So,howcanwebekindtoothers?Herearesomeways:

Beingkindtoothersisnotjustgoodforthem,it'salsogoodforus.Whenwearekindtoothers,itmakesusfeelgoodaboutourselves.Itgivesusasenseofpurposeandfulfillment,knowingthatwearemakingapositivedifferenceinthelivesofothers.

Unfortunately,sometimesitcanbedifficulttobekind.Wemaybeinabadmoodorhavehadabadday,anditcanbeeasytolashoutatothers.Butthisispreciselywhenitismostimportanttobekind.Weneverknowwhatsomeoneelseisgoingthroughorwhatkindofdaythey'vehad.Asmallactofkindnesscouldbejustwhattheyneedtoturntheirdayaround.

Beingkindalsomeansbeingrespectfulofothers,regardlessoftheirbackgroundorbeliefs.Weshouldneverdiscriminateagainstsomeonebasedontheirrace,religion,gender,oranyothercharacteristic.Instead,weshouldcelebrateourdifferencesandlearnfromoneanother.

It'salsoimportanttorememberthatbeingkinddoesn'talwaysmeanbeingnice.Sometimes,thekindestthingwecandoistogivesomeoneconstructivecriticismorholdthemaccountablefortheiractions.Thiscanbedifficult,butultimatelyitisfortheirbenefit.
