第頁共頁英語教學(xué)課程改革教育論文英語教學(xué)課程改革教育論文【摘要】:^p:課程改革是在新形式下施行素質(zhì)教育的必要要求,他要求創(chuàng)造性的'教育教學(xué),為老師的教學(xué)提供了極大的空間,同時對老師的素質(zhì)和才能提出了更高的要求與挑戰(zhàn)。在英語教學(xué)中要著眼于學(xué)生的全面開展,重在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的綜合語言運用才能;能充分認(rèn)識到信息技術(shù)在教學(xué)中的重要性,并將之運用到英語教學(xué)中。在教學(xué)中要時刻注意運用科學(xué)的多元評價方式,使學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過程中不斷體驗進步與成功,激發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)興趣,增強自信心,也使英語教學(xué)更加科學(xué)化,公平化?!娟P(guān)鍵詞】:^p:英語教學(xué),綜合才能,信息技術(shù),多元評價.1.DuringtheEnglishteachingweshouldconcentrateonthestudents’all-rounddevelopment.Thestudentsbenefitfromthenewcoursereformmost.DuringtheEnglishteaching,eachoftheteachers’teachingbeliefsshouldbehumanity,andthebasiclocationiscognitiveeducation,soweshouldbelievethateverystudenthasgreatpotentialabilityinlearning,andthateachofthestudentshasanabundantandspecialmentalworld.Weshouldmakethestudentsplaythemostimportantrole,andconcentrateontheirall-rounddevelopmentsothatthestudentshavetheabilityofcontinuousdevelopment,whichwilleintoimportantplayintheirlifelongeducation.Theteachersshouldconcentrateoninspiringanddevelopingthestudents’interestinlearningEnglish,whichcanhelpthestudentstobeconfidentandenthusiasticabouttheirstudiesandlife,andformtheeffectivestudystrategy,anddevelopgoodhabitofstudy.Teachersshoulddotheirbesttooffermuchstudyspacetostudentsinordertomakedifferentstudentsexperiencetheprogressandsuccess.Manyyearslater,wealwaysthinkthemostimportantthinginteachingiswhathelpsthestudentstograsptheEnglishknowledge,butweignoredthestudents’spiritualworld.Infact,thestudents’sensesofsocialresponsibility,strictstudyattitudeandpositiveemotionallhaveaneffectontheirEnglishlearning.Asteachers,weshouldrespectourstudentsandputouremotionintotheEnglishteaching.Forrespectingthestudents,wealsoadmitthattherearealotofdifferencesamongthem.Everystudenthashispersonality;theyshouldbegivenanequalchancetostudy.Accordingtothedifferencesamongthem,weoffertherightwaysofstudyingtodifferentstudents.DrHowardGardener,afamouspsychologistandeducatorinpresentage,hewroteabookcalled“Framesofmind”,TheoryofMultipleIntelligenceisraisedbyhiminthebook.HumanintelligenceisclassifiedassevenclassificationsbyGardener:Parole-languageIntelligence,Logic-mathematicalIntelligence,Vision-spaceIntelligence,Body-sportingIntelligence,Music-tempoIntelligence,Association-municativeIntelligence,andKnowOneselfIntelligence.Theclassificationofintellectualstructureisgreathelpfultousinchangingoureducationalbeliefsandknowingthestudents’discrepancyagain.Infact,duringtheEnglishteachingwefindthediscrepancybetweengirlsandboys,mostofthegirlsaregoodatmemorizingwordsandrules,butmostoftheboysaregoodatreadingandthinking.Somestudentsaregoodatspokenlanguagewhileothersaregoodatwrittenlanguage.Ateachershouldguidehisstudentsaccordingtothedifferentcharacteristicsofthedifferentstudents.2.DuringtheEnglishteachingweshouldconcentrateondevelopingthestudents’integratingskills.Themainaimofthenewtextbookistohelpstudentstoimprovetheirintegratingskills.Theformationofthiskindofabilityisbasedonstudents’languageskills,languageknowledge,sentimentalattitude,studystrategy,andculturalconsciousness.Wecansupporttheseviewsbysummarizingthemlikethis:(1)Themainpurposeoflearningistograspthelanguageskills.Languageskillsincludelistening,speaking,readingandwriting.Listeningandreadingaretheinputoflanguagecalledinputskill,speakingandwritingistheoutputoflanguagecalledexpressingskill.TheabilityoftheuseoflanguageofapersoncanbeimprovedintheprocessofreceivinginformationAndexpressinghimself.DuringtheEnglishteaching,listening,speaking,reading,andwritingnotonlyarethepurposeoflearning,butalsoarethemeansoflearning.SoduringourEnglishteachingwemusthelpthestudentstoimprovetheirintegratingskillsbyguidingthestudentstopractiselistening,speaking,reading,andwriting.(2).TheacquisitionofthebasicknowledgeofEnglishisgreatlyhelpfultoone’sEnglishlearning,whichisthefoundationofformingability.WeareopposedtotheviewthatteachersteachstudentsEnglishistoteachthemEnglishgrammar,butthatdoesn’tmeanwedon’tlearngrammar.GraspinglanguageskillisnecessaryforChinesepeoplewhowanttolearnEnglish.Thebasicknowledgeoflanguageisanorganicpartoflanguageabilityandplaysanimportantroleinthedevelopmentoflanguageability.Theproblemisthatwecan’tregardthelearningofbasicknowledgeastheonlypurposeoflearningEnglish;wethinkthatteachersteachstudentsEnglishisnottoteachthemgrammar.Atpresent,somepeoplemisunderstandthatteachersimproveanddeveloptheabilityofEnglishisnotthelearningoftheknowledgeoflanguage;theyalsothinkthatknowledgeisopposedtoability,obviously,andthatviewiswrong.