閬中市首批自然人合伙建房合作會(huì)華胥南苑工程B標(biāo)段電梯井、集水坑深坑開(kāi)挖施工技術(shù)措施重慶巨能建設(shè)（集團(tuán)）有限公司閬中華胥南苑B標(biāo)段項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部時(shí)間：2012年10月15編制人：梁利洲審核：劉偉閬中市首批自然人合伙建房合作會(huì)華胥南苑工程B標(biāo)段電梯井、集水坑深坑開(kāi)挖施工技術(shù)措施一、工程概況：二、場(chǎng)地工程地質(zhì)條件2.1場(chǎng)地交通位置、地形地貌2.1.1交通位置閬中是四川省省轄市，由南充市代管。位于四川東北部，嘉陵江中游，東枕巴山、西倚劍山、雄峙川北為蜀道南路的“咽喉之地”。自古為“川北重鎮(zhèn)”。介于東經(jīng)105°41′~106°24′，北緯31°22′~31°51′之間。東靠巴中市、儀隴縣，南連南部縣，西鄰劍閣縣，北接蒼溪縣。國(guó)道212線北經(jīng)廣元直達(dá)蘭州，東連重慶，與省道302線交匯形成網(wǎng)絡(luò)。擬建場(chǎng)地位于位于閬中市華胥路148號(hào)地塊內(nèi)，凌家壩村以西，馬池壩以東，趙家祠以南。2.1.2地形地貌閬中市處于川中丘陵區(qū)向川北低山區(qū)過(guò)渡地帶。全境東西北部高，中南部低，呈堰尾槽狀地勢(shì)和多層次梯級(jí)地形，海拔328~888.8米。境內(nèi)主要河流有嘉陵江，地貌上為構(gòu)造剝蝕地形，區(qū)內(nèi)溝谷發(fā)育，山梁縱橫，錐狀山，條形單薄山及浸蝕洼地等地貌景觀常見(jiàn)。擬建場(chǎng)地地貌單元即屬嘉陵江Ⅱ級(jí)階地，現(xiàn)主要為耕地，場(chǎng)地內(nèi)分布有3個(gè)小水塘，水塘一般深0.5~1.5m，勘察期間水塘均干枯無(wú)水，一般雨后即積水，在19、20號(hào)樓地段分布有民房，場(chǎng)地海拔高程（孔口高程）357.75~360.15m，場(chǎng)地地形平坦開(kāi)闊，適于進(jìn)行工程建設(shè)。2.2區(qū)域地質(zhì)構(gòu)造與地震本場(chǎng)地屬嘉陵區(qū)Ⅱ級(jí)階地地貌，地表分布第四系全新統(tǒng)人工堆積（Q4ml）之素填土，第四系全新統(tǒng)沖洪積（Q4al+pl）成因的粉質(zhì)粘土、粉土、粉細(xì)砂及卵石等組成，下伏地層為侏羅系上統(tǒng)（J3P）砂、泥巖，基巖埋深約26.7m~29.0m。根據(jù)《建筑抗震設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》（GB50011—2010）附錄A的規(guī)定，擬建場(chǎng)地地震動(dòng)峰值加速度為0.05g，地震基本烈度為6度?？傮w而言，該區(qū)域地質(zhì)構(gòu)造穩(wěn)定，未發(fā)現(xiàn)新構(gòu)造活動(dòng)行跡，無(wú)發(fā)震斷裂構(gòu)造，主要受外圍地震波及的影響，區(qū)內(nèi)晚近期構(gòu)造活動(dòng)微弱，地殼運(yùn)動(dòng)以大面積間歇性整體抬升為主，未見(jiàn)大的斷裂構(gòu)造，構(gòu)造裂隙不發(fā)育，屬相對(duì)穩(wěn)定地塊，宜于工程建設(shè)。2.3氣象概況閬中市屬亞熱帶氣候，溫暖潮濕，氣象特征為“冬春干，夏伏旱，秋多雨”。多年平均氣溫17.1℃，干旱指數(shù)為0.84，最高氣溫為39℃，最低氣溫為4.1℃。