1、適用范圍1.ScopeofApplication本說明書規(guī)定了布袋除塵器的使用條件、考核標準、設備調整、試運轉、操作、維修保養(yǎng)和故障分析檢修的方法及安全注意事項。TheManualstipulatesonservicecondition,assessmentcriteria,equipmentadjustment,testrun,operationandmaintenanceofthebag-typedustcollectoraswellasthemethodsandsafetyprecautionsforfaultanalysisandoverhaul.設備概述2.OverviewonEquipment布袋除塵器是一種高效節(jié)能的空氣凈化設備，具有收塵效率高、處理煙氣量大、使用壽命長、維修費用低等優(yōu)點，在當前國內外對環(huán)保要求越來越高的情況下，布袋除塵得到了越來越廣泛的應用。在使用布袋除塵器時必須按本說明書操作。本說明書未涉及的事項，應按布袋除塵器產品有關圖紙和技術文件的規(guī)定處理。Asanefficientandenergy-savingaircleaningfacility,thebag-typedustcollectorhasadvantagesofhighdustcollectionefficiency,largeflue-gasprocessingamount,longservicelifeandlowmaintenancecost.Atpresent,thereareincreasinglyhighrequirementsonenvironmentalprotectionathomeandabroad,andbag-typedustcollectionhasbeenwidelyused.Whenutilizingbag-typedustcollector,itisneededtooperateaccordingtothisManual.ThemattersnotinvolvedinthisManualshallbeprocessedaccordingtothedrawingsandtechnicaldocumentsrelatedtothebag-typedustcollectionproduct.布袋除塵器設計參數(shù)：Designparametersforbag-typedustcollector:序號No.項目Item單位Unit參數(shù)Parameters1處理煙風量（除塵器進口）Processingsmokeandgasvolume(entranceofthedustcollector)m3/h600002設計工作煙氣溫度Designedworkingflue-gastemperature℃1603最高煙氣溫度Maximumflue-gastemperature℃1904入口粉塵濃度Dustconcentrationontheentranceg/Nm3105出口煙塵濃度Dustconcentrationontheexitmg/Nm3≤306本體漏風率Mainbodyairleakagerate%≤17過濾面積Filtrationaream212508煙氣流速Flue-gasvelocitym/min0.89布袋數(shù)量Numberofbags只Piece30410濾袋材質Materialoffiltrationbag50%PPS+50%PTFE11濾袋規(guī)格Specificationoffiltrationbagmmφ160*825012脈沖閥數(shù)量Numberofpulsevalve套Set1913脈沖閥品牌Brandofpulsevalve3〞DC24V上海袋配ShanghaiBagFiltrationEquipmentCo.,ltd.3、工作原理3.WorkingPrinciple高效布袋除塵器，是集布袋除塵器的優(yōu)點，并克服原有缺點的基礎上開發(fā)的新型高效除塵器。Theefficientbag-typedustcollectorisanewtypeefficientdustcollectordevelopedonbasisofintegratingtheadvantagesofthebag-typedustcollectorandovercomingitsdisadvantages.布袋除塵器的除塵原理：Thedustcollectionprincipleforbag-typedustcollector:煙氣進入布袋除塵器進口煙道，在布袋除塵器內經下部氣流分布進入除塵器的凈化過濾室，含塵煙氣在布袋外部過濾，清潔煙氣從布袋頂部由引風機引出，并經煙囪排入大氣;從濾袋外表面清下來的灰落入灰斗，并由灰斗下部的輸灰設備輸送外排。濾袋清灰方式為在線式清灰，利用壓縮空氣在短時間內的急劇膨脹，使灰從濾袋外表面剝離。Theflue-gasentersintotheentranceflueofthebag-typedustcollector,andentersintothegaspurificationroomalongwiththedistributionoftheairflowinthelowerpartinthebag-typedustcollector.Thedust-containedflue-gasisfilteredonexternalsurfaceofthebag,andthecleanflue-gasisintroducedfromthetoppartofthebagbytheinduceddraftfan,whichisdischargedtotheairthroughthechimney;theashcleanedontheexternalsurfaceofthefiltrationbagfallsintotheashhopper,andistransportedoutanddischargedthroughtheashtransportationequipmentonlowerpartoftheashhopper.Theonlinedustcleaningisadoptedforthefiltrationbagashcleaningmethod;byutilizingthesuddenexpansionofcompressedairwithinshortterm,itmakestheashseparatefromtheexternalsurfaceofthefiltrationbag.