issuedbytheMinistryofHousingandUrban-RuralDevelopmentofthePeoplesRepublicofChina,this

CodewasdevelopedbyCISDIEngineeringCo.,Ltd.togetherwiththeorganizationsconcerned.

Duringthedraftingprocess,theCodedevelopmentteamshaveconductedthorough

investigationsandstudies,carefullysummarizedpracticalexperience,referredtotherelevant

Thedesignoffinishingprocessofflatsteelshallbebasedontheactualconditionsofthe

specificflatsteelfinishingproject,withtheadoptionofapplicabletechnology,processand

equipment.

3.0.2

Thedesignoftheoperationequipmentforflatsteelfinishingprocessshallfollowthe

principleofbeing"advanced,applicable,reliableandsafe",andtheprocessoperationequipment

shallmatcheachotherintermsofcapacitysoastoassuretheproductionprocessshallbesmooth

andstable,meettherequirementsforproductmix,aswellascomplywiththeactivenational

standardswithrespecttoproductquality.

Theelectricdriveandautomationequipmentlevelofflatsteelfinishinglineshallbefitfor

theproductionprocessrequirementsandmechanicalequipmentlevel;designofautomationcontrol

systemandon-linedetectionsystemshallcomplywiththeprincipleofbeing"universal,open,

highlyreliableandfast".

3.0.5

Flatsteelrollingmillandauxiliaryfacilitiesofflatsteelfinishinglineshouldbedesigned

bytakingallconsiderationsasawholesystem.

3.0.6Ironandsteelenterprisemustnotusebackwardsecond-handflatsteelfinishingline

equipmentthathasbeeneliminatedathomeandabroad.

3.0.7

Thedesignedoutputofflatsteelfinishinglineshouldachievecost-effectiveproduction

capacity,andtheannualworkingtimeandloadrateofthelineshallbeproperlydetermined.Main

technicalandeconomicindexshallreachdomesticadvancedlevel,andenergyconsumptionof

processprocedureshallcomplywithpertinentrequirementsofcurrentnationalstandardGB50632

4.1FinishingProcessofExtra-HeavyPlate

4.1.1

Thefinishingprocessprocedureofextra-heavyplateshouldincludecoolingafterrolling,

surfaceinspection,grinding,headcutting,tailcutting,trimming,cut-to-lengthandsample

cutting,internaldefectdetection,flattening,marking,finishedproductstorageandotherprocess

steps.

4.1.2

Heattreatmentandcut-to-length,sampling,straighteningandsoonafterheattreatment

maybedoneforproductvarietiesandsizeswithspecialrequirements,andsomeproductsmayalso

bedemagnetized.

4.1.3

Incomingmaterialshouldbesteelplaterolledbyplatemill.

4.1.4

Productionprocessandequipmentshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

Dedicatedcoolingbedortableshouldbeprovidedonproductionline,diskorwalkingtype

coolingbedispreferred.

Slowcoolingmodeandslowcoolingtimeshallbedetermined專用accordingtosteelgrade,size,

chemicalcomposition,smeltingandcastingprocessconditionsandotherfactors.

Surfaceinspectionofcooledextra-heavyplateshallbedonefirst,thentheplateshallbe

Plateshouldbecutbythewayofautomaticflamecuttingorplasmacutting.Plasma

cuttingshallbeprovidedwithdustcollectingdeviceorthecuttingshallbedoneunderwater.

Platewithinternalqualityrequirementshallbedetectedbyultrasonictestingdevicefor

detectinginternaldefect.

Steelplateshouldbeflattenedbyflattener.Carry-overtableshouldbeprovidedbeforeand

aftertheflattenerandtheflattenerpressheadshallbeabletomovelaterally.

Steelplatesurfaceshallbemarked.

Theoveralldimensions,upperandlowersurfaces,edges,straightnessandmarkingquality

ofextra-heavyplateshallbecheckedaccordingtotechnicalrequirementsduringitsfinishing

process.

Theworkingsystemandannualworkingtimeoffinishinglineshallbedetermined

accordingtothede人人文庫signedoutput,productvarieties,sizesandproductionprocess,etc.,whichmaybe

differentfromthoseoftherollingline.

4.1.6

Processlayoutshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

Properequipmentconfiguration,compactlayout,smoothandshortprocessflowand

properbufferstorageshallbedesignedaccordingtosuchcharacteristicsasdiversifiedproduct

varietiesandsizes,smallproductionlot,crossingrouteoffinishingprocessroutesandlong

processingcycle.

Theoperationofextra-heavyplatefinishingshouldbeconcentratedinthespecificareain

platemillworkshop.

Plateslowcoolingandpilingyardshallbeprovided.

