本文檔適用于H3CS5500-EI&S5500-SI系列以太網(wǎng)交換機Release2208及以上版本。1ACL相關特性故障處理1.1ACL下發(fā)失敗故障處理1.1.1故障描述用戶下發(fā)ACL失敗,具體分兩種失敗情況:??執(zhí)行下發(fā)命令后設備提示硬件資源不足。執(zhí)行下發(fā)命令后設備無任何錯誤提示,但ACL不起作用。11.1.2故障處理流程圖1ACL下發(fā)失敗故障診斷流程圖1.1.3故障處理步驟1.查看下發(fā)時是否報硬件資源不足下發(fā)ACL配置時如果界面打印出“Reason:Notenoughhardwareresource”字樣,則表明ACL下發(fā)失敗是由硬件資源不足導致。通過displayaclresource命令可以進一步確認ACL硬件資源使用情況,如果顯示信息中Remaining條目為0,則表示ACL硬件資源用盡,設備無法再下發(fā)ACL。如果下發(fā)時沒有報“Reason:Notenoughhardwareresource”字樣,則根據(jù)下發(fā)方式進行步驟選擇,如果是通過MQC(QoS策略)方式下發(fā)請進行步驟2,通過包過濾(packet-filter)方式下發(fā)請進行步驟3。22.檢查QoS策略配置是否正確通過下面命令分別檢查不同使用情況下QoS策略的配置情況:??顯示端口上QoS策略配置信息,displayqospolicyinterface顯示VLAN上QoS策略配置信息,displayqosvlan-policy?顯示全局QoS策略配置信息,displayqospolicyglobal?顯示控制平面上QoS策略配置信息,displayqospolicycontrol-planeslotslot-number如果QoS策略中缺少流分類和流行為關聯(lián)的配置,則補充相應配置。否則可通過下面兩個命令分別檢查下QoS策略中的類和流行為是否配置正確。?顯示配置的類信息,displaytrafficclassifieruser-defined顯示配置的流行為信息,displaytrafficbehavioruser-defined如果沒有正確配置,則進行正確配置,否則進行步驟4。3.檢查packet-filter配置是否正確可以通過displaypacket-filter命令檢查進行步驟4。4.檢查ACL配置是否正確?packet-filter配置是否正確,如果不正確,則進行正確配置,否則可以通過displayacl命令檢查ACL是否配置正確,如果不正確,則進行正確配置,否則進行步驟5。5.尋求技術支持如果上述檢查完成后故障仍無法排除,請聯(lián)系H3C的技術支持工程師。1.2故障診斷命令命令displayaclresource說明顯示ACL資源的使用情況顯示指定端口或所有端口上QoS策略的配置信息和displayqospolicyinterfacedisplayqosvlan-policy運行情況顯示基于VLAN應用QoS策略的信息顯示基于全局應用QoS策略的信息顯示控制平面應用QoS策略的信息顯示配置的類信息displayqospolicyglobaldisplayqospolicycontrol-planedisplaytrafficclassifieruser-defineddisplaytrafficbehavioruser-defineddisplaypacket-filter顯示配置的流行為信息顯示ACL在報文過濾中的應用情況32IRF相關特性故障處理2.1IRF建立失敗故障處理2.1.1故障描述用戶規(guī)劃IRF后,嘗試將多臺設備組成一個IRF系統(tǒng),發(fā)現(xiàn)IRF沒有成功建立。2.1.2故障處理流程圖2IRF建立失敗故障診斷流程圖IRF建立失敗使用最多9臺S5500-EI/4臺S5500-SI設備是否是是IRF成員數(shù)目是否達到上限?設備故障是否排除?建立IRF否否各成員設備的成員編號配置成員設備的成員編故障是否排除?在IRF內(nèi)是否唯一?號使其唯一否是IRF物理是否正確端口的連接關系按正確的方式連接IRF物理端口是否故障是否排除?否是IRF物理10Gbps速率連接是否為否否使用實現(xiàn)10Gbps連接正確的模塊或電纜是故障是否排除?否是是是開啟IRF物理端口并激活IRF端口配置IRF鏈路狀態(tài)是否正常故障是否排除?否是否各成員設備的軟件版本使各成員設備使用相同故障是否排除?是否一致的軟件版本否是尋求技術支持故障排除42.1.3故障處理步驟1.檢查IRF中成員設備數(shù)量通過displayirf命令可以查看當前IRF中的成員設備數(shù)量,如果當前IRF中組成員數(shù)目已經(jīng)達到上限,則其它設備不能再加入IRF。S5500-EI設備最多支持使用9臺設備建立IRF;S5500-SI設備最多支持使用4臺設備建立IRF。2.檢查IRF中各成員設備的成員編號是否唯一通過執(zhí)行displayirfconfiguration命令可以查看到IRF中的成員設備編號,如果有兩臺成員設備的成員編號相同,則這兩臺設備之間無法建立IRF。請為各設備配置不同的成員編號。3.檢查物理連線是否正確在進行成員設備的連接時,一臺設備上與IRF-Port1綁定的IRF物理端口只能和鄰居成員設備IRF-Port2口上綁定的IRF物理端口相連。(1)通過displayirfconfiguration命令查看各設備上IRF端口和IRF物理端口的綁定關系。(2)通過綁定關系確認物理連接是否正確。(3)如果存在連接錯誤,重新進行物理連接或重新配置IRF端口和IRF物理端口的綁定關系。在S5500-SI/EI系列交換機上進行IRF端口和IRF物理端口的綁定時,需要注意的是:?綁定到IRF-Port1的IRF物理端口必須位于綁定到IRF-Port2的IRF物理端口的左側(面向設備后面板的方向)?在配置聚合IRF端口時,同一塊接口模塊擴展卡上的IRF物理端口必須對應到相同的IRF端口4.檢查IRF物理連接的速率檢查用于IRF連接的端口是否來自于以下類型的接口模塊擴展卡上:?????單端口10GEXFP接口模塊擴展卡(LSPM1XP1P)雙端口10GEXFP接口模塊擴展卡(LSPM1XP2P)短距雙端口10GECX4接口模塊擴展卡(LSPM1CX2P)雙端口10GESFP+接口模塊擴展卡(LSPM2SP2P)雙端口1/10GBase-T接口模塊擴展卡(LSPM1XGT2P)請檢查插入IRF物理端口的模塊是否帶有10Gbps、XFP、SFP+標記,如果使用10GE雙絞線或CX4/SFP+線纜連接,檢查線纜上的標簽是否帶有10Gbps、CX4、SFP+標記。S5500-SI/EI設備只支持通過10G速率的鏈路實現(xiàn)IRF連接,所以只有帶有10Gbps、CX4、SFP+或者XFP標記的線纜或模塊才可以用于多臺設備之間的IRF連接。5.檢查IRF鏈路狀態(tài)(1)通過displayirftopology命令顯示IRF拓撲狀態(tài),查看Link字段確認IRF鏈路狀態(tài)。(2)如果Link字段顯示為DOWN,執(zhí)行displayinterface命令查看IRF物理端口的狀態(tài)。?如果IRF物理端口狀態(tài)為DOWN(Administratively),使用undoshutdown命令開啟該端口;如果IRF物理端口顯示為DOWN,檢查并重新連接物理連接,使端口正常工作。?如果IRF端口綁定的IRF物理端口中至少有一個處于UP狀態(tài),則進行下一步操作。(3)保存當前配置,在系統(tǒng)視圖下執(zhí)行irf-port-configurationactive命令激活IRF端口的配置。5