脈沖噴吹清灰的實際過程可以描述為：在脈沖噴吹時，清灰氣流使濾袋內的壓力急速上升，濾袋迅速向外膨脹，當袋壁膨脹到極限位置時，很大的張力使其受到強烈的沖擊振動，并獲得最大反向加速度從而開始向內收縮；但附著在濾袋表面的粉塵層不受張力作用，由于慣性力的作用而從濾袋上脫落。Theactualprocessforpulseblowingcleaningashcanbedescribedasfollows:Duringthepulseblowing,theashcleaningairflowleadstotherapidpressureriseinthefiltrationbag,whichexpandsoutwardlyrapidly;whenexpandingtothelimitingposition,thebagwallisappliedwithgreattension,whichleadstostrongimpactandvibrationonthebagwall;thebagobtainsthemaximumreverseacceleratedspeedandthenshrinksoutwardly;however,thedustlayerattachedtothesurfaceofthefiltrationbagisnotappliedwiththetension,whichfallsofffromthefiltrationbagbecauseoftheeffectofinertiaforce.為了減少運行成本，延長布袋及其脈沖閥的使用壽命，我們采用了定阻模式即布袋差壓平均值大于設定值差壓控制、定時模式控制和手動控制三種控制方式。Inordertoreducetheoperationcost,aswellasextendtheservicelifeofthebagandthepulsevale,weadoptthreecontrolmethods:thefixedresistivitymodecode,i.e.,theaveragevalueofbagdifferentialpressureislargerthanthatofthesetvalue,thefixed-timemodecontrolandthemanualcontrol.4、設備簡介4.IntroductiontoEquipment除塵器結構包括電氣及機械(本體)兩大部分，其主要構件及功能分述如下：Thedustcollectorincludeselectricpartandmachinery(mainbody)part,withthemainmembersandfunctionsdescribedasfollows:4.1電氣部分4.1ElectricPart布袋除塵器電氣由PLC控制系統(tǒng)和脈沖閥及提升氣缸以及儀器儀表等組成；Theelectricpartofthebag-typedustcollectorismainlycomposedbyPLCcontrolsystem,pulsevalue,liftingaircylinderandinstruments;4.1.1布袋除塵器PLC控制系統(tǒng)：4.1.1PLCControlSystemofBag-typeDustCollector:布袋控制系統(tǒng)采用PLC＋上位機模式。ThePLC+uppercomputermodeisadoptedforthebagcontrolsystem.完善的壓差檢測及控制Perfectdifferentpressuredetectionandcontrol溫度檢測及控制Temperaturedetectionandcontrol在線脈沖控制Onlineimpulsecontrol多功能保護系統(tǒng)Multifunctionalprotectionsystem實現(xiàn)上位機控制Realizationofuppermachinecontrol完善的通訊接口Perfectcommunicationinterface整個控制系統(tǒng)采用先進的PLC控制技術，保證控制系統(tǒng)的檢測和輸出控制精度，具有完善的保護功能。清灰控制采用自動/手動兩種控制方式。自動控制時，采用定時清灰和定阻清灰相結合清灰兩種方式。控制系統(tǒng)可以根據(jù)壓差的變化對清灰周期進行相應調整，實現(xiàn)智能化控制。TheadvancedPLCcontroltechnologyisadoptedforthewholecontrolsystem,toensurethedetectionandoutputcontrolaccuracyofthecontrolsystemandprovideperfectprotection.Theauto/manualcontrolmethodsareadoptedfortheashcleaning.Thefixedtimeashcleaningmethodandthefixedresistivityashcleaningmethodareadoptedundertheautomaticcontrolmode.Theashcleaningperiodofthecontrolsystemcanbeadjustedaccordingtothechangeofthedifferentialpressure,torealizesmartcontrol.上位機控制采用顯示器界面操作和上位機優(yōu)化控制管理。在控制系統(tǒng)上能夠對布袋除塵器清灰系統(tǒng)的各臺設備以及差壓、溫度等參數(shù)進行監(jiān)視和操作。通過設置相應的權限，來防止運行人員的誤操作。在上位機畫面上有工藝畫面和棒狀圖、趨勢圖進行數(shù)據(jù)實時顯示生產信息、設備狀態(tài)和故障信息，制表打印及信息存儲記錄。并能夠對控制系統(tǒng)必要的故障進行報警，通過激光打印機可以打印實時和歷史曲線以及故障報警記錄。