2.4場(chǎng)地巖土構(gòu)成擬建場(chǎng)地上覆地層為第四系全新統(tǒng)人工填土層（Q4ml）和第四系全新統(tǒng)沖洪積層（Q4al+pl）之粉質(zhì)粘土、粉土、粉細(xì)砂及卵石層，下伏地層為侏羅系上統(tǒng)蓬萊鎮(zhèn)組（J3P）砂、泥巖，現(xiàn)由新至老對(duì)各層巖土的構(gòu)成和特征分述如下：第四系全新統(tǒng)人工填土（Q4ml）素填土（Q4ml）：一般為黃褐色、淺灰褐色，稍濕，結(jié)構(gòu)松散，主要由粉質(zhì)粘土和粉土組成，上部含植物根系。該層在場(chǎng)地內(nèi)地表連續(xù)分布，一般層厚0.5~1.2m。（2）四系全新統(tǒng)沖洪積層（Q4al+pl）②-1粉質(zhì)粘土（硬塑）：黃褐、灰褐等色，硬塑狀，下部漸變?yōu)榭伤軤?，稍有光澤，無(wú)搖振反應(yīng)，干強(qiáng)度高，韌性高，含鐵錳質(zhì)氧華物條斑及少量結(jié)核。該層在場(chǎng)區(qū)內(nèi)連續(xù)分布于素填土以下，層厚2.5~4.0m，層底埋深3.6~4.8m。-2粉質(zhì)粘土（軟塑）：褐黃色，以軟塑狀為主，上部多為可塑狀。干強(qiáng)度不高，局部含粉土塊體。在場(chǎng)內(nèi)均勻公布于硬塑狀粉質(zhì)粘土以下，層厚0.8~2.8m，層底埋深4.8m~7.3m。粉土：褐黃、灰黃色；稍濕；中密~密實(shí)；含少量鐵、錳質(zhì)結(jié)核；搖振反應(yīng)中等；干強(qiáng)度低；韌性低。層底含少量粉砂，在場(chǎng)內(nèi)連續(xù)分布于軟塑狀粉質(zhì)粘土以下，層厚2.5~5.1m，層底埋深7.8~10.3m。粉細(xì)砂：青灰色；松散；飽和。礦物成分以長(zhǎng)石和石英以及角閃石礦物顆粒為主，云母次之，含少量礫石粉粒，局部偶見(jiàn)中砂。連續(xù)分布于卵石層頂板，層厚為1.5~5.4m，層底埋深10.7~14.8m。卵石：灰褐色、灰色、飽和，松散~中密，卵石成分主要為巖漿巖、變質(zhì)巖，卵石粒徑多為2~10cm，部分卵石粒徑可達(dá)20cm以上，卵石磨圓度較好，多呈圓形、亞圓形，大多數(shù)卵石呈中等風(fēng)化~微風(fēng)化狀。卵石骨架間被粉粒、砂、少量圓礫充填，卵石頂板附近卵石往往以礫石充填為主。根據(jù)卵石層密實(shí)程度的差異，可劃分為松散卵石、稍密卵石、中密卵石3個(gè)亞層（在《工程地質(zhì)剖面圖》中分別以⑤-1、⑤-2、⑤-3予以標(biāo)注）。松散卵石⑤-1：卵石含量50%~55%，粒徑一般2~5cm，個(gè)別粒徑大于10cm。稍密卵石⑤-2：卵石含量55%~60%，粒徑一般4~7cm，個(gè)別粒徑大于15cm。中密卵石⑤-3：卵石含量60%~70%，粒徑一般5~10cm，部分粒徑大于20cm，根據(jù)取芯鉆孔鑒別及結(jié)全N120超重型動(dòng)力觸探原位測(cè)度，在該層中16.0~20.0m間不連續(xù)有厚度不大的膠結(jié)卵石分布，膠結(jié)卵石以孔隙式膠結(jié)為主，膠結(jié)程度不一，膠結(jié)度好的卵石N120超重型動(dòng)力觸探擊數(shù)往往偏高。(3)侏羅系上統(tǒng)蓬萊鎮(zhèn)組地層（J3p）a.泥巖：紫紅色，泥質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)，中厚層狀構(gòu)造，層理清晰，由泥質(zhì)碎屑物及鈣質(zhì)和云母組成，質(zhì)地軟弱，屬極軟巖類(lèi)，V類(lèi)巖石。