(3).Tosomedegree,thatthestudentsutilizethelanguageisrelatedtotheiremotionalattitude,culturalconsciousnessandstudystrategy.EnglishteachingconcentratesmainlyonpsychologicalfactorandthebackgroundofEnglishculture,whichnotonlyistheimportantfactortoaffectthelearningofEnglish,butalsoisanimportantaspectofhumandevelopment.UnlessheisinterestedinthebackgroundofEnglishculture,apersonwhocannotkeepperseveringenthusiasmandmotivepowerforlearningEnglish.Atthesametime,wealsoguidethestudentstochoosetherightstrategyofstudy.Now,wepointoutthatteachersregardtheabilitydevelopmentofthestudentsasthemostimportantthing.AgoodteachershouldpreparelessonsaccordingtotheacceptivedegreeofthestudentsandteachthestudentshowtolearnEnglish,infact,someapproachestothestudyofEnglishcanhelpthestudentstoimprovetheefficiencyofstudyintheprocessoflearningEnglish.3.ItisnecessaryforteacherstoutilizeinformationtechnologysufficientlyduringtheEnglishteaching.(1).TheclassshouldbeaplacewherethestudentsshouldbeactiveEnglishlearners,whoarefullofvigorandoriginality.Therearetwoproblems:Oneisaboutteaching,theotheroneisaboutthepositiveroleofthestudentsduringEnglishlearning.ThepopularityofmediumtechnologyandworkskillofferanopportunitytoourcontextualteachingduringEnglishclassandinjectvigorintoourEnglishclass.IthinkitmustbebetterifwemakethestudentsthinkabouttheEnglishlanguagebysituatingtheminafixedlanguagecontext.TakethesoftwareofHongen“LearningEnglishfromZero”forexle,thecontextofEnglishlearningwasprojectedvigorouslyandrichinoriginalitybyutilizingtheinformationtechnology.TheCDismadebyHongen,includingpictures,words,voices,andactingwhichmakeseverystudents’senseorgansstimulatedandtheiractivityforlearningareimprovedandtheirmainrolecanbebroughtintoplay,whichisgoodforimprovingtheirlanguageability.(2).Developingtheircapabilityofdealingwithinformationefficiently.Nowadays,ifastudentdoesnotgrasptheinformationskillintime,hewillnotadjusttothefutureage.“puterskillshouldbelearnedfromlittleyoung”DengXiaopingsaid.TheutilizingofinformationskillsduringEnglishclassnotonlyhelpthestudentslearnEnglishbutalsodevelopakindofconsciousnessofthemanddevelopthecapabilityofgraspinginformationtechnology,especially,thecapabilityofsearchinginformationfromworkefficientlyandthecapabilityofchoosingandmanaginginformation.Butwemustgettheessencefromitandabandonthedrossinordertomakethestudentshaveawidevisualfield.(3).TheadvancedsoftwareofEnglishlearningenrichthestudents’studystrategy.4.Englishteachingneedadoptscientificwayofevaluation.(1).Formanyyears,wehaveadoptedasinglewayofevaluation,writtenexaminationisthedominantwayofevaluationduringEnglishteaching.Nowadaysastheperationofcharactereducationandthedevelopmentofreforminginexamination,theexaminationforenteringuniversityandtheexaminationforenteringhighschoolbothhavecarriedoutlisteningtest.Forthewholenation,mostofexaminationsarewrittenonesinnormaltimes.Wealwaysconcentrateonevaluatingtheresultofstudy,butweignoredtheevaluationoftheprocessoflearningEnglishandtheevaluationinagroup.ChenYukun,anprofessorinHuaDongTeachers’Universitysaid,“TheefficiencyofourEnglishteachingislowandtheapplicationofourEnglishteachingisnotstrong,whicharerelatedtotheteachingevaluation.”SoitisnecessaryforustocontinuetostudytheproblemofevaluationduringtheEnglishteaching.(2).TheprincipleswemustconformintheevaluationofEnglishcourseasfollows:①Multi-evaluation.Accordingtothespiritofcoursereforminbasiceducation,thenewsystemsofevaluationthatwillbebuiltbyusmustreflectthemulti-characters,includingmulti-aimsandmulti-evaluationtools.②Inspiration.Thepurposeofevaluationistopromotethestudents’all-rounddevelopment.Becauseofthemisunderstandingovertheteachingideas,inthepastwethoughtthattheevaluationwasequaltotheexamination,especiallytheexaminationforenteringhighschoolandtheexaminationforenteringuniversity.Nowadays,ifwewanttocarryoutthescientificsystemsofevaluation,theinspiringprinciplesmustbeembodied.ThemultipurposeisthatteacherscanknowaboutthestudyconditionofthestudentsandinspirestudentstobeemorepositiveinlearningEnglish,andadjusttotheEnglishteaching.③Sentiment.Therelationisclosebetweensentimentandteaching.Becausethelanguageitselfisatoolforexpressingpeople’ssentiment,itisrelatedtothedevelopmentofthepeople’spsychologyandcivilization.Inaddition,theteachersgoaboutteachingandthestudentsgoabout