Thedisplayinterfaceoperationandtheuppermachineoptimizingcontrolmanagementareadoptedfortheuppermachinecontrol,toconductsupervisionandoperationtovariousequipmentofthebag-typedustcollectorashcleaningsystemaswellasparameterssuchasdifferentialpressureandtemperaturethroughthecontrolsystem.Themisoperationofoperatorscanbeavoidedbysettingcorrespondingauthorities.Therearetechnologypictureaswellasbarchartandtendencychartontheuppermachinedisplay,todisplaytheproductioninformation,theequipmentstateandthefaultinformationinareal-timeway,anditisalsousedfortabulationprintingandinformationstoringandrecording.Itcangivealarmforthefaultsofthecontrolsystem;byutilizingthelaserprinter,itcanprintsthereal-timeandhistoricalcurveaswellasfaultalarmrecords.4.1.2脈沖噴吹閥：4.1.2ImpulseBlowingValve:布袋噴吹系統(tǒng)采用3‘淹沒式噴吹閥，并采用電磁控制閥通過PLC進行程序控制；Byutilizingthe3‘submergedtypeblowingvalveandthesolenoidelectricvalve,thebag-typeblowingsystemconductsprogramcontrolthroughPLC;4.2機械(本體)部分4.2Machinery(MainBody)Part本體部分從結構來分可分為內件、外件和附屬部件。Onaspectofstructure,themainbodypartcanbedividedintointernalparts,externalpartsandattachedparts.4.2.1內件4.2.1InternalParts布袋及籠骨Bagsandcagebone布袋位于布袋區(qū)的過濾室內，懸掛在花板上，布袋靠其內的籠骨進行支撐，籠骨口部固定于花板上，對布袋進行定位和固定。布袋除塵區(qū)的濾布材質為50%PPS+50%PTFE,PTFE基布，其特點是耐溫性能好，耐受溫度可長期在＜170℃，短期可達到200℃（每次5min,年累計＜3h）。濾袋拆裝方便、密封性好、安裝可靠性高。袋身采用PTFE縫線縫制?；\骨采用有機硅靜電噴涂防護處理，籠骨采用分節(jié)式結構，運輸和安裝都很方便。Inthefiltrationroomofthebagregion,thebagishungontheceiling.Supportedbythecageinsidebone,thebagispositionedandfixedontheceilingwiththecagebonemouthpart.The50%PPS+50%PTFE,PTFEbaseclothisadoptedasthematerialforthefiltrationclothinthebag-typedustcollectionregion,withthecharacteristicsofpreferabletemperatureresistanceproperty,andthetemperaturetolerancecanachieve＜170℃foralongterm,and200℃forshortterm(5minforeachtime,andannualaccumulatedtimeof＜3h).Itisconvenientfordisassemblyandassemblyoffiltration,andwithpreferableleakproofnessandhighinstallationreliability.ThePTFEsutureisadoptedforthebagbody.Thecageboneisconductedwithorganosiliconeelectrostaticsprayingprotectiveprocessing,andthesegmentedstructureisadoptedforthecagebone,convenientfortransportationandinstallation.噴吹管Blowingpipe噴吹管位于布袋區(qū)過濾室花板上部，它將氣包內的壓縮空氣在脈沖控制閥的動作下順利導流至噴吹嘴口，順利完成脈沖噴吹動作。Locatedontheupperpartofthecardofthefiltrationroomofthebagregion,theblowingpipeguidesthecompressedairintheairpockettotheblowingnozzleundertheactionoftheimpulsecontrolvalve,tofinishtheimpulseblowingaction.4.2.2外殼4.2.2Shell布袋的內頂主要是布置花板，布袋和籠骨就掛在花板上。外頂上布置噴吹儲氣包和蓋板及檢修人孔等。為了保護頂部設備及防止雨水滲入脈沖控制閥內部造成對布袋除塵器不能運行，我們在除塵器頂部脈沖控制閥處設置了雨棚設備。Theinternaltopofthebagismainlyarrangedwithcard,wherethebagandthecageboneishung.Theexternaltopisarrangedwithblowingairpocket,coverplateandinspectionmanhole.Inordertoprotectthetopequipmentandavoidtherainwaterinfiltrationintotheinternalpartoftheimpulsecontrolvalue,whichmakesthebag-typedustcollectordonotwork,wesetthecanopyfacilityontheimpulsecontrolvalueontopofthedustcollector.噴吹氣包Blowingairpocket噴吹氣包位于布袋區(qū)外頂上，其通過連接彎管與噴吹管進行連接。其上布置有脈沖噴吹閥。噴吹氣包完成噴吹用氣的儲存和平衡。