摘要:

目的:本研究旨在探究水中運(yùn)動療法對排球運(yùn)動員膝關(guān)節(jié)損傷康復(fù)的應(yīng)用效果,為體育醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域提供參考依據(jù)。

方法:選取20名排球運(yùn)動員作為研究對象,均因膝關(guān)節(jié)損傷而迫使休賽。隨機(jī)分為對照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組,對照組接受傳統(tǒng)理療治療,實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用水中運(yùn)動療法輔助治療。療程均為8個(gè)星期,隨訪期為12個(gè)月。通過VAS評分、膝關(guān)節(jié)ROM、肌肉力量測試等指標(biāo)來評估康復(fù)效果,將兩組數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對比分析。

結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)組VAS評分、膝關(guān)節(jié)ROM、肌肉力量測試均明顯好于對照組,在療程結(jié)束后和隨訪期末的數(shù)據(jù)對比中,實(shí)驗(yàn)組差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。

結(jié)論:水中運(yùn)動療法作為一種康復(fù)治療手段,對于排球運(yùn)動員膝關(guān)節(jié)損傷的康復(fù)治療有著顯著的效果。通過水中運(yùn)動療法可以適當(dāng)減輕關(guān)節(jié)負(fù)荷,保持適度的運(yùn)動強(qiáng)度,提高患者的肌肉力量和關(guān)節(jié)ROM,加速康復(fù)過程。

Abstract:

Objective:Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheapplicationeffectofaquatictherapyontherehabilitationofkneejointinjuriesinvolleyballathletes,providingreferenceforthefieldofsportsmedicine.

Methods:Twentyvolleyballathleteswhowereforcedtoretireduetokneejointinjurieswereselectedastheresearchobjects.Theywererandomlydividedintothecontrolgroupandtheexperimentalgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedtraditionalphysiotherapy,whiletheexperimentalgroupusedaquatictherapytoassisttreatment.Thecourseoftreatmentwas8weeks,andthefollow-upperiodwas12months.TheeffectofrehabilitationwasevaluatedbyVASscore,kneejointROM,musclestrengthtestandotherindicators,andthedataofthetwogroupswerecomparedandanalyzed.

Results:TheVASscore,kneejointROMandmusclestrengthtestintheexperimentalgroupweresignificantlybetterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup.Thedifferencesbetweenthetwogroupswerestatisticallysignificantattheendofthecourseandthefollow-upperiod.
