MSS骨移模架施工工藝及技術(shù)控制Proceedingsofthefourteenthannualmeetingofthesocietyofbridgeandstructuralengineering,ChinesesocietyofCivilEngineeringChineseInstituteofcivilengineeringofbridgeandstructuralengineeringinstituteproceedingsofthefourteenthannualconferenceoftheNanjingYangtzeRiverBridgeproject.ConstructiontechnologyandtechnicalcontrolofMSSslidingdiesetNanjingYangtzeRiverBridge50mbridgeconstructionLiuJizheng,QiLujie,WangXiaoshan(ShandongProvinceTrafficEngineeringCorporation,NanjingYangtzeRiverBridgeProjectDepartment)[Abstract]thispaperbrieflyintroducesthestructureandcompositionofMSSslipanditsapplicationinconstruction.Slidingformwork;constructiontechnology;deflectioncontrolGeneralSituationoftheprojectNanjingYangtzeRiverBridgeNorthBridgebridgeupperstructurefor16m*30mand5m*50mPCwithvariablecrosssectioncontinuousbeambridge.Thewholebridgesectioniscomposedoftwosingleboxandsinglechamberbeamsectionsseparatedfromtoptobottom,andacentralpartitioncoverplateisarrangedinthemiddle.among5*50mapproachbridgein30mapproachbridgeandthemainbridgetransitionsection,thebridgeislocatedinlandandwater,landahole,fourholesonthewater,thepeakwaterlevel7m.Therefore,itisveryimportanttochooseanoptimumconstructionscheme.Two,schemecomparisonBasedonthebridgepositionof50mbridge,twoschemesshouldbeadoptedfortheconstructionofsuperstructure:1.Supportconstruction,setupafullsupportwithoneholeontheriverbank,insertfourholecopperpipepileinwater,andbuildasteelpipepilesupport.Adopttheconstructionwithoutscaffold.Thatis,theintroductionofforeignadvancedequipment-slidingdieframeforconstruction.Thefirstconstructionplanisthetraditionalconstructionmethodofourcompany.Thereareabundantconstructionexperience,thetechnologyiseasytocontrol,butthisschemeforwaterconstruction,heavyworkload,Jixietaiban,theeconomyisnotreasonable,theconstructionscheduleisnotideal.Secondkindsofconstructionschemes,advancedconstructionequipment,withtheleadingdomesticlevel,butthiskindofequipmentisusedforthefirsttimeourcompany,thetechnologyisdifficulttocontrol,fortheconstructionofwaterinthemiddlespancast-in-placecontinuousbeambridgeisparticularlysuitablefor.SyntheticmanifoldreasonsInconsiderationofNanjingbridgeprojectofthecompanyultimatelydecidedtousenoscaffoldingconstructionthattheintroductionofMSSslidingformworksystem.Three,slidingmodeprofilesTheMSSslidebeamintroducedbyourcompanyismainlycomposedofsixparts,thebracket(NiuTui),themainbeam(GangXiangliang),thecrossbeam,thebackbeam,theexternaldieandtheinternaldie.Eachpartisequippedwithaninternalhydraulicormechanicalsystem.Thestructureandfunctionofeachcomponentareasfollows:1.bracketBracketsarecommonlycalledbracketsandtriangularstructures.Throughthereservedhole(diameter:80cm*100cm)insertattachedtothepieronthepier.Itsroleistosupportthemaingirder,themaingirderloadtransfertothepieronthebracket.Aslidingblockisarrangedonthetopfaceofeachbracket.Itisequippedwithtwopairsof20thorizontalautomaticmovinghydraulicjacks.A450tvertical automatichydraulicjack,alongitudinalmovinghydraulicjack.Themainbeamisembeddedintheoverheadtravellingcrane.Inordertoreducethefrictionbetweenthemainbeamandthecrownwhenmovinginlongitudinaldirection,thecraneisequippedwithapolyfourvinylslideboard,andthemainbeamispositionedinthedirectionoftheslab,thedirectionofthebridgeandtheverticalheightthroughthethreehydraulicsystem.mainbeamTheslidinggirderisapairofsteelboxgirders.Thesectionsizeofthesteelboxgirderiswide:2.0m,height:3.0m,length64.8m,dividedintosixsections-10.7m+4*0.8m+10.9m).Thejointsareconnectedbyfrictiontypehighstrengthbolts.Inordertomakethemainbeamslidealongthebridgefromtheupperholetothenexthole,thefrontandbackofthemainbeamisequippedwithabridgetypenosebridge,long21m.Themaingirderisaloadbearingcomponentoftheslidingmode,weighingabout350t.Themainbeamisprovidedwithawindow,andthecrossbeamisprovidedwithamainbeam;averticalhydraulicjack,amechanicaljackandahorizontaljackarearrangedinthewindow.Thesteelbeamishingedwiththemainbeamthroughthepressuresystem,andthemainbeamissubjectedtotheconstructionloadoftheexternal,internalandupperstructuretransferredbythecrossbeam.beamThewholeslidingmodehas18pairsofcrossbeams,thebeamis"H"type,thesteelstructuresizeis35cm*90cm*900cm,eachpairofbeamsforpinconnection,thebeamspacing3.6m,thebeamhasnopinhole,inordertoinstalltheexternalmoldsupport.Thecrossbeamcanbeadjustedverticallyandtransverselythroughthepressuresysteminthemainbeam.externaldieTheoutermoldcomprisesabottomplate,webplate,ribandflangecomponent.Thefloorplateisdirectlylaidbetweenthetwoadjacenttransversebeamsandcorrespondswiththecrossbeam.Theconnectingdirectionofeachpairofbottomplatesalongthedirectionofthecrossbeamisconnectedbycommonbolts.Theoutertemplatejointisintheoutermouldcentralaxis.Totalfloorwidth6.5m.Theweb,ribandflangealsocorrespondswiththebeam,ernalmodelSetalongtheinternalmoldmoldshiftingsystemincludingthetemplate,electriccar,railandbeammodel.Thetransversetransportationandinstallationofelectriccartocompletethe.Theelectriccarisequippedwithahydraulicsystem,throughwhichthehydraulicsystemtocompletetheinstallationofinternaldie.Four、constructionprincipleandprocessflowofSlipformTheinstallationandadjustmentofslipandslipmoldMSStemplateis"hydraulic"asthedrivingforcetothehydraulicjacktoworkincontrolequipment,hydrauliccontroldevice,thehydraulicjackpush,thuscompletingtheadjustmentinplace,thecrossbeamandtheinnerandoutermouldinstallationandadjustment.Beforeconstruction,firstofall,thepreparationoftheconstructionalongthetechnicalprogram.Thepurchaseofspecialequipment,machineryandequipment,leasinglargeliftingequipment.Slidingmodeconstructionaccordingtothefollowingprocedures:(NiuTui)bracketassembly,girderassemblingandrelatedconstructiondesigntoolsinplace,liftingbracketgirderhoistingandinstallation,beammainbeaminplace,layingfloor,installationofformworksupport,installationandconstructionoftheouterwebandflangeplate,plate,die.Five,slipformsitespecificassemblyThequalityoffieldassemblyofslipformdirectlyaffectsthequality,scheduleandconstructionsafetyofboxgirderconstruction.Therefore,whenassembling,Accordingtothedesigndrawingsalongthedie,instrictaccordancewiththe"steelconstructiontechnicalspecifications"foroperation,forhigh-strengthboltjointsurface,carefulinspection,onebyonesurfacetreatment,soastoachievethepropercoefficientoffriction.Highstrengthboltconnection,taketheinitialandfinalmaterialexpress,repeatedoperation,makeeveryboltmeetthedesignoftorquewrenchtorquevalue,andperiodiccalibration,ensuretheconnectingforcestrength,preventingengineeringaccidents,affectingthequalityofconstructionsafetyandconstruction(with)partsmustberemovedortreatedqualifiedrearcanuse.Bracketassemblyonsite:becausethebracketistriangularandhasacertainheight,thesiteassemblyisunstableandshouldbesupportedbyatriangularsupport.Theliftingbracketplacement,pierreservedhole,withthetopbracketbylevelingleveling,sothatthecraneonthesurfacesmoothslip.Inordertopreventthecarriagecapsizedintheforce,eachofthebracketiscomposedofthreadtopull,embeddedpier,sotheinstallationbracketshouldbeontheothersideofunilateraltemporaryplacementofacarryingpole,wearthreadtension,topreventinstability.Themainbeamisinstalled;becausethemaingirderisselfimportant,thewholehoistingisdifficult.Duringconstruction,thecraneishoistedattwotimes,andtemporarysupportisarrangedinthespantocarryouttheclosureassembly.Thisrequiresthetemporarysupportoftheelevationofaccuratemeasurementandslope,sothatthesteelbeaminthemiddleofthesmoothdocking,assembly.Afterthemaingirderisassembled,thecrossbeamisplacedatthemainbeamwindow,andthemainbeamisplacedundertheinfluenceofthehydraulicsystem,andthebridgeispositionedaccuratelyinthedirectionofthehydraulicsystemwhenallthebeamsareinstalled.Atotalstationortheodoliteisinstalledatthecenterofthepier,thebridgeaxisisreleased,thecrossbeamisadjustedaccordingtotheaxisofthebridge,andthebottomplateislaidwithapin