Positionedontheexternaltopofthebagregion,theblowingairpocketisconnectedwiththeblowingpipethroughtheconnectingelbow.Itisequippedwithimpulseblowingvalve.Theblowingairpocketaccomplishesthestorageandbalanceofthegasusedforblowing.4.2.3附屬部件4.2.3AttachedParts走梯平臺Stairplatform走梯平臺是為了方便除塵器的就地操作、日常維修保養(yǎng)之用，所有主要維修點皆可通過走梯平臺到達。Thestairplatformisusedforthelocaloperationanddailymaintenanceofthedustcollector.Allthemainmaintenancepointscanbeaccessedthroughthestairplatform.支承Supporting支承位置在除塵器底梁柱和支架立柱（水泥柱或鋼支柱）之間。由于除塵器是熱體，支架立柱是冷體，因而支承除擔負除塵器載荷外，還需有補償熱膨脹引起位移的功能。Thesupportingispositionedbetweenthebottombeamcolumnandthestandupright(concretecolumnorsteelcolumn)ofthedustcollector.Inconsiderationthatthedustcollectorisahotbody,andthesupportuprightisacoldbody,besidestheloadingofthedustcollector,thesupportingisalsoliableforundertakingthefunctionofcompensatingforthedisplacementcausedbythermalexpansion.保溫結構Insulationconstruction為保證除塵器正常運行，防止煙氣溫度因散熱而降至露點以下，必須對除塵器外殼進行保溫。Inordertoensurethenormaloperationofthedustcollector,andavoidthefallingofflue-gastemperaturetothedewpointbecauseoftheheatdissipation,itisnecessarytoconductheatpreservationtotheshellofthedustcollector.保溫的基本原則是減少熱交換，保溫的基本要求是保證煙氣介質的最低溫度必須在露點以上20~300C。Thebasicprincipleforheatpreservationistodecreaseheatexchange,andthebasicrequirementforheatpreservationistoensuretheminimumtemperatureofthemediumoftheflue-gas20-300Cabovethedewpoint.接地Earthconnection為保護設備和人身安全，必須對設備運行可靠接地。接地的基本要求如下：Inordertoprotecttheequipmentandpersonalsafety,itisrequiredtoconductreliableearthconnectionfortheequipment.Thebasicrequirementsforearthconnectionareasfollows:a、接地網(wǎng)應考慮全年均能達到2Ω以下；a.Itisnecessaryforthegroundin (jiān)護），檢修人員必須熟悉布袋除塵器結構和各部件的作用，還必須充分了解煙氣和灰塵的性質，可能造成的危害以及有效的安全保護措施。6.3.2Thereshallbeatleasttwopeopleenterintothebag-typedustcollectorforoverhaul;oneofthemisresponsibleforworking(supervision),andthepersonnelforoverhaulmustbefamiliarwiththestructureofthebag-typedustcollectoraswellasthefunctionofvariousparts,andshallsufficientlyunderstandthenatureofflue-gasanddust,aswellasthepossiblehazardandeffectivesafetyprotectivemeasures.6.3.3進入布布袋除塵器內部，具體應遵守如下規(guī)程：6.3.3Thefollowingstipulationsshallbeobservedwhenenteringintotheinternalpartofthebag-typedustcollector:嚴格按照6.1條的有關規(guī)定。a.StrictlyobserverelatedstipulationsonArticle6.1.將布袋除塵器的送、引風機開關拔在關閉位置，并用鎖保險。b.Turntheswitchesforforcedraftfanandinduceddraftfanofthebag-typedustcollector,andapplylockforinsurance.關閉引風機的風門，關掉風門電動操作裝置并加鎖保險。c.Closetheairdooroftheinduceddraftfan,andturnofftheairdoorelectricoperatingdeviceandapplylockforinsurance.打開所有人孔門（檢修門），使室內通風，等溫度降至400C以下時人員方能進入。若要加速降溫，可以打開出口煙道上的風門，開啟引風機，這時人孔門必須鎖定在開啟位置，以防突然關閉。d.Openallthemanholedoors(accessdoors),toprovideventilationintheroom,andthepersonnelcanenterintotheroomafterthetemperaturedropstobelow400C.Inordertoacceleratetemperaturedrop,itisavailabletoopentheairdoorontheexitflue,andstarttheinduceddraftfan;atthistime,themanholedoormustbelockedatopenpositiontoavoidsuddenclosing.