英語應試弱項彌補專用-閱讀理解

辨認細節(jié)解題說明:

"辨認細節(jié)題"在"閱讀理解”題中比例最大,難度比較小,但是要求考生要有足夠的耐心

和細心,特別是在考試的后半場,大腦和身體已經(jīng)疲勞,此時堅強的意志也是成功的關(guān)鍵。

做題時應著重題干中的關(guān)鍵詞和選項中的信息詞的對應。有時要關(guān)注句子的上下句邏輯來判

斷細節(jié)。在解答這類題目時,應先對文章每一段的主要內(nèi)容有個大致的了解,然后看文

章后的題目,再回過頭來從文章中尋找相關(guān)內(nèi)容。閱讀材料的題目編排一般是按照該信息在

文章中出現(xiàn)的先后順序,了解這一點將有助于我們在更短時間內(nèi)找到相應的信息。注意,不

要為了節(jié)省時間而首先從題目入手,然后再從文章中尋找相關(guān)信息,這樣做往往花費更多的

時間,因為要查找的范圍是整篇文章。

深層含義解題說明:

解題時不要邊看問題邊從文中查找答案,因為用這種方法難以提高閱讀理解的效果,尤

其是對于深層理解的文章。應瀏覽全文,了解全文的概貌??赐旰螅瑧涀∥恼碌囊c,重

要的結(jié)論以及一些關(guān)鍵性的人名、地點、定義和數(shù)字(不同的人名、地點可用鉛筆在試卷上

分別打上不同的記號,以便查找)。要注意找出主題句,利用"主題句"來查找有關(guān)信息?!?/p>

般說來,論述性較強的文章或說明文,每一段或相關(guān)的幾段里總有一句話是主題句。讀了主

題句以后,便能知道這一段大致的中心內(nèi)容,因為主題句概括了全段的主要內(nèi)容,而在該

段中,其余的句子則是用來闡述或說明主題句的。

推理判斷解題說明:

這一類題具有較大的難度,要求考生在理解原文的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)文章中所闡述的事實細

節(jié)和上下文的暗示與線索進行綜合分析,然后做出推斷預測或得出合情合理的結(jié)論???/p>

生必須細讀全文,不僅要懂得文章的表層意義,還要理解深層的內(nèi)涵;不僅要掌握言詞的觀

點和傾向,還要獲取字里行間隱含的信息。但同時必須提醒考生的是切忌無根無據(jù)地隨意猜

想或推理,把白的東西說成是黑的,把自己的觀點當成是作者的。也就是說,考生所做的每

一次推斷或引申都應該是合情合理的,具有充分依據(jù)的。

猜測詞義解題說明:

詞匯題主要是測試考生根據(jù)上下文判斷生詞或新短語意義的能力。做這樣的題時,考生

需要注意以下兩點:一是要按照上下文與字里行間的線索進行分析和大膽的猜測最后確定正

確的含義;二是要特別注意新詞匯和短語的引申意義。有不少詞或者短語考生也許見過或認

識,但這些詞或者短語的意義在新的背景或上下文中可能與原義不同或者有進一步的引申。

因此,考生必須具有一定的判斷能力才能夠確定一個詞或者一個短語的確切含義。根據(jù)上下

文的內(nèi)容,猜測詞意所依據(jù)的線索可分為以下幾類:定義(definition)、重述(restatement)、舉

例(examples)、對比(contrast)及其他相關(guān)信息(relatedinformation)。

主旨大意解題說明:

主旨,即主要內(nèi)容(mainidea),也就是我們通常所說的中心思想。抓住所讀材料的主

旨大意是閱讀理解要求考生掌握的一項重要內(nèi)容。這類考題主要考查考生對閱讀材料進行歸

納、綜合和分析的能力,要求考生在閱讀中抓住主要信息,把握文章的中心思想或段落大意。

主旨題一般涉及文章的中心思想(mainidea)、主題句(topicsentence)>標題(title)以及

作者的寫作意圖等。文章的主旨是文章的“綱”,文章中的每一段都是圍繞某一主要意思

展開的。主題句、細節(jié)及事實構(gòu)成了每一個段落。把每個段落的主題句綜合起來就可以概括

出全文的中心思想。這種主題展開方式在議論文和說明文中最為常見,而議論文和說明文在

閱讀理解部分占有相當大的比重。文章的主旨有直陳式和暗含式之分。直陳式的主旨可

以直接從閱讀材料中找出;而暗含式的主旨是隱含在文中,沒有直接說明的,需要考生從文

中提供的各種信息中分析推理才能得出。解答主旨類題目常用的閱讀方法是略讀,即通

過快速瀏覽抓住各自然段的主題句,然后綜合出文章的中心思想。
