WHEREAS,theCompanyprovidesvariousservices,includingbutnotlimitedtoemailcorrespondence,andtheCustomerwishestoengagetheCompany'sservicesforemailcommunication.

NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandpromisessetforthherein,thepartiesagreeasfollows:

1.ServicesProvided:TheCompanyagreestoprovideemailcorrespondenceservicestotheCustomerinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsofthisContract.

2.ScopeofServices:TheCompanyshallhandleallemailcommunicationonbehalfoftheCustomer,includingdrafting,sending,andreceivingemails.TheCustomershallprovideallnecessaryinformationandinstructionstotheCompanytoeffectivelycarryouttheemailcorrespondence.

3.Confidentiality:TheCompanyacknowledgesthatallinformationreceivedorexchangedduringthecourseofemailcorrespondenceisconfidentialandshallnotbedisclosedtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheCustomer.

4.PrivacyandDataProtection:TheCompanyshalltakeallnecessarymeasurestoprotecttheprivacyanddataoftheCustomer.TheCompanyshallnotusetheCustomer'semailinformationforanypurposeotherthanprovidingtheagreed-uponemailcorrespondenceservices.

5.OwnershipofContent:TheCustomerretainsownershipofallemailcontentexchangedduringthecourseofemailcorrespondence.TheCompanyshallnotuseordisclosesuchcontentwithouttheexpresspermissionoftheCustomer.

6.Term:ThisContractshallcommenceontheeffectivedateandshallcontinueuntilterminatedbyeitherpartyupon[numberofdays/weeks/months]priorwrittennotice.

7.Payment:TheCustomershallpaytheCompanytheagreed-uponfeesfortheemailcorrespondenceservicesassetforthinaseparateagreementorinvoice.Paymentshallbemadein[currency]within[numberofdays]daysoftheinvoicedate.

8.Termination:EitherpartymayterminatethisContractforanyreasonbyprovidingwrittennoticetotheotherparty.Intheeventoftermination,theCustomershallpayforanyservicesrenderedbytheCompanyuptotheeffectivedateoftermination.

9.GoverningLaw:ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[State].AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthroughmediationor,ifnecessary,througharbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesof[ArbitrationInstitution].

10.EntireAgreement:ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartieswithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereofandsupersedesallpriordiscussions,negotiations,andagreements,whetheroralorwritten.
