Wecanillaffordtouseonlyhalfourtalent,whenweknowforafactthattoday'scomplicatedchallengesdemandmorethanonevision.It'stimeforrealandpermanentpowersharing,forrealandpermanentchangewomenrulingsidebysidewithmen,allowingtheirvoicestorisewithdifferentsolutionsandallowingmentothinkoutsideofthemasculinebox.Inthisway,wegetfresheyesandfreshsolutionsfrombothgenders,appliedtobothold,durableproblemsandtonew,frighteningones.
