kthenumberofmembersaccordingtopackinglistandgoodssendinglist.Ifthereareanydiscrepanciesinthenumber,checkwithgoods-deliverycompany.7.4conveyvisualinspection,ifthereareanyproblemssuchaspaintdroppingordeflectioncausedbytransportation,reportitintime.7.5Applyforinspectionforjobsiteenteringmaterialsandproviderelativetestdataandreport.Full-scaleacceptanceshouldbedoneforconfigurationanddimensionofsteelmembersandsubmithandlingplanforunqualifieditems.8Erectionplanofdoortypestructuresteel8.1RequirementsforjobsiteequipmentsLifttruckandtruckcranewillbeusedinthisproject.Forcentralmaintenancebuilding,two25Tcraneswillbeusedinthesametimetopromoteefficiencyandone25Tcranefortheerectionofotherthreebuilding.Inerection,thereshouldbegooddrivingconditionforcraneandlifttrucktomoveonjobsite.Assurethatthegroundisflatandhasbeentampedandthebaseisuptodesignstrengthbeforeerection.8.2Preparationbeforeerection:Beforeerection,makesurethatpositioningaxis,baseaxisandelevation,anchorboltdiameterandlengthhavebeencheckedandtransferacceptancehasbeenconveyed.Checkthenumber,diameter,boltholepositionanddiameterandplaceofconnectionplate;markerectioncentrallineofcolumntopandbottomendandhorizontalelevationin1mhighpositionofcolumn;checkallmarkofsteelcolumn.Constructionwillbestartedonlyafteritconformstotherequirementsofdesigndrawingandanyrectificationssuchasincorrecthorizontalpositionandincorrectlysettingconnectionboltsshouldbesubmittedinwrittendocumentstoownerandbeapprovedbyowner.8.3Auxiliarypreparationbeforetheerectionofsteelcolumn:Beforetheerectionofsteelcolumn,rig,ropeandfalling-resistancemachineshouldbefixedonthecolumnandwindbracingropeshouldalsobepreparedaccordingtospecification.8.4Theerectionandrectificationofsteelcolumn:8.4.1Usecranetoerectthesteelcolumnsaftertheyhavebeenputintherightposition.Inordertopromotetheefficiency,intransportation,useliftingtrucktoputthesteelcolumnintherightpositionaccordingtoitsaxis.Inlayingthecolumn,trytoletthebundlingpoint,centralpointofbasecolumnandfoundationinthesamecircle.8.4.2Inerection,hoistshouldslowlyerectthebundledcolumnawayfromgroundabout20cmandthenstop;checkthestabilityofcableandhoist,openrotatingbrakethenputdowncolumnabout40-100mmfromground;aimatthebaseline,directthehoisttheninsertthecolumnintoanchoredboltfortemporaryfixation.Hoistcanonlyberemovedfromcableafterthecolumnhasbeenpreliminarilyrectifiedandtheverticalitytoleranceiswithin20mm.Theverticalityofsteelcolumnshouldbecheckedbytheodolitesandrectifyitifthereisanytolerance.Inrectification,noticewhetherthereisany 3 2 18.4.3Twotheodoliteswillbeinstalledonthelongitudinalandtransverseaxistoverticallyrectifyandmeasurethecolumn.First,aimatverticalflangeofcolumnbaseplateorcentrallinethengraduallyaimabovetothetopofcolumn,thedeviationofcentrallinefromsightindicatesthatthecolumnisnotverticalandmakeitverticalbyadjustingthetieropeorbracingaswellasknockingthecolumn.Intheactualpractice,rectificationoftenhappensafterrowsofcolumnshavebeenerectedandatthattimeinstallthetwotheodolitesononesideoflongitudinalandtransverseaxis,thedeviationfromcentrallineshouldnotbelargethan2m.Re-rectificationofsteelcolumnshouldbedoneinerectingroofframeorverticalsteelelements.8.5Theerectionandrectificationofsteelbeam8.5.1Themaintestingiteminthisprojectisverticalityanditcanbetestedbyhungball.Aftertest,thequalifiedroofframeshouldbefixedwithhighstrengthbolts.8.5.2Moveableplatformshouldbeusedintheconnectionofboltsandtheinstallmentofclosejointplatetoensurethesafetyofworkinginhighplace.8.5.3Moveableplatformshouldbeusedtofixationandfinaltweakofhighstrengthbolts.8.6Installmentofpurlinandbracingsystem.2Pulleywillbeusedintheinstallmentofpurlinsandtheinstallmentrequirementsshouldbe:bolts’holeshouldbeaimedcorrectedandtweakingandfasteningextentshouldbereasonable.Accordingtothespecificationofpurlinandusinglocation,8.6.3Bracingshouldbeinstalledintimeaccordingtorelativerequirementsandinstallmentlocationshouldbecorrectanduptodesignrequirements;ensuretheoverallrigidityandstabilityofsteelstructure.8.6.4Windbracingropeshallbeinstalledtoensurethestabilityofframeandavoidinstabilitycausedbystrongwind.8.7StructurerectificationAftererection,rectificationofverticalityandflatnessbetweensteelmembersshouldbeconveyedintime.Inordertoensuretheinstallmentpositioncorrectnessofcontinuoussteelmembers,columnandhorizontalbracingshouldbeinstalledintimeandthesebracingalsoneedrectification.Whenadjustingcolumnbracing,lockoneendandlooseanotherandinthetimecolumnhasbeenrectifytovertical,lockthebracingtoatenseconditionbutavoidcauseanydamagetoelementsbylockingtootensely.Adjusthorizontalbracingusingridgepointasthecentralpointfromeavestoroofridgesystemandrectifyroofbeamtokeeproofvertical.Anyway,locktheobliquebracingonlyafterallelementshavebeenrectifiedtoverticalposition.8.8SetlifelineSetlifelineintimeafterframehasbeencompleted,fordetailsafetyplan,seeEHS.8.9InstallmentofcornerbracingOrdinarybeamcornerbracingshouldbeconnectedfromgroundtoroofbeamandfixedtoroofpurlinwithboltsaftererection.8.10TheinstallmentoftierodandbarAdjusttheflatnessofpurlininthetimeofinstallingtierodandbarofwallandroofandrectifythedeflectionofpurlincausedbytransportationorpilingup.8.11Theconnectionofhighstrengthbolts8.11.1Fasteningorderofjointbolt:fasteningorderinthesameplane:fastenfrommiddletotwoends.8.11.2ConstructionorderofhighstrengthboltsUnlessrequiredbydesign,Insertingdirectionofhighstrengthboltsshouldbebasedontheconvenienceofconstruction.Boltsaroundtheframeshouldbefixedintotheinteriorsideofsteelstructure;boltsinsideframeshouldbefixedaccordingtospecification.Fixingdirectionofhighstrengthboltsinthesamejointshouldbeuniform.8.12.Constructionofhighstrengthbolts8.12.1Thehighstrengthboltsarelargehexheadhighstrengthboltsand“torquemethod”willbetakenastheconstructionmethod.8.12.2Usetorquewrenchintheconstructionofhighstrengthboltsandcontroltorquestrictlyinthecourseofconstruction.8.12.3Initialtweakandfinaltweakwillbeusedinthetweakingofhighstrengthboltsandthetorqueofinitialtweakis0.5timeofconstructiontorque.8.12.4Thetestfortorquecoefficientofhighstrengthboltsshouldbetakenbeforetheconstructionofhighstrengthbolts.8.12.5Torqueinspectionoffinaltweakshouldbedonewithin48hafter1hlaterofthecompletionoffinaltweakofhighstrengthheavyhexheadboltsset.8.12.6Thecalculationequationoftorquevalue:constructiontorquevalue=torquecoefficient×standardconstructionpretensionvalue×boltnominaldiameter8.12.7Recordinthecourseoftweaking9.Erectionplanforgridstructure9.1constructionpreparation9.1.1Scaffoldshallbeusedintheerectionofgridandtheadvantageofitisconvenientandfast,theplatformofscaffoldcanalsobeusedforthematerialspilingplatform.9.1.2Inordertocontrolandrectifythecoordinateposition,four9.1.3Tamptheareaaroundtemporaryplatformofsplicedgridtoensurethestabilityofscaffold.9.1.4Scoringandpositioning:positionthescaffoldaccordingtodimensionandupperandlowchordofgrid.9.2Erectionorderofgrid:Preparation→scoringandpositioning→organizationofscaffold→installupperchord,fasteningcentralchordandrectifysmallunitgrid→initialinstallmentofgridcompleted→rectification→weldpedestal→acceptance9.3Splicingorderofgrid9.3.1Themethodofsplicingtriangularsupportis:first,findtheballandrodinthispositionandthenoneinstallingworkerfindouttheballholeposition,buttconnecttwocentralrodseparately,tweaksleeveboltwithwrenchorpipetongs,thenanotherworkerinstallupperchord,thethirdworkeraimbolttorelativeballhole,fastentheupperchordwithwrenchorpipetongs.Inthecourseoffastening,centralchordinstallingworkershaketherodmembertotweaktherodmembertoballastightaspossible.Afteraboveprocedureiscompleted,installanotherupperchord.9
