecompletesetofequipmentofoversizehydroturbinecontrolsystemwithcharacteristics.篇學術。此外,教授還了4本專著,建立了水輪機控制系統從理論分析、優(yōu)Theinnovationintechnologyandequipmentfurtherpushesforwardsthedevelopmentoftheory.Inthepast30years,Prof.WeiShou’steampublishednearly40academicpapersinthisarea.Besides,healsopublished4monographs,thusestablishingacompletesystemof Systemsfor Turbinesfromtheoreticalysis,optimumdesign,productdevelopmenttoengineeringapplication.OilpressuresupplyunitofthehydroturbinecontrolsysteminXiluoduXiluoduHydropower教授覺得,研發(fā)過程中最的時期應該是20世紀80年代的研發(fā)階段。“那時候沒有現Prof.WeithinksthatthemostdauntingperiodofR&Disinthe1980s.“Atthattime,wedidn’thavecomputerswithsuchahighperformance.AllourworkreliesonaZ-80singleboardcomputer”,recalledtheProfessor,debuggingtheprogrammebyasingleboardcomputerisratherdifficult,notonlyisthecapacitylimitedbutalsotheinputandchangeofprogrammeisnotaseasyastheoperationincurrentcomputers.隨著計算機技術的發(fā)展,在國際上,教授團隊率先在該項目中采用了可編程控制器和技術首先在當時國內機組容量最大的(55萬千瓦)6臺進口成Withtherapiddevelopementofinformationtechnology,ProfessorWei’steampioneeredinusingtheprogr blecontrollerandmodulelevelcrossingredundantdual withacomprehensivegraspofthehydroturbinecontroltechnology.Andin2003,theirtechnologywasfirstlyappliedinErtanHydropowerStationwiththelargestgenerationsetcapacityof550,000kwin,successfullyrecingthe putercontrolsystemofthe6importedsetsof OversizehydroturbinecontrolsytemhydraulicmachinerysystemandoilpressuresupplyunitinXiangjiaDamIn2009,the Systemsfor developpedbyProfessorWei’steamwasappliedintheGoupitan600,000Kwgeneratingset,takingtheleadintheapplicationofnationalindustralizedcompletesetofequipmentinoversizegeneratingset.Inthenextfiveyears,thissystemwassuccessivelyintheThreeGorges770,000Kwgeneratingset,Xiluodu770,000KwgeneratingsetandXiangjiaDam800,000Kwgeneratingsetwiththeworld’slargestunitcapacity.70萬千瓦及以上成套裝備供貨企業(yè)首位,出口俄羅斯、巴西、英國等40多個國家900多套,近3年新增2億Since2009,theequipmentdeveloppedbytheteamhasoccupied65%ofthedomesticmarketshareofthecompletsetequipmentofoversizehydroturbine,itscompleting
