AcceptanceofGroundingDevicesaccordingtotherequirementsoftheAnnouncementofPrintingand

DistributionofEstablishmentandRevisionPlansforNationalStandardsinEngineeringConstruction

2013(JIANBIAO〔2013〕No.6)issuedbyMinistryofHousingandUrbanRuralDevelopment.

Thiscodecomprises5chapterswiththemaincontentsasfollows:General;Terms;Basic

Requirements;Groundingofelectricequipment;Engineeringhandoverandacceptance.

Comparedwiththeoriginalcode,thiscodeaddsthefollowingcontents:1.BasicRequirements;

Thegroundingconnectionshallbeinstalledbytheconstructioncompanyaccordingtothe

companyshallberesponsibleforsupervision.

Thenewtechnology,newprocessandnewmaterialsshallbetestedandsubjecttonational

currentnormallyflowsshallbelaidalongtheinsulatingpaddingplateandshallnotbeconnectedwith

metalpipes,buildingsorequipmentcomponentsthroughmetal;

Thegroundingconnectionshouldnotbelaidinsoilwherethecorrosivesubstancecanbe

producedbyelectrolyzing.Theexternalgroundingconnectionorsoilimprovementmaybeadoptedif

TheDCpositivegroundingconductorandgroundingelectrodeshallnotbeconnectedwith

naturalgroundingelectrodethroughmetal;thedistancebetweenthemshallnotbelessthan1mwhen

thereisnoinsulation.

Theelectricequipmentshallbereliablyconnectedwiththegroundinggrid.Intheexpansion

Thegroundingconnectionacceptancetests,includingconductiontest,shallbecarriedoutafter

4.1SelectionofGroundingConnection

Thegroundingconnectionsshallutilizenaturalgroundingelectrodeburieddirectlyunderground

4.1.1

orunderwater.Thefollowingnaturalgroundingelectrodemaybeused:

Metalpipesburiedunderground,excludingpipesconveyingcombustibleorexplosivematerials;

Metalwellpipes;

Metalstructureofbuildingreliablyconnectedwiththeground;

Metalpipes,pilesandfoundationreinforcingmeshofthehydraulicstructuresandothersimilar

GroundingconductorofACelectricequipmentmaybegroundedthroughthefollowing

Metalstructure,beamandcolumnofbuildings;

Metalstructuresinproduction,suchascranetrack,passageway,platform,frameofcraneand

Thegroundingconnectioninthepowerplantandsubstationshall專用besetwithnotonlynatural

horizontalgroundingelectrode.Themeasuringwellseparatingnaturalgroundingelectrodefrom

artificialgroundingelectrodeshallbefurnished.Substationanddistributionsubstationof3kV~10kV

maynotbeartificiallygroundedwhenthereinforcingmeshinthebuildingfoundationisusedasthe

groundingelectrodeandthegroundresistancesatisfiesdefinedvalue.

Selectionofthegroundingconnectionmaterialshallbeinaccordancewiththefollowing

Exceptthetemporarygroundingconnection,thegroundingconnectionshallbehotdip

galvanizedifsteelisused.Thehotdipgalvanizedroundsteelandflatsteelshallbeusedforhorizontal

laying.Thehotdipgalvanizedanglesteel,steeltubeorroundsteelshallbeusedforverticallaying;

Whenflatcopperstrip,copperstrandedwire,copperrod,coppercoatedsteel(roundwireand

shallmeettherequirementsofdesign;

Aluminumconductorsshallnotbeusedasthegroundingelectrodeorgroundingconductor.
