摘要：高職院校作為推動國家經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要力量，其創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境分析具有重要意義。本文以PESTEL模型為理論基礎，分析了政治、經(jīng)濟、社會、技術、環(huán)境和法律等六個方面對高職院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響。其中，政治因素對高職院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境影響較小，經(jīng)濟因素是影響高職院校發(fā)展的主導因素之一，社會因素對高職院校人才培養(yǎng)和就業(yè)方面也具有一定的影響，技術因素則為高職院校的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)提供了必要的技術支持，環(huán)境因素對高職院校的可持續(xù)發(fā)展也產生了重要影響，法律因素則限制了高職院校在創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)方面的自主性和靈活性。在此基礎上，提出了高職院校加強教育教學創(chuàng)新、加強創(chuàng)業(yè)教育、樹立良好的環(huán)境保護意識、制定靈活的管理政策等建議，為高職院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)發(fā)展提供有力保障。

Abstract:Asanimportantforcetopromotenationaleconomicdevelopment,theanalysisoftheenvironmentforinnovationandentrepreneurshipdevelopmentinhighervocationalcollegesisofgreatsignificance.BasedonthePESTELmodel,thispaperanalyzestheimpactofsixfactors:political,economic,social,technological,environmentalandlegal,ontheinnovationandentrepreneurshipdevelopmentofhighervocationalcolleges.Amongthem,politicalfactorshavearelativelysmallimpactontheinnovationandentrepreneurshipenvironmentofhighervocationalcolleges,whileeconomicfactorsareoneofthemainfactorsthataffecttheirdevelopment.Socialfactorsalsohaveacertaininfluenceontalentcultivationandemployment,whiletechnologicalfactorsprovidenecessarytechnicalsupportforinnovationandentrepreneurship.Environmentalfactorshaveanimportantimpactonthesustainabledevelopmentofhighervocationalcolleges,whilelegalfactorslimittheautonomyandflexibilityofinnovationandentrepreneurshipinhighervocationalcolleges.Onthisbasis,suggestionsareputforward,suchasstrengtheningeducationalinnovation,improvingentrepreneurialeducation,raisingenvironmentalprotectionawareness,andformulatingflexiblemanagementpolicies,toprovidestrongsupportfortheinnovationandentrepreneurshipdevelopmentofhighervocationalcolleges.