進入人員應注意布袋區(qū)部各部件冷卻程度的不一，以免受傷。e.Thepersonnelwhoenterintotheroomshallnoticethedifferentcoolingdegreesofvariouspartsinthebagregion,toavoiddamage.進入布袋區(qū)后，應先檢查一下有否危險隱患的灰塵堆積層，如有應先設法清除，以免發(fā)生意外，并應查明積灰原因。f.Afterenteringintothebagregion,itisnecessarytocheckifthereisdustaccumulationlayerfordangeroushazard,andshalltrytoeliminateifthereis,toavoidaccident,anditisnecessarytodetectthereasonfordustaccumulation.檢修結束后，要清點帶進布袋區(qū)的檢修工具，以免遺留在布袋區(qū)，影響運行。g.Aftertheoverhaul,itisnecessarytomakeaninventorytotheoverhaultoolsbroughtintothebagregion,toavoidleftinthebagarea,havinginfluenceonoperation.進入布袋區(qū)，應嚴格控制隨意的電焊及氣割工作，以免火星或焊渣或割渣對布袋造成的損壞。若因需要則必須做好必要的防護措施。h.Inthebagregion,itisnecessarytoforbidarbitraryelectroweldingandgascuttingworks,toavoidthedamagetobagcausedbyspark,weldingslagorcuttingslag.Necessaryprotectivemeasuresmustbetakenifnecessary.7、設備的試運轉7TestRunofEquipment7.1為保證設備運行的可靠性，設備在安裝調整完畢后和正式投運前或設備長期不用后再重新使用前，都必須進行投運前的試運轉。7.1Inordertoguaranteethereliabilityoftheoperationofequipment,thetestrunmustbeconductedbeforethemachineisputintooperationinconditionthataftertheinstallationandadjustmentofmachine,orbeforethereuseafterlongtermofnonuse.7.2設備試運轉的步驟7.2ProceduresforTestRunofEquipment7.2.1試運轉需有一名有經驗的工程師任總指揮，并按本條規(guī)定制訂檢查項目，有嚴格的現(xiàn)場記錄，指定專人登記。為防止啟動期間因煙氣中水份和未對各部件進行檢查而造成對設備的損壞，須進行以下主要檢查：7.2.1Anexperiencedengineershallbeassignedasthecommander-in-chiefforthetestrun,anditemsfortestshallbeformulatedaccordingtothestipulationsinthisarticle;thereshallbestrictfieldrecord,andspecially-assignedpersonshallbedispatchedforregistration.Inordertoavoidthedamagetotheequipmentcausedbythewatercontentintheflue-gasduringthestartperiodandfailureofcheckonvariousparts,thefollowingmaintestshavetobeconducted:檢查確認5.2條中所有檢查調整項目都已落實解決合格。a.Checkandconfirmthatalltheitemstobecheckedandadjustedin5.2havebeenimplementedandsolved.鎖上人孔門投入安全連鎖。b.Lockthemanholedoor,andapplythesafetylock.若有進、出口煙道風門，檢查進、出口煙道風門開啟情況，手動、電動是否靈活。c.Checkontheentranceandexitfluedooropeningsituationifthereis,andcheckifthemanualandelectricoperationisflexible.檢查電氣控制板上報警裝置的功能是否正常，可撳壓每塊控制板上標有“試驗”字樣的按鈕來模擬報警。d.Checkifthefunctionsofalarmdeviceontheelectriccontrolboardareinnormalconditions;itisavailabletosimulatethealarmbypressingthebuttonmarkedwith“test”letteroneachcontrolplate.確認所有的人都已離開布袋除塵器內部。e.Confirmthatallthepeoplehaveleftfromtheinternalpartofthebag-typedustcollector.確認壓縮空氣系統(tǒng)已啟動。f.Confirmthatthecompressedairsystemhasbeenstarted.確認各管路系統(tǒng)密封不漏氣；g.Confirmthatallthepipelinesystemsaresealedwithoutairleakage;確認管路已吹掃；h.Confirmthatallthepipelineshavebeenblown;確認噴吹閥噴吹清脆，完好，無漏氣；i.Confirmthattheblowingvalveisclearandingoodstate,withoutairleakage;確認氣缸動作干脆，無漏氣；j.Confirmthattheaircylinderisclear,withoutairleakage;7.2.2在確認設備已進行過試運轉前的所有各項檢查并正常后將氣體通入凈氣室。