,andtheaxisdeviationiscontrolledwithin5mm.Then,theinstallationofthewebandflangeplates.Whenassemblingtheslipform,thepartsarerequiredtobeconnectedreliably.Afterassembly,theutilitymodelcanbesafelyandreliablychecked,andcanbeusedfortheconstructionoftheupperstructure.Six、adjustmentoftemplateandelevationcontrolInordertobettersetcamber,thissetofslidingformworkisdesignedwithLCMformwork,andthedesignissupportedbysheetiron.Accordingtotheactualconstructionpractice,takingintoaccountthequalityofthecastbeambody,weadoptedtheputtytoaddthecuringagenttoadjustthecaulkingandsmoothing.Asakindofbettermendingjointmaterial,ithasgoodcuringspeedandhighstrength.Itmeetstherequirementofconstructionspecification.Thequalityofthecastbeamisbetter.Elevationcontrol:itisdifficultfortheconstructionoftheslidingmodetoreserveacertaindegreeofarchsothatthebeamcanreachitsdesignelevationasmuchaspossible.Therefore,thesourceofthedeflectionvalueoftheconstructionframeshouldbeconsideredcomprehensively;thetheoreticalcalculationofdeflectionvalueshouldbeaccurate.Thesourceofthissetofslidingmodedeflectionshasthefollowingfouraspects:(L)deflectionvalueofconcreteselfweight(valuesuppliedbymanufacturerVCEcompany);thedeflectioncausedbythecantileverboom(withoutconsideringtheweightoftheslidingform)iscalculatedaccordingtothe13mn(accordingtothetriangledistribution)andadjustedaccordinglywhenmeasured;prestressedtensioningthecamber,betweenthefrontandrearpivotpartaccordingtoparaboladistribution,paraboliccentermaximumdeflectionaccordingto20mm,themaximumcantileverdeflectionaccordingto13mm(accordingtotriangle);thedeflectioncausedbythesettlementofthebracketiscalculatedaccordingto10mm.Throughobservation,deflectiondeflectioncalculationandtheactualconstructionprocessoftheaccord,butslightlydifferent,sointheconstructionofahole,carefulobservationofeachconstructionstage,measuringthedeflectionvaluechanges,butcomparedwiththetheoreticalcalculation,soastoguidetheconstructionofthenexthole;reducestheconstructionerror,guaranteetheconstructionofthegirderelevationandthedesignelevationdeviationisreducedtolessthan1cm.Seven,theconstructionprocessofboxgirderThe50mapproachboxgirderadoptsequalsectionbeam,thebeamheightis2.6m,theboxgirderroofthicknessisconstant,thewebandfloorthicknesschange,thebridgewidthis32m,andtheupperandlowerseparatesingleboxsinglechambersection,thestraightbridge.Boxgirderconstructionfromthebeginningoftheshore,eachconstructionatthenextgapinthegap8m(L/6near)continuousconstruction,constructionprocessflowchartshowninfigure1.Becausetheconstructionoperationiscyclical,inordertoimproveworkefficiencyandspeeduptheconstructionprocess,eachprocessshouldbecompactandconnected.Atthesametime,thepreparationofthenextprocessiseffectivelyshortened,andtheconstructionperiodisshortened.Duringtheconstruction,thefirstpouringhole,thetemplatebeforeandafterthepivotinbeforeandafterthepiers,andothercastinghole.Inordertoensurethesmoothconstructionjoint,locatedinfrontofthepiertoppivot,afterthepivotonthecantileverendhasbeenpouringcompleted,therearsuspensionrodliftingbeammainbeam,asasupport.Thepouringofconcreteadoptsonecastingconstructionmethod,andthetwostepiscarriedout.Pourthebottomandthewebfirstandthenpourtheroof.Andstartfromtheendofthecantilevertopreventexcessivedeflectiondeformationofthemainbeamspan.Intheendofconstructionneedtomoveacross,firstslidingofftherack,demoulding,lifttheconnectionbeamaccordingtopinhorizontalslip,outside,avoidthepier,thenthelongitudinalsliptothenexthole.Themainbeamwithaconnectingrod,acrossbeamandatemplateisunstablewhenmoving;inordertoachievebalance,theconcretecounterweightisarrangedoutsidethemainbeam.Eight,concludingremarksTheconstructionoftheprojectadoptstheslidingformworkmethod,withahighdegreeofmechanization.Thecompleteprocesssuchasformwork,steelbar,concreteandtensioningtechnologycanbecompletedinthemoldbase.Atthesametimeastheconstructionworkperiod,andnotsubjecttotheinterferenceofexternal
