Poisesetsofmachinedebuginstructions
Preparation:
Thebalancerdoesnotsupportthecomputersystem:InadditiontoVISTA64bitsarecompatiblewithothersystemscan.
Beforeinstallingthebalancercanbefirstontheremotecontrolandreceiverfrequency,thefollowingsteps
Forthefirsttimeonthefrequencymustbeinstrictaccordancewiththefollowingsteps:
1:Holddownthebuttontoturnthetransmitteronthefrequency
2:Thereceiverplugonthepowerlinefrequency,thereceiverlightflashesofftwice
3:thetransmitter,thepowerandunplugthereceiverfrequencyline
4:Receiverpower(cannotbeinsertedonthefrequencyofline)
5:Openthetransmitter(donotpressthebuttononthefrequency),aboutthreesecondsintothereceiverlightflashesconstant.Notafterbootsequence.
Note:Iflightisnotflashing,thenthereceiver,thereceiverre-power,butpoweroffbeforethetransmittershouldbe.
Onthefrequencyofcomplete,easydebugging,andinitialsteeringgearnexttest.
WhenusingtheBalanceMasterfirst,firstUSBcabletoconnectthecomputer,thecomputerpromptsaccordingtothestepstoinstallagooddriver.

Balancemeterinstallation,thesensorandCCDcameratofollowitsownlineofsmallarrowspointto,orbalancetheinstrumentdoesnotwork.
CCDofthecamerashouldbeinstalledtowardstheground,besuretoprotectthelensinfrontoftheopenwithoutobstruction,soasnottoaffecttheCCDimagecapturesurface.

Astheinstrumentitself,withmixedbalancecontrol,allremotecontrolmustbesettosingleservohelicoptermode,insteadofthree120-degreeCCPMmixingcontrolofthesteeringgear.ThesetK-6Xintheimplementationofthehiddenmenu.Setthefollowingsteps:PressandholdUPandDN,turnthepoweron,enterthehiddenmenu.TheS1issettoHP1

Whensetupremotecontrolleraftertheaircraftmechanicalpartsneedtoset,andtheneedtousethecomputersettings,setsoftwareinstallationstepsare:firstUSBintoyourcomputer,whileaninterfacepoise(offstate),openremotecontrol,thereceiverpoweronselftestafterpower-balanceinstrumentneeds,thistimecannotmovetheaircraftuntiltheself-testpassed,settoopeninthecomputersoftware,youcan.Inthefutureuseoftheprocess,setthesoftwaretoconnecttothebalancerthen,wemustfirstclickon:Read,soasnottobalancetheinstrumentwherethedataiseliminated(Figure).
Readthecompletecourseofthenextparameter.Madeforeachparametersetting,shouldclickontowrite,onlytheimplementationofabalancedinstrument(Figure).
Opentheremotecontrol,centralcontrolboxshowsagreenlightmayflicker,isnormal.Thesteeringarmasfaraspossibleinaccordancewiththeplateparalleltotheangleofalargetoothembeddedinthesteeringgear,steeringgearandstarttodetectthemovementsarenormal.
Settingspageasfollows:
Thispageisresponsibleforregulatingbalanceofpositiveandnegativeinstrumentallthesensorsignals,includingthelocktailgyropositiveandnegative,andcanadjusttheservoneutralposition,canbeachievedthroughthispagerudderanglesettings.
Firstofallwehavetocheckthebalanceofpositiveandnegativesensorinstrument,lifttheaircraft,sothattheaircraftleftorrighttilt,swashplateshouldtilttheoppositedirection,asshown:
Iftheswashplatemovesinthewrongdirection,thenthecorrespondingneedtoadjusttheactualsituation.Forexample,whenItiltedtheplaneleftandwhentheaileronandpitchwhiledownward-sloping,thenweneedtosettheaileronchannelservoreverse,steeringgearchanneltopitchdown,andaileronrudderchannelplaneelevation.
Aileroninthedirectionofthefuture,thenexttestdowntheprosandcons,bow,ortheriseoftheaircraft,thepuckshouldalsobeintheoppositedirection,

