求助信是當個人遇到一些自己無法解決的問題或困難時向別人請求幫助的一種書信。

首段：表明寫信目的，請求幫助；

中間段：要清晰陳述請求幫助的具體內容；

結尾段：希望得到幫助。

注意：語氣委婉、真誠，并要向收信人表示感謝。

三、通知

通知可分為口頭通知和書面通知。

1.口頭通知所使用的語言具有明顯的口語特征，句子短小，通俗易懂。

常用結束語：That'sall.Thankyou(foryourattention).

2.書面通知措辭較正式和嚴謹，語言需簡明扼要，信息需精準無誤。使用的句式

要復雜些。常常將若干的信息通過一個句子表達出來。為避免命令之嫌，書面通

知中常采用被動語態(tài)或“please+祈使句”表示要求。