7.2.2Makethegasgointothegaspurificationroomafterconfirmingthattheequipmenthaspassedallthechecksbeforetestrun.7.2.4再次檢查殼體、檢查門等處的漏風情況。7.2.4Checktheairleakageconditionsonshellanddoorsagain.7.2.5應對布袋除塵器布袋進行預噴涂工作，以保護布袋和延長其使用壽命。7.2.5Conductpre-spraytothebagofthebag-typedustcollector,toprotectandextendtheservicelifeofthebag.7.2.6停車（停車步驟詳見8.5條）。7.2.6Parking(pleasereferto8.5forproceduresforparking).7.2.7打開布袋氣室或人孔門，觀察布袋表面積灰情況，檢查是否有布袋掉袋和損壞現(xiàn)象；7.2.7Openthebagairroomorthemanholedoor,andobservetheashaccumulationconditiononthesurfaceofthebag,andcheckifthereisfallingdownordamageofbag;7.2.8消除在負載試運轉中出現(xiàn)的全部故障。7.2.8Eliminateallthefaultsappearingintheloadingtestrun.7.2.9檢查貯氣罐壓力是否達到工作壓力，閥門是否打開，管路是否暢通；7.2.9Checkifthepressureinthegasholderhasachievedtheworkingpressure,andifthevalveisopened,andifthepipelineissmooth;8、設備的操作規(guī)程8.OperatingInstructionsforEquipment8.1布袋除塵器應有專業(yè)人員進行操作管理，專業(yè)人員必須對本設備性能、操作要求、安全和維護保養(yǎng)知識有較全面的了解，并熟悉本說明書。操作管理前應由企業(yè)對管理人員進行考核，合格后方可參加操作。8.1Thereshallbeprofessionalpersonneltooperateandmanagethebag-typedustcollector,whoarerequiredtohavecomprehensiveunderstandingtotheperformance,operatingrequirements,safetyandmaintenanceknowledgeabouttheequipment,andshallbefamiliarwiththisManual.Themanagementpersonnelshallbeassessedbyenterprisesbeforetheoperationandmanagement,andthepersonnelcanparticipateinoperationonlyafterpassingtheassessment.8.2開車前必須對設備再一次進行嚴格的檢查，逐項做好檢查紀錄，并經現(xiàn)場運轉總負責人簽字認可。除塵器操作的正確與否直接關系到濾袋是否能達到其最佳性能和有效防止濾袋的過早失效。8.2Itisrequiredtoconductstrictinspectionontheequipmentbeforedriving,andmakeinspectionrecords,andshallobtainthesignatureoftheprincipalofthefield.Thecorrectoperationonthedustcollectorhasadirectinfluenceonifthefiltrationbagcanachieveitsbestperformanceandeffectivepreventionfortheearlyfaultofthefiltrationbag.8.3、啟動準備工作：8.3PreparatoryWorkforStartup:如果布袋是第一次投入使用或使用過但已離線清灰過了，為防止濾袋的堵塞，就必須對濾袋進行預噴涂。如果布袋已經投入使用了，而除塵器只在一小段時間處于離線狀態(tài)，且沒有清過灰，那么布袋上還會有殘余的灰層，就不需要預噴涂；Ifitisthefirsttimetousethebag,orithasbeenusedandconductedwithofflinedustcollection,itisrequiredtoconductpre-spraytothefiltrationbagtoavoidtheblockingonit.Ifthebaghasbeenused,andthedustcollectorisinofflinestateforaveryshortterm,andnodustcollectionhasbeenconducted,thereisresidualdustlayeronthebag,inwhichcondition,nopre-sprayisneeded;檢查各指示燈及報警控制板的功能是否良好；a.Checkifthefunctionsofalltheindicatinglightsandalarmcontrolpanelareingoodcondition;排灰系統(tǒng)出灰有否故障；b.Checkifthereisfaultonashdischargeoftheashdischargesystem;經常檢查各氣路是否密封無漏氣；c.Checkifallthegascircuitsaresealedwithoutairleakageataregularbasis;調整噴吹壓力、脈沖頻率、脈沖寬度；d.Adjusttheblowingpressure,impulsefrequencyandimpulsewidth;檢查布袋頂部減壓閥后壓力表顯示是否正常；e.Checkifthepressuregageofthereducingvalveontopofthebagisinnormalcondition;8.4、除塵器啟動8.4StartupoftheDustCollector8.4.1、打開儲氣罐及噴吹管路上的閥門，起動引風機，啟動控制系統(tǒng)8.4.1Openthevalvesontheairstoragetankandtheblowingpipeline,andstartuptheinduceddraftfan,andstartup