鉆探揭露為強(qiáng)風(fēng)化及中風(fēng)化，強(qiáng)風(fēng)化泥巖僅局部分布于卵石底板以下，厚度一般小于0.5m，巖芯破碎。中風(fēng)化泥巖未揭穿，巖芯呈短柱狀-柱狀，獲得率98%，較完整，風(fēng)化裂隙一般發(fā)育?？癸L(fēng)化能力弱，失水易開(kāi)裂。b.砂巖（中風(fēng)化）：青灰色、灰白色為主，主要成分為長(zhǎng)石、石英，次為云母，巖屑。細(xì)粒結(jié)構(gòu)，厚層塊狀構(gòu)造，孔隙式膠結(jié)，膠結(jié)物以泥質(zhì)、鈣質(zhì)為主，少量鐵質(zhì)，質(zhì)地較硬~硬，抗風(fēng)化及抗沖刷能力一般。鉆探揭露為中風(fēng)化，僅其表層部分鉆孔揭露有厚0.1~0.2m厚的強(qiáng)風(fēng)化。中風(fēng)化砂巖芯完整，呈柱狀~長(zhǎng)柱狀，獲得率79~100%，巖性較均勻，層位較穩(wěn)定，斜層理和交錯(cuò)層理較發(fā)育。屬軟巖~較軟巖Ⅳ~(yú)Ⅲ類(lèi)巖石。蓬萊鎮(zhèn)組為一套內(nèi)陸河湖相沉積產(chǎn)物，巖性以泥巖和砂巖為主，呈互層狀產(chǎn)出。根據(jù)鉆探結(jié)果結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)踏勘，泥巖為紫紅色，厚度一般大于10m，砂巖以青灰色、灰白色為主，厚度一般為5.0~20.0m。2.5場(chǎng)地水文地質(zhì)條件：2.5.1場(chǎng)地地下水類(lèi)型和水文特征擬建場(chǎng)地在地貌單元上系嘉陵江Ⅱ級(jí)階地，場(chǎng)地地下水類(lèi)型主要為空隙潛水，次為基巖裂隙水。孔隙型潛水：場(chǎng)地孔隙潛水主要埋藏于第四系砂卵石空隙中。受上游地下水補(bǔ)給，向下游排泄于嘉陵江。砂及卵石層為本場(chǎng)地的主要含水層，具強(qiáng)透水性，據(jù)區(qū)域水文地質(zhì)資料顯示，該場(chǎng)地含水層的平均滲透系數(shù)K值約為20m/d，局部區(qū)域尤其是卵石底板附近滲透系數(shù)可能偏大。基巖裂隙水埋藏于風(fēng)化基巖裂隙中，其含水、透水性受巖性、裂隙發(fā)育程度、風(fēng)化程度等條件影響，泥巖含水微弱、透水性差，為相對(duì)隔水層；裂隙發(fā)育的砂巖為相對(duì)含水透水層。基巖裂隙水受上覆松散堆積層中孔隙水補(bǔ)給，排泄于下游嘉陵江中。勘察期間為平水期，在鉆孔中測(cè)得該場(chǎng)地地下水穩(wěn)定水位埋深5.2~6.8m，相對(duì)標(biāo)高為352.26~354.06m考慮，地下水位西高東低，地下水水位年變幅在1.50~2.50m之間。三、B標(biāo)（1#、2#、3#、4#、21#）地質(zhì)華胥南苑小區(qū)B標(biāo)位于閬中市華胥路148#地塊內(nèi)，根據(jù)（Q4al+pl）與粉土層（Q4al+pl）交界面高程位于351.68~353.68之間，粉土層（Q4al+pl）與粉細(xì)沙層（Q4al+pl）交界面高程位于348.78~349.56之間，地下水位標(biāo)高位于353.08~353.59之間。B標(biāo)段1#、2#（3#、4#、21#）樓±0.000=360.95，地下(室)車(chē)庫(kù)絕對(duì)高程355.10m，筏板厚1.8m。