今年教出中考英語狀元(2011-09-2309:08:41)轉(zhuǎn)載▼標(biāo)簽:中考英語輔導(dǎo)英語家教高一英語輔導(dǎo)初三英語輔導(dǎo)教育兩年壓中中考英語作文題今年教出中考英語狀元——英語賈老師與家長們分享2011年輔導(dǎo)工作總結(jié)2011年7月8日各位家長:祝賀你們的孩子在中考或者期末考試中考出了優(yōu)異的成績,這主要是你們孩子努力的結(jié)果。如果說我起了什么作用的話,那就是點化點化,引導(dǎo)引導(dǎo)。功勞屬于孩子,屬于家長。寶劍鋒從磨礪出,梅花香自苦寒來。多少個晚上,多少個周末,多少個節(jié)假日,我們一起度過。這期間,或者我上你們家,或者學(xué)生來我這里,少則倆月,多則兩年,風(fēng)雨無阻,坎坷的征途上,雖曾有過失敗的淚水,但最終收獲了成功的喜悅。我很欣慰,95%的初三孩子最終取得了優(yōu)異的成績,李想同學(xué)考取了119分,取得了北京市英語單科狀元,實在難得。還有一批學(xué)生在116,114,112的高分,也非易事。因為,我所接的這些學(xué)生,原來都是中下等或者落后的學(xué)生。我很欣慰,被名校簽約的學(xué)生中,我的學(xué)生有好幾位。比如,八中分校的朱宸來被八中本部簽約。更有拒絕學(xué)生簽約,非要自己考,而且最終考出優(yōu)異成績的朝陽工大附中學(xué)生——蔡雨汀。我很欣慰,我的學(xué)生里有只學(xué)英語三四年就被美國兩所中學(xué)錄取的,他是理工附分校的學(xué)生——程驛涵。我很欣慰,為一模65多,二模57多,最終中考考了93的睿瀅同學(xué)。為初二時還是五六十多分,經(jīng)過兩年、一年的輔導(dǎo),到了中考得了102,103分的同學(xué),他們是西外的黃旭鑫和三帆的張新宇。說實話,幫助一個學(xué)弱生比我教出一個狀元我還高興。我一直認(rèn)為:雪中送炭比錦上添花更有意義。我很慶幸,今年的中考作文題《建議信》又成功被我壓中。建議信作文是我給每個孩子第一節(jié)課都要教的作文,也是我最后領(lǐng)學(xué)生練的壓軸作文的第一梯隊的第四篇。去年曾經(jīng)在考前兩天組織學(xué)生練《世博會給上海交通帶來的變化》,而去年中考考的就是《北京公交的變化》。成功的路不是一帆風(fēng)順的,在我們學(xué)習(xí)的路上,有的人的成績曾經(jīng)出現(xiàn)過一次倒退,兩次不理想。但是,我們并沒有放棄。這時候,我會承擔(dān)責(zé)任,自責(zé)自己。但是家長會說:“賈老師,我相信你,你不要有壓力,繼續(xù)帶”。謝謝你們的信任,并不是每個家長都能做到這樣。聽到這樣的話,我只有更加努力,來報答知遇之恩。我很欣慰,沒有辜負(fù)你們的信任。教育不是萬能的。我這年帶的有20余個學(xué)生,20個學(xué)生成績提高了,滿意了。另有三個學(xué)生成績沒有提高,雖然沒有退步,我還是感到很對不起你們,對此我非常抱歉。我只愿多年以后,孩子想起我來,能說句“跟著賈老師,值了!”足矣、足矣!