4.2FinishingProcessofCarbonSteelPlate

4.2.1

Thefinishingprocessofsteelplateshouldincludecoolingafterrolling,shearingorcutting,

surfacequalityandoveralldimensionsinspection,grindingofdefect,flawdetection,sampling,

marking,flattening,finishedproductstorageandotherprocesssteps.

4.2.2

Incomingmaterialshouldbesteelplaterolledbyplatemill.

4.2.3

ThedesignedoutputofshearinglineshouldmeettherequirementsasspecifiedinTable

4.2.3below:

Productionprocessandequipmentshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

preferred.

Slowcoolingmodeandslowcoolingtimeshallbedeterminedaccordingtosteelgradeof

platetoberolled,size,chemicalcomposition,smeltingandcastingprocessconditionsandother

factors.

Inspectionandgrindingtableshouldbeprovidedaftercoolingbed.

Platewithinternalqualityrequirementshallbedetectedbyautomaticultrasonictesting

devicefordetectinginternaldefects,whichshallbedonefullyautomaticallyandcontinuously.

Automaticultrasonictestingdeviceshouldbearrangedonline.

Platemillworkshopshallbeprovidedwithmechanicalshearinglineandofflineplate

cuttingequipment.Offlinecuttingofplateshouldbedonebyautomaticflame,plasmaorlaser

cuttingdevice.Plasmacuttingshallbeprovidedwithdustcollectingequipmentorthecuttingshall

bedoneunderwater.

Platecuttingshouldbeprovidedwithheadcutting(tailcutting)dividingshear,double-side

trimmingshearandcut-to-lengthshear.5000mmproductionlineshouldbeprovidedwithslitting

shearandlocatedn人人文庫earthedouble-sidetrimmingshear.

Trimmingshouldbedonebyrollingcuttypedouble-sideshearordisctrimmingshear.

Shearinglineshallbeprovidedwithautomaticmarkingandcenteringdevice,headandtail

scrap,slitteredgeandsample(motherplate)transportationandcollectionequipment,andfinished

platedetectionandautomaticmarkingmachineandotherprocessequipment.

Inspectionandgrindingtableshouldbeprovidedbeforestorageoffinishedproducts.

Coldstraightenershouldbeprovidedonplatefinishingline,andshallbeinstalledwithmill

scalecleaningandcollectingdevice.

Continuousheattreatmentlineshouldbeprovidedforplate.Nitrogenprotectedradiant

tubeheatingroller-hearth,openflameheatingroller-hearthfurnaceoropenflameheatingdual-

walkingbeamfurnace,andcontinuousrollingtypequenchingmachineandotherprocessequipment

shouldbeprovided.

Heattreatmentofsmallorder,specialsteelgrade,special-sizedplateshouldbedonebynon-

continuousheattreatmentfurnace.

Shotblastingdeviceshouldbeprovidedfornitrogenprotectedradianttubeheatingroller

hearthfurnace.

Heattreatmentlineshouldbeprovidedwithheattreatmentstraightener.

Platefinishingmillmaybeprovidedwithplatecoatingline.

15Platecoatinglinemustbeprovidedwithexhaustemissiontreatmentfacilities;paintstorage

roommustbedesignedaccordingtorelevantanti-hazardclassificationwhenorganiccoatingis

used.

4.2.5

Electricdriveandautomationequipmentshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

VariablespeedmotorshallbeprovidedwithACspeedcontrolsystem.

Shearingline,heattreatmentlineshallbeprovidedwithbasicautomationandprocess

controlcomputersystem.

Finishinglineshouldbeprovidedwiththesameproductioncontrolcomputersystemasthe

rollingmill.

4.2.6

Workingsystemandannualworkingtimeshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

Shearinglineshallbeprovidedwiththesameworkingsystemandannualworkingtimeas

therollingmill.

Heattreatmentlinemaybeprovidedwithworkingsystemandannualworkingtime

differentfromthoseoftherollingmill.

4.2.7

Processlayoutshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

Properequipmentconfiguration,compactlayout,smoothandshortprocessflowandproper

bufferstorageshallbedesignedaccordingtosuchcharacteristicsasdiversifiedproductvarietiesand

sizes,smallproductionlot,multiplefinishingroutesandfrequentcrossingtoandfrowithanaimto

savelandoccupationandinvestment,aswellastoresevethepossibilityforfutureexpansionwith

respecttoincreasingproductvarietiesandimprovingrollingmillproductioncapacity.

Shearinglineandrollingmillshouldbearrangedinastraightline,butmaybefoldback

typeiflimitedbygenerallayoutandprojectsite.Thespanofcoolingbedbayandshearbayshall

bedefinedaccordin人人文庫gtotheconfigurationofcoolingbedandshearinglineequipment.