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)，電梯井（電梯集水坑）底較筏板底-2.05m，實(shí)際電梯井（電梯集水坑）底絕對(duì)高程：351.25m，電梯井（電梯集水坑）墊層土方頂面高程：351.10m，根據(jù)地質(zhì)資料和實(shí)際開(kāi)挖情況，地下水位較電梯井（電梯集水坑）要高出1.98m~2.49m。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求，在實(shí)際開(kāi)挖中，只要挖土標(biāo)高超過(guò)353.59m，地下水就會(huì)將在粉土層（Q4al+pl）呈泉涌狀涌出。涌水量在0.05~0.3m3/s左右，并將粉細(xì)沙層（Q4al+pl）內(nèi)粉沙一起涌出。很快將四周粉土層土質(zhì)軟塑狀變?yōu)橐籂?，形成新的垮塌面，這樣，水位不斷升高，開(kāi)挖面就不斷向周邊垮塌，基坑下涌水不斷將細(xì)沙從粉細(xì)沙層（Q4al+pl）涌出，使得電梯井（電梯集水坑）基坑無(wú)法施工。電梯井（電梯集水坑）如采用井點(diǎn)降水施工，因涌水內(nèi)沙太細(xì)，涌水量大，在抽降水的過(guò)程中，會(huì)將水和細(xì)沙一并抽出，在抽水點(diǎn)四周就會(huì)形成新的塌陷區(qū)域。四、電梯井（電梯集水坑）施工措施鑒于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的實(shí)際情況，對(duì)電梯井（電梯集水坑）四周采用(間距800ф57*3.5熱扎無(wú)縫鋼管，梅花布置，長(zhǎng)5米)打入注漿管，然后在注漿開(kāi)挖范圍首先澆注一層C30#,厚250mm的封壓層混凝土（加早強(qiáng)劑），三天后，進(jìn)行注漿作業(yè)。每根注漿管注漿（PO32.5純水泥漿1:1）在8~12包左右，將電梯井（電梯集水坑）開(kāi)挖邊界內(nèi)粘土層，粉土層，粉細(xì)沙層內(nèi)的土質(zhì)，通過(guò)水泥漿，固結(jié)在一起，形成一道土質(zhì)與水泥漿混合的止水的幕墻。近似于隧道的管棚法，只是隧道處于水平面，我們的電梯井處于豎直面。適用于新建閬中B標(biāo)段電梯井、集水坑流砂層深坑施工作業(yè)。施工原理簡(jiǎn)介管棚法或稱(chēng)傘拱法，是地下結(jié)構(gòu)工程淺埋暗挖時(shí)的超強(qiáng)支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)。其實(shí)質(zhì)是在擬開(kāi)挖的地下隧道或結(jié)構(gòu)工程的襯砌拱圈隱埋弧線上，預(yù)先鉆孔并安設(shè)慣性力矩較大的厚壁鋼管，起臨時(shí)超前支護(hù)作用，防止土層坍塌和地表下沉，以保證掘進(jìn)與后續(xù)支護(hù)工藝安全運(yùn)作。管棚超前支護(hù)法在軟巖隧道施工中穿越破碎帶、松散帶、地面深坑開(kāi)挖施工中越破軟弱地層，涌水、涌砂層發(fā)揮了重要作用。由于預(yù)埋超前管棚做頂板及側(cè)壁支撐．為后續(xù)的開(kāi)挖奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。4.1注漿管的技術(shù)參數(shù)①熱扎無(wú)縫鋼管導(dǎo)管規(guī)格：外徑ф57mm。②管距：矩向間距80cm③傾角：外插角1°～3°為宜，可根據(jù)實(shí)際情況作調(diào)整；④注漿材料：M20水泥漿或水泥砂漿；⑤設(shè)置范圍：電梯井（電梯集水井）的開(kāi)挖范圍內(nèi)。