Benotedthatthepoisetosetthesoftwaretosetpositiveandnegativewhenthesteeringgear,notasingleadjustmentofanactuator,suchas:Whentheplanetiltedtotherightwhenthepuckhastherighttilt,itisclearcrossdiskactioniswrong,thistimewhilethecomputermanagementtoregulatepositiveandnegativeaileronandpitchforthejobotherwisearisewithtwosteeringdirection.(Ifyoustillcannotdebugthepositiveandnegativewhenthedirectionoftheaileronanddowntoadjustwell,thenyoucanjackthesteeringgearswapafter1,2,andthenadjust.Usuallydonotneedtochange)
Adjustthesteeringgearafterthepuck,thenextneedtoadjusttheruddermachinepositiveandnegative,themethodisthatinthecomputerwilladjustthegyrosensitivityvalueis0,orcomplex(ienon-locktailmode),andthenelectrifiedasfarastoarmandtailrudder90-degreeangleputtingprocessesembeddedinthesteeringgear,ifthereisdeviation,thesoftwarecanadjustthesteeringgearoftheneutralpoint.
Togglejoystickleftandright,pushtheendofthesliderobservationtrip,takethetouroftheCentralastheneutralpoint(below)anduseitasastandard,fixedtheruddermachine.
Whilethefixedruddermachine,carefulnottobendtheendofputter.
Aftertheneutralpointtodeterminetheneedtoidentifythepositiveandnegativegyroscope:theaxisofacircle,sothattheaircrafttailtotheleftforanarc,pushingtheendoftheslideractionobservationdirection,iftheslidertotheleftalsoshowsthegyroscopeiscounteriswrong,sotakeoff,theplaneswillnotstopspinning.Thecomputerwillneedtomakecorrections.
Correctis:tail,turnleftslidertotherightmovement;tailtotheright,slidetotheleft.

Inourfactorythesetofmachineconfigurationisa6-channelremotecontrol,soweletthelocktailgyrosensitivitycomputer-controlled,generallywiththeoriginalanalogsteeringgear,thedefaultsensitivityof30to40,delay69months(dependingonmachinecasemaybe);withdigitalservo,heighteningsensitivitytotheappropriatespecificsensitivityvaluesaccordingtotheactualcircumstances,thedelaytominimum.Therestcanbeinaccordancewiththefactorydefault,andnoadditionalsettings.
5.Testdebug
Next,youcanbegintestflights,testflightsbeforecheckingtherudderservoarmscrewsontheQi.Toensurethecorrectassemblywithoutloosening.
Inthecaseofthemotorpowertoconnectpoweradjustment,poweradjustmentontheinitialsettings:Opentheremotecontrol,pushthethrottletomaximum,turnontheaircraftpowersupply,themotorblewuttered:DI~~~(powerindeedren),appearsafterTWOtweet:tick~tick~(throttlestrokestudy),thethrottlestickquicklytominimizethemotortweetthreetimes:DI~DI~DI(Batterytest:that11.1V3SLithium),settingcompletedpower.
Aircraftpower,thebalanceofself-testinstrumentneeds,pleasedonottouchtheaircraft.Duringthetestflight,turnoffthebalancer(balancercentralcontrollersolidred),hovertheaircraftaftertake-offobservedthesituationwouldbeoffsetif,onthecrossbartoadjusttheplate(donotuseremotecontrolpaneltrim),untiltheaircraftcanhoverfarmorestable.Descendtotheground,openthebalancer(balancercentralcontrolboxorgreenflashinggreenlight),takeoffagain.Observationaircraftattitude,iftheplanecouldhoverinplace,butthebodyswayamplitude,canbereducedpoisesensitivity;Iftheaircraftcannotbestablehover,thenincreasethesensitivityofpoise.Generalsenseofpoiseinthe65to85degrees.
平衡儀簡介(測試版)平衡儀的套機(jī)調(diào)試說明
準(zhǔn)備工作:
該平衡儀不支持的電腦系統(tǒng):除VISTA64位
以外,其余系統(tǒng)均可兼容。
在安裝平衡儀之前,可以先將遙控器和接收機(jī)進(jìn)行對頻,步驟如下
第一次對頻必須嚴(yán)格按照以下步驟:
1:按住發(fā)射機(jī)對頻按鈕開機(jī)
2:接收機(jī)插上對頻線上電,接收機(jī)指示燈閃爍兩次熄滅
3:關(guān)發(fā)射機(jī),拔掉接收機(jī)電源和對頻線
4:接收機(jī)上電(不能插對頻線)
5:打開發(fā)射機(jī)(不要按對頻按鈕),約三秒接收機(jī)指示燈閃爍轉(zhuǎn)為恒量。以后開機(jī)沒有順序。
備注:如果接收機(jī)指示燈不閃爍的話,把接收機(jī)重新上電,但是上電之前要把發(fā)射機(jī)關(guān)掉。
對頻完成后,方便接下來的調(diào)試以及初期舵機(jī)檢測。
初次使用平衡儀時,先將USB連接線連接電腦,按照電腦提示的步驟安裝好驅(qū)動程序。
平衡儀使用步驟:
1.安裝平衡儀
2.連接插線
3.遙控器設(shè)置
4.飛機(jī)機(jī)械設(shè)置
5.試飛調(diào)試一.
安裝平衡儀
安裝平衡儀時,傳感器和CCD鏡頭必須按照本身小箭頭的指向保持一致,否則平衡儀無法正常工作。
CCD的鏡頭應(yīng)朝向地面安裝,一定要保障鏡頭前方空曠無阻礙,以免影響CCD采集地面圖像。
這里我們按照KDS出廠的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置進(jìn)行示范,二.連接插線
安裝好平衡儀以后需要開始連接插線。
KDSK-6X遙控器配帶的接收機(jī),與FUTABA的接收機(jī)插線方法一樣
平衡儀插頭插頭名稱FUTABA接收機(jī)JR接收機(jī)備注黑紅白三插頭副翼/供電通道第1通道第2通道必須連接黃色單插頭升降通道第2通道第3通道必須連接橙色單插頭螺距通道第6通道第6通道必須連接灰色單插頭尾舵通道第4通道第4通道必須連接綠色單插頭陀螺儀感度通道第5通道第5通道此線可不連接藍(lán)色單插頭平衡儀感度通道第7通道第7通道此線可不連接出廠的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是將平衡儀的感度線接到第五通道,由遙控器直接控制平衡儀的感度,陀螺儀的感度在電腦里設(shè)置置。
PS:
關(guān)于平衡儀感度線和陀螺儀感度線,這兩根線都可插可不插,其區(qū)別在于:當(dāng)在接收機(jī)第五通道插上平衡儀(藍(lán)色插頭)的感度線時,電腦設(shè)置的平衡儀感度不起作用了,這時平衡儀的感度直接由遙控器的第五通道控制。如果將平衡儀感度線拔掉,平衡儀的感度又恢復(fù)到電腦里設(shè)置的感度值。陀螺儀感度同上平衡儀連接接收機(jī)的完成示意圖:
450SV:450C:連接好平衡儀和接收機(jī)以后,需要將舵機(jī)和平衡儀的中央控制盒連接起來。
副翼通道連接中央控制盒的第一插口,
升降通道連接第三插口(這是固定的),
螺距通道插第二插口,
尾舵機(jī)插第五插口(這是固定的)。
中央控制盒可以根據(jù)各自飛機(jī)的情況選擇固定的位置,建議調(diào)機(jī)結(jié)束后再固定中央控制盒。二。遙控器設(shè)置
由于平衡儀本身就帶有混控,所有遙控器必須設(shè)置為單個舵機(jī)的直升機(jī)模式,而不是3個舵機(jī)120度CCPM混控。該設(shè)置在K-6X的隱藏菜單里執(zhí)行。設(shè)置步驟如下:同時按住UP和DN,打開電源,進(jìn)入隱藏菜單。將S1設(shè)置為HP1
(直升機(jī)單個舵機(jī)混控)設(shè)置好以后,關(guān)閉遙控器重啟。接著進(jìn)入遙控器的主菜單,設(shè)置一下項目:

