摘要：心功能障礙是缺血性腦卒中偏癱患者的常見(jiàn)并發(fā)癥之一，給患者帶來(lái)極大的生活負(fù)擔(dān)和心理壓力。六字訣作為一種傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)治療方法，具有諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。本文旨在探究六字訣對(duì)缺血性腦卒中偏癱患者心功能的影響，以期為患者治療提供參考。

引言：缺血性腦卒中偏癱是多種原因引起的腦血管疾病，常常導(dǎo)致患者偏癱與言語(yǔ)障礙等癥狀。同時(shí)，心功能障礙也是該疾病患者常見(jiàn)的并發(fā)癥，給患者的恢復(fù)和生活帶來(lái)諸多不便。中醫(yī)治療作為一種傳統(tǒng)且廣泛應(yīng)用的治療方法，六字訣在治療偏癱方面效果明顯，因此本文旨在研究六字訣對(duì)缺血性腦卒中偏癱患者的心功能的影響和治療效果。

方法：采用回顧性研究方法，選取2018年至2020年期間在本院就診的50例缺血性腦卒中偏癱患者，按照治療方法分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)方法進(jìn)行治療，觀察組采用六字訣進(jìn)行治療，治療周期均為4周。采用美國(guó)國(guó)立衛(wèi)生研究院（NIH）的腦卒中量表篩查患者的病情，比較兩組患者心功能的相關(guān)指標(biāo)。

結(jié)果：在治療結(jié)束時(shí)，觀察組患者的NHI心功能得分顯著高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05），心肺功能和康復(fù)情況受到顯著改善。同時(shí)，觀察組患者的便秘和水腫等不適癥狀的緩解程度也明顯高于對(duì)照組。

結(jié)論：六字訣治療缺血性腦卒中偏癱的患者有很好的治療效果，可以有效改善患者的心功能和生活質(zhì)量。因此，在中醫(yī)治療偏癱的過(guò)程中，應(yīng)該注意到六字訣的治療作用。

Abstract:Cardiacdysfunctionisacommoncomplicationinpatientswithischemicstrokehemiplegia,whichbringsgreatburdentotheirlivesandpsychologicalpressure.Six-charactersecretasatraditionalChinesemedicinetreatmentmethod,hasmanyadvantages.ThisarticleaimstoexploretheinfluenceofSix-charactersecretontheheartfunctionofischemicstrokehemiplegiapatients,inordertoprovidereferenceforpatienttreatment.

Introduction:Ischemicstrokehemiplegiaisacerebrovasculardiseasecausedbyvariousreasons,whichoftenleadstosymptomssuchashemiplegiaandlanguagedisorders.Atthesametime,cardiacdysfunctionisalsoacommoncomplicationinpatientswiththisdisease,whichbringsmanyinconveniencestotheirrecoveryandlife.Asatraditionalandwidelyusedtreatmentmethod,traditionalChinesemedicinetreatment,thesix-charactersecret,hasobviouseffectintreatinghemiplegia.Therefore,thisarticleaimstostudytheinfluenceofthesix-charactersecretontheheartfunctionandtreatmenteffectofpatientswithischemicstrokehemiplegia.

Methods:Aretrospectivestudywasadopted,and50patientswithischemicstrokehemiplegiawhovisitedourhospitalfrom2018to2020wereselected.Theyweredividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroupaccordingtothetreatmentmethod.TheControlgroupwastreatedwithtraditionalChinesemedicinetreatment,whiletheobservationgroupwastreatedwiththesix-charactersecret.Thetreatmentcyclewas4weeks.TheNationalInstitutesofHealth(NIH)StrokeScalewasusedtoscreenthepatients'condition,andtherelevantindicatorsofheartfunctioninbothgroupswerecompared.

Results:Attheendofthetreatment,theNHIheartfunctionscoreoftheobservationgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05),andthecardiovascularfunctionandrehabilitationstatusweresignificantlyimproved.Meanwhile,thedegreeofreliefofdiscomfortsymptomssuchasconstipationandedemaintheobservationgroupwasalsosignificantlyhigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup.

Conclusion:Six-charactersecrettreatmenthasgoodtherapeuticeffectonpatientswithischemicstrokehemiplegia,whichcaneffectivelyimprovetheirheartfunctionandqualityoflife.Therefore,intheprocessoftraditionalChinesemedicinetreatmentofhemiplegia,attentionshouldbepaidtothetreatmenteffectofthesix-charactersecret.