⑥長(zhǎng)度：5.0米4.2注漿管的施工施工工藝流程及平面布置見(jiàn)圖4.2.3安裝⑴鋼管在專(zhuān)用的管床上加工好絲扣，導(dǎo)管四周鉆設(shè)孔徑10～16mm注漿孔(靠孔口1.5米的鋼管不鉆孔)，孔間距15～20cm，呈梅花型布置。管頭焊成圓錐形，便于入孔。⑵鋼管頂進(jìn)采用人工直接錘擊的方式。⑶接長(zhǎng)鋼管應(yīng)滿足受力要求，相鄰鋼管的接頭應(yīng)前后錯(cuò)開(kāi)。同一橫斷面內(nèi)的接頭數(shù)不大于50%，相鄰鋼管接頭至少錯(cuò)開(kāi)1m。4.2.4⑴安裝好有孔鋼花管后即對(duì)孔內(nèi)注漿，漿液由ZJ-400高速制漿機(jī)拌制。⑵注漿材料：注漿材料為M20水泥漿。⑶采用注漿機(jī)將水泥漿注入鋼管內(nèi)，初壓0.5～1.0MPa，終壓2MPa，持壓15min后停止注漿。注漿量應(yīng)滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求，未達(dá)到壓力要求，應(yīng)調(diào)整漿液濃度繼續(xù)注漿，確保鉆孔周?chē)馏w與鋼管周?chē)紫冻涮铒枬M。注漿時(shí)先灌注“單”號(hào)孔，再灌注“雙”號(hào)孔。4.3施工控制要點(diǎn)⑴人工錘擊打入前，精確測(cè)定孔的平面位置、傾角、外插角，并對(duì)每個(gè)孔進(jìn)行編號(hào)。⑵打孔外插角1°～3°以為宜，工點(diǎn)應(yīng)根據(jù)實(shí)際情況作調(diào)整。一般控制在1°～1.5°。施工中應(yīng)嚴(yán)格控制錘擊入土高度及左右偏移量。⑶嚴(yán)格控制部孔平面位置，鋼管不得和相鄰的鋼管相撞和立交。⑷經(jīng)常量測(cè)孔的斜度，發(fā)現(xiàn)誤差超限及時(shí)糾正。⑸掌握好錘擊力度和進(jìn)度，防止斷桿。4.4勞動(dòng)力的組織操作工3～6人，鋼管加工2人，鋼管頂進(jìn)6人，注漿工人6人。4.5機(jī)具的配置結(jié)合正常施工需要，施工機(jī)械設(shè)備配置如下：電動(dòng)空壓機(jī)1臺(tái)、注漿機(jī)1臺(tái)BW-250/50、ZJ-400高速制漿機(jī)1臺(tái)、混凝土拌（砂漿）拌合站一座、J3G-400A型型材切割機(jī)1臺(tái)、型鋼彎制機(jī)1臺(tái)、BX1－400型交流弧焊機(jī)2臺(tái)，砂漿料斗兩個(gè)，容積3~5m34.6主控項(xiàng)目所用鋼管進(jìn)場(chǎng)必須按批抽取試件作力學(xué)性能（屈服強(qiáng)度、抗拉強(qiáng)度和伸長(zhǎng)率）和工藝性能（冷彎）試驗(yàn)，其質(zhì)量必須符合國(guó)家有關(guān)規(guī)定及設(shè)計(jì)要求。檢驗(yàn)數(shù)量：以同牌號(hào)、同爐罐號(hào)、同規(guī)格、同交貨狀態(tài)的鋼管，每60t為一批，不足60t按一批計(jì)。施工單位每批抽檢一次；監(jiān)理單位按施工單位抽檢次數(shù)的20%進(jìn)行見(jiàn)證取樣檢測(cè)或按施工單位抽檢次數(shù)的10%進(jìn)行平行檢驗(yàn)，至少一次。檢驗(yàn)方法：施工單位檢查每批質(zhì)量證明文件并進(jìn)行相關(guān)性能試驗(yàn)；監(jiān)理單位檢查全部質(zhì)量證明文件和試驗(yàn)報(bào)告，并進(jìn)行見(jiàn)證取樣檢測(cè)或平行試驗(yàn)。

