Abstract

Intheeraofinformationization,theimportanceofprojectportfoliomanagementisbecomingmoreandmoresignificant.Thispaperaimstoexplorethemethodsandstrategiestooptimizetheprogressmanagementofinformationtechnologyprojectportfolios,aimingtoenhancetheefficiencyandeffectivenessofITprojectportfoliomanagement.

Thispaperfirstlyintroducestheconceptandfeaturesofprojectportfoliomanagement,andanalyzestheproblemsandchallengesintheprogressmanagementofITprojectportfolios.Then,basedonreallifecases,thispaperexploresthemethodsandstrategiesofprogressmanagement,includingtheestablishmentofprogressplan,implementationofmonitoringandcontrol,andoptimizationofprogressmanagementprocess.Finally,accordingtotheresearchresults,thispaperputsforwardcorrespondingsuggestionsandfutureresearchdirections.
