注意:文章旳邏輯構(gòu)造強(qiáng)調(diào)旳是構(gòu)成文章旳順序,而不是文章要素。常用旳闡明方式有:時(shí)間順序(orderin/oftime)、空間順序(orderin/ofspace)、邏輯順序(如原因與成果、現(xiàn)象與本質(zhì)等);舉例子(providingexamples)、作比較(makingcomparisons)、分析原因(analyzingcauses)、作詮釋(givingexplanations)、分類別、列數(shù)字、打比喻、下定義、列圖表、作引用、作假設(shè)、對(duì)比闡明相異、類比闡明相同,等等。

InEuropeanuniversities,studentsarenotrequiredtoattendclasses.Infact,professorsinGermanydonotknowthenamesofthestudentsenrolledintheircourses.IntheUnitedStates,however,studentsarerequiredtoattendallclassesandmaybepenalizediftheydon’t.Furthermore,intheEuropeansystem,thereisusuallyjustonecomprehensiveexaminationattheendofthestudents’entirefourorfiveyearsofstudy.IntheAmericasystem,ontheotherhand,thereareusuallynumerousquizzes,tests,andhomeworkassignments,andthereisalwaysafinalexaminationineachcourseattheendofthesemester.TherearetwomajordifferencesbetweentheEuropeanandAmericanuniversitysystems.

InEuropeanuniversities,studentsarenotrequiredtoattendclasses.Infact,professorsinGermanydonotknowthenamesofthestudentsenrolledintheircourses.IntheUnitedStates,however,studentsarerequiredtoattendallclassesandmaybepenalizediftheydon’t.Furthermore,intheEuropeansystem,thereisusuallyjustonecomprehensiveexaminationattheendofthestudents’entirefourorfiveyearsofstudy.IntheAmericasystem,ontheotherhand,thereareusuallynumerousquizzes,tests,andhomeworkass
