出入境旅客需要向海關(guān)申報的物品Afterthenewentryandexitpassengerdeclarationsystemisimplemented,iftheinboundpassengercarriesthefollowingitems,he/sheshallfillinthedeclarationformofluggageandarticlesofinboundandoutboundpassengersandselect"Declarationchannel"topasstheCustoms:實行新的進(jìn)出境旅客申報制度后，入境旅客攜帶有下列物品的，須填寫《進(jìn)出境旅客行李物品申報單》，并選擇“申報通道”通關(guān)：Animals,plantsandtheirproducts,microorganisms,biologicalproducts,humantissuesandbloodproducts;

動、植物及其產(chǎn)品，微生物、生物制品、人體組織、血液制品；Residents’self-usegoodswithatotalvalueofmorethan5000yuan(including5000yuan,thesamebelow)fromabroad;

居民旅客在境外獲取總值超過人民5000元（含5000元，下同）的自用物品；ArticleswithatotalvalueofmorethanRMB2000tobeleftintheterritoryofnonresidentpassengers;非居民旅客擬留在境內(nèi)的總值超過人民幣2000元的物品；Alcoholicbeveragesexceeding1500ml,ormorethan400cigarettes,ormorethan100cigars,ormorethan500goftobacco;超過1500毫升的酒精飲料，或超過400支的香煙，或超過100支的雪茄，或超過500克的煙絲；RMBcashwithmorethan20000yuanorforeigncurrencycashequivalenttomorethan5000USdollars;超過20000元的人民幣現(xiàn)鈔，或折合超過5000美元的外幣現(xiàn)鈔Separatethetransportluggage,goods,samplesandadvertisingproducts;分離運(yùn)輸行李，貨物、貨樣、廣告品；Otheritemsthatneedtobedeclaredtothecustoms.其他需要向海關(guān)申報的物品。ItemsNeedtobeDeclaredforEntry入境需要申報的物品If

carriesthefollowingarticles,he/sheshalltruthfullyfillinthecorrespondingcolumnsofthedeclarationform,andsubmittherelevantarticlestotheCustomsforexaminationandverification,andgothroughtherelevantprocedures:出境旅客攜帶有下列物品的，應(yīng)在《申報單》相應(yīng)欄目內(nèi)如實填報，并將有關(guān)物品交海關(guān)驗核，辦理有關(guān)手續(xù)：1.Culturalrelics,endangeredanimalsandplantsandtheirproducts,biologicalspeciesresources,goldandsilverandotherpreciousmetals;文物、瀕危動植物及其制品、生物物種資源、金銀等貴重金屬；2.Residentsneedtobringbackcameras,camcorders,laptopsandotherself-useitemswithaunitpriceofmorethan5000yuan;居民旅客需復(fù)帶進(jìn)境的單價超過5000元的照相機(jī)、攝像機(jī)、手提電腦等旅行自用物品；3.RMBcashismorethan20000yuan,orforeigncurrencycashismorethan5000USdollars;人民幣現(xiàn)鈔超過20000元，或外幣現(xiàn)鈔折合超過5000美元；4.Goods,samplesandadvertisements;貨物、貨樣、廣告品；5.Otherarticlesthatneedtobedeclaredtothecustoms.其它需要向海關(guān)申報的物品。ArticlesProhibitedfromEntryandExit

禁止進(jìn)出境物品Ifthepassengercarriesarticleslistedinthelistofarticlesprohibitedfromentryandexitofthepeople'sRepublicofChina,theyshallbeconfiscatedororderedtoreturn,ordestroyedunderthesupervisionofthecustoms.Ifthecircumstancesareserious,criminalresponsibilitywillbeinvestigated.若旅客攜帶《中華人民共和國禁止進(jìn)出境物品表》所列物品進(jìn)出境，予以沒收或責(zé)令退回，或者在海關(guān)監(jiān)管下予以銷毀，情節(jié)嚴(yán)重者將追究刑事責(zé)任。1.Variousweapons,simulationweapons,ammunitionandexplosives;各種武器、仿真武器、彈藥及爆炸物品；2.Counterfeitcurrencyandcounterfeitsecurities;偽造的貨幣及偽造的有價證券；3.Printedmatter,film,photo,record,film,audiotape,videotape,computerstoragemediumandotherarticlesharmfultoChina'spolitics,economy,cultureandmorality;對中國政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、道德有害的印刷品、膠卷、照片、唱片、影片、錄音帶、錄像帶、計算機(jī)存儲介質(zhì)及其他物品；4.Allkindsofstrongpoisons;各種烈性毒藥；ArticlesProhibitedfromEntry禁止進(jìn)境物品5.Opium,morphine,heroin,marijuanaandotheraddictivedrugsandpsychotropicsubstances;鴉片、嗎啡、海洛因、大麻以及其它能使人成癮的麻醉品、精神藥物；6.Freshfruits,SolanaceaeVegetables,liveanimals(exceptdogsandcats),animalproducts,animalandplantpathogensandpestsandotherharmfulorganisms,animalcarcasses,soil,geneticallymodifiedbiologicalmaterials,relevantanimalsandplantsandtheirproductsandotherinspectionmaterialsincountriesandregionswhereanimalandplantepidemicsituationisprevalent;新鮮水果、茄科蔬菜、活動物（犬、貓除外）、動物產(chǎn)品、動植物病原體和害蟲及其它有害生物、動物尸體、土壤、轉(zhuǎn)基因生物材料、動植物疫情流行的國家和地區(qū)的有關(guān)動植物及其產(chǎn)品和其它應(yīng)檢物；7.Food,drugsorotherarticlesthatareharmfultothehealthofhumanbeingsandanimals,fromepidemicareasandotherdiseasesthatcanspread.有礙人畜健康的、來自疫區(qū)的以及其它能傳播疾病的食品、藥品或其它物品。ItemsProhibitedtobeBroughtBacktoChina禁止攜帶回國的物品1.Allarticleslistedinthescopeofprohibitedentry;列入禁止進(jìn)境范圍的所有物品；2.Manuscripts,printedmatter,film,photos,records,films,audiotapes,videotapes,computerstoragemediaandotherarticlesinvolvingstatesecrets;內(nèi)容涉及國家秘密的手稿、印刷品、膠卷、照片、唱片、影片、錄音帶、錄像帶、計算機(jī)存儲介質(zhì)及其他物品；3.Preciousculturalrelicsandotherculturalrelicsprohibitedfromleavingthecountry;珍貴文物及其它禁止出境的文物；4.Endangeredandpreciousanimalsandplants(includingspecimens)andtheirseedsandpropagationmaterials.瀕危的和珍貴的動植物（均含標(biāo)本）及其種子和繁殖材料。ArticlesProhibitedfromExit