所用鋼管的品種和規(guī)格必須符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。

檢驗(yàn)數(shù)量：施工單位、監(jiān)理單位全部檢查。

檢驗(yàn)方法：觀察，鋼尺檢查。搭接長(zhǎng)度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。

檢查數(shù)量：施工單位、監(jiān)理單位全部檢查。檢驗(yàn)方法：尺量。

漿漿液的配合比應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。檢驗(yàn)數(shù)量：施工單位、監(jiān)理單位全部檢查。檢驗(yàn)方法：施工單位進(jìn)行配合比選定試驗(yàn)；監(jiān)理單位檢查配合比選定單，并進(jìn)行見(jiàn)證試驗(yàn)。

注漿壓力應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，注漿漿液應(yīng)充滿鋼管及其周?chē)目障?。檢驗(yàn)數(shù)量：施工單位全部檢查；監(jiān)理單位按施工單位檢查數(shù)量的20%見(jiàn)證檢查。檢驗(yàn)方法：施工單位查施工記錄的注漿量和注漿壓力，觀察；監(jiān)理單位見(jiàn)證檢查。4.7

n管距：環(huán)向間距50㎝；

n傾角：仰角1°（實(shí)際施工按2°施工），方向與線路中線平行；

n鋼管施工誤差：徑向不大于20㎝；

n縱向同一截面內(nèi)接頭數(shù)不大于50%，相鄰鋼管的接頭至少錯(cuò)開(kāi)1米。施工機(jī)械：

n注漿機(jī)械：BW-250/50型注漿泵1臺(tái)；注漿參數(shù)：

n水泥漿與水玻璃體積比：1：0.5；

n水泥漿水灰比1：1；

n水玻璃濃度35波美度；水玻璃模數(shù)2.4；

防滲墻的開(kāi)挖，在該電梯井施工中，占有很重要的工序。要求分段施工。先施工1#長(zhǎng)邊墻，3天后，待砼凝固厚，再施工2#短邊墻。且一次性挖到位，在開(kāi)挖快要到位的同時(shí)，準(zhǔn)備好早強(qiáng)C30#\S6商品混凝土?；炷了涠纫蟛淮笥?cm~12cm。開(kāi)挖到位后，立即原槽澆注混凝土，連續(xù)澆注到開(kāi)挖地面。完工后3天，才開(kāi)挖另一平行邊墻。示意如下：1#長(zhǎng)邊防滲墻1a電梯井(集水坑)施工示意圖2#短邊防滲墻2#短邊防滲墻1#長(zhǎng)邊防滲墻1a基坑開(kāi)挖平面、剖面示意圖C30#封壓砼，厚250C30#封壓砼，厚250基坑開(kāi)挖剖面，防滲墻厚800，基坑開(kāi)挖剖面，防滲墻厚800，深度為：4.5米，，防滲底板厚800，熱軋無(wú)縫ф57注漿管，長(zhǎng)5防滲底板厚8001a—1a剖面本工程采用挖機(jī)挖轉(zhuǎn)土，斗寬度80cm，挖出的淤泥，及時(shí)用塔吊轉(zhuǎn)出場(chǎng)外。棄土另用CAT320轉(zhuǎn)土，15T自卸車(chē)運(yùn)至15KM的棄土場(chǎng)缷土。4.12澆灌抗?jié)B墻體混凝土

抗?jié)B墻體混凝土采用商品混凝土。

混凝土配合比由試驗(yàn)室通過(guò)試驗(yàn)提供混凝土配料單，混凝土拌合站按照配料單拌合混凝土供澆筑防滲墻使用。
