Gradually,someoftheanswershavebeenpiecedtogether.Today,livinginpartsofMexicoandGuatemala,therearebrownskinnedIndianpeoplecalledtheMayas.ScientistsbelievethattheancestorsoftheseIndiansbuiltthecitiesandcarvedthestonemonuments.
