轉(zhuǎn)換梁三層樓板梁2.2屋面鋼結(jié)構(gòu)支撐體系詳細(xì)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)置1、支撐平臺(tái)支撐平臺(tái)只要設(shè)置在屋面鋼結(jié)構(gòu)主受力桁架區(qū)域,支撐平臺(tái)底部鋼柱采用e159無(wú)縫鋼管。鋼柱設(shè)置兩排,縱向間距由桁架寬度而定,橫向間距4~8m,橫縱向每隔12m設(shè)置剪刀撐,剪刀撐同樣采用①159無(wú)縫鋼管;每排鋼管縱向鋪設(shè)250*250*9*14型鋼,型鋼與鋼柱焊接;在網(wǎng)殼球節(jié)點(diǎn)下鋪設(shè)250*250*9*14型鋼,橫向型鋼坐在縱向型鋼上,同樣角焊縫焊接;橫向型鋼與球節(jié)點(diǎn)之間采用e159無(wú)縫鋼管支撐。如下圖所示:2、支撐架屋面安裝散拼區(qū)域在支撐平臺(tái)之外全部采用支撐架支撐。支撐架采用①48*3.5無(wú)縫鋼管,橫向間距1.5m,縱向間距1.5m,步距1.5m,采用扣件式連接。球節(jié)點(diǎn)處支撐如下圖所示:3、格構(gòu)柱支撐屋面、鋼柱均采用格構(gòu)柱支撐。格構(gòu)式結(jié)構(gòu)形式一:斷面規(guī)格采用:1.5mX1.5m,主肢采用的圓鋼管規(guī)格為P159X10,斜綴條、橫綴條均采用角鋼L75x6,材質(zhì)均為Q235B。綴條與主肢、綴條與綴條均之間均采用M20普通螺栓連接;格構(gòu)式結(jié)構(gòu)形式二:斷面規(guī)格采用:1.5mX1.5m,主肢采用的圓鋼管規(guī)格為P245X12,斜綴條、橫綴條均采用角鋼L75x6,材質(zhì)均為Q235B。綴條與主
