oureturntheoriginalguaranteetousinaccordancewiththisrequirement,ourobligationsandresponsibilitiesunderthisguaranteeshallbeautomaticallyextinguishedonthedayuponterminationoftheguaranteeresponsibility.六、免責條款6.Disclaimer1.因貴方原因致使投標人違反招投標文件的，我方不承擔保證擔保責任。1.Wewillnotbeartheresponsibilityofguaranteeforthebidder’sviolationofthebiddingdocumentsduetoyourreasons.2.依照法律規(guī)定或貴方與投標人的另行約定，免除投標人部分或全部義務的，我方亦免除其相應的保證擔保責任。2.Providedthatifthebidder’spartorallofobligationsareexemptedordischargedundertheanotheragreementbetweenyouandthebidder,wewillbealsoexemptedordischargedthecorrespondingguaranteeresponsibility.3.因不可抗力造成投標人違反招投標文件的，我方不承擔保證擔保責任。3.Wewillnotbeartheresponsibilityofguaranteeforthebidder’sviolationofthebiddingdocumentsduetoforcemajeure.七、其他7.Miscellaneous1.本保證擔保項下的權(quán)利不得轉(zhuǎn)讓，不得設(shè)定擔保。貴方未經(jīng)我方書面同意轉(zhuǎn)讓本保證擔?；蚱漤椣氯魏螜?quán)利，對我方不發(fā)生法律效力。1.Therightsunderthisletterofguaranteeshallnotbetransferredandnoinsuranceshallbeestablished.Youra