PS:關(guān)于平衡儀的工作模式一共有三種:
1.定位平衡模式(中央控制盒為綠色燈,平衡儀感度為正數(shù)值)
2.全手動模式
(中央控制盒為紅色燈,平衡儀感度為0)
3.平衡不定位模式(紅燈和綠燈同時常量,平衡儀的感度為負(fù)數(shù)值)

飛機(jī)機(jī)械設(shè)置
當(dāng)設(shè)置好遙控器以后,需要對飛機(jī)機(jī)械部分進(jìn)行設(shè)置,同時需要使用到電腦設(shè)置,設(shè)置軟件的安裝步驟如下:先將USB插到電腦上,另外一頭接口連接平衡儀(斷電狀態(tài)),打開遙控器,將接收機(jī)通電,通電后平衡儀需要自檢,此時不可移動飛機(jī),待自檢通過以后,在電腦里打開設(shè)置軟件,即可。在以后的使用過程中,設(shè)置軟件連接到平衡儀以后,一定要先點(diǎn)擊:讀取
,以免平衡儀里的數(shù)據(jù)被消除(如圖)。讀取完成后在進(jìn)行接下來的參數(shù)設(shè)置。每次作出參數(shù)設(shè)置后,都要點(diǎn)擊寫入,平衡儀才會執(zhí)行(如圖)。打開遙控器,中央控制盒顯示綠色燈,可能會閃爍,屬正?,F(xiàn)象。將舵臂盡量按照平行于大齒盤的角度嵌入舵機(jī),然后開始檢測各舵機(jī)的動作是否正常。
設(shè)置頁面如下:該頁面負(fù)責(zé)調(diào)節(jié)平衡儀所有的傳感器信號正反,包括鎖尾陀螺的正反,同時可以調(diào)節(jié)各舵機(jī)的中立點(diǎn)位置,通過這個頁面可以實現(xiàn)舵角設(shè)置。首先我們要檢查的是平衡儀的傳感器正反,舉起飛機(jī),讓飛機(jī)向左或右傾斜,十字盤都應(yīng)該朝相反的方向傾斜,如圖:如果十字盤的動作方向不對,那么就需要對應(yīng)實際情況作出調(diào)整。例如當(dāng)我將飛機(jī)朝左傾斜的時候,副翼和螺距同時向下傾斜,那么我們就需要將副翼通道的舵機(jī)設(shè)置反向,讓螺距通道的舵機(jī)下拉,而副翼通道的舵機(jī)上抬。副翼的方向?qū)α艘院螅酉聛頊y試升降的正反,將飛機(jī)低頭或者抬頭,十字盤同樣應(yīng)該朝相
