一、成成立應(yīng)急處理工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組

業(yè)務(wù)部部、化制室、鍋爐室、機(jī)修部部、收運(yùn)部等部門干部職工隨隨時(shí)做好應(yīng)急預(yù)備，一旦消失現(xiàn)緊急狀況，堅(jiān)決聽(tīng)從工作安安排。

二、詳細(xì)工作措施

（一）加強(qiáng)對(duì)全廠干部職工工的教育和發(fā)動(dòng)，做到全廠上上下統(tǒng)一思想，統(tǒng)一熟悉，團(tuán)團(tuán)結(jié)全都。

（二）科學(xué)統(tǒng)籌籌，合理分工，各部門職責(zé)明明確，協(xié)調(diào)全都。

（三）密親密與農(nóng)業(yè)、工商、防疫等部部門的聯(lián)系，建立信息互通機(jī)機(jī)制，加強(qiáng)溝通協(xié)調(diào)，準(zhǔn)時(shí)掌把握狀況。

（四）嚴(yán)格落實(shí)實(shí)各項(xiàng)安全衛(wèi)生防護(hù)措施。職職工在死禽畜收運(yùn)、打撈、到處理過(guò)程中嚴(yán)格做好戴口罩、、手套，穿雨鞋、防護(hù)服等安安全防護(hù)措施以及消毒滅源工工作，確保不發(fā)生感染事故。。

（五）建立處理狀況報(bào)告告制度。業(yè)務(wù)部門每天做好到處理數(shù)量、病豬來(lái)源等狀況登登記制度，發(fā)覺(jué)特別準(zhǔn)時(shí)向領(lǐng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組和市環(huán)衛(wèi)局報(bào)告。

（六）做好職工安康監(jiān)測(cè)。每每天班前對(duì)參加一線作業(yè)的員員工進(jìn)展體溫檢查，對(duì)有發(fā)燒燒、眩暈、嘔吐等病癥的員工工馬上進(jìn)展隔離并送醫(yī)院診治治，做到及早預(yù)防、及早治療療。

（七）做好化制室各類類處理工具的保養(yǎng)和修理工作作，確保狀態(tài)良好；勞動(dòng)防護(hù)護(hù)用品儲(chǔ)藏充分，質(zhì)量良好。。

（八）合理調(diào)配調(diào)度車輛輛，確保車輛性能良好，以利利于隨時(shí)出車收運(yùn)。

（九））做好鍋爐蒸汽供應(yīng)工作，確確保死禽畜處理徹底，實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)無(wú)害化。

（十）做好宣傳工工作。準(zhǔn)時(shí)收集關(guān)于豬流感疫疫情的信息和預(yù)防學(xué)問(wèn)，制作作宣傳小冊(cè)，出版專題墻報(bào)，，增進(jìn)職工對(duì)疫情的了解，提提高職工防范意識(shí)。

三、工工作要求

（一）加強(qiáng)組織領(lǐng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。貫徹落實(shí)組長(zhǎng)負(fù)總責(zé)，，部門各負(fù)其責(zé)，一級(jí)抓一級(jí)級(jí)，層層抓落實(shí)的應(yīng)急責(zé)任管治理機(jī)制。

（二）堅(jiān)決聽(tīng)從從指揮。堅(jiān)決聽(tīng)從市局的部署署安排，從講政治、保安全的的角度將防豬流感工作嚴(yán)抓落落實(shí)，做到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)領(lǐng)先帶頭，部部門積極響應(yīng)，職工積極參加與。

（三）確保死禽畜處理理安全準(zhǔn)時(shí)。各部門要親密注留意相關(guān)信息動(dòng)態(tài)，反響要迅快速，協(xié)作要到位，行動(dòng)要果堅(jiān)決，處理要安全準(zhǔn)時(shí)。
