Preface

雙流是什么樣一座城市？

自然地理上，雙流是成都市中心城區(qū)之一，天府第一門(mén)戶；經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)位上，雙流是國(guó)

家級(jí)臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)示范區(qū)，四川天府新區(qū)和四川自貿(mào)區(qū)的重要承載地；綜合實(shí)力上，雙流曾

連續(xù)18年位居四川省十強(qiáng)縣榜首，一度位列全國(guó)百?gòu)?qiáng)縣前二十。2020年，雙流成都中西

部唯一獲評(píng)“中國(guó)最具幸福感”的城區(qū)；2021年7月，雙流獲評(píng)全國(guó)“高質(zhì)量發(fā)展十佳縣

（市、區(qū)）”和“國(guó)際化高質(zhì)量發(fā)展環(huán)境建設(shè)標(biāo)桿城區(qū)”。但這些，仍不足以概括雙流。深

四千多年前，古蜀國(guó)首次在雙流建立都城，蜀王蠶叢在這里授民蠶桑，開(kāi)啟了蜀地

燦爛輝煌的文明史。三國(guó)時(shí)期厲兵秣馬，造就其歷史地位。商瞿、三范、劉門(mén)，代有英

杰，匯聚千年風(fēng)雅。蜀錦、楮紙、火龍，傳承造物之美。李白登樓遠(yuǎn)眺，但見(jiàn)錦城繡戶之

外，“暮雨向三峽，春江繞雙流”；司空曙送好友入蜀，欣然寫(xiě)下“白日雙流靜，西看蜀國(guó)

春”；陸游在雙流旅舍里，看著窗外“西風(fēng)黃葉滿江村，瘦馬來(lái)穿渡口云”，縱使身閑，依

舊壯心未老。

作為歷史文化名城、古蜀文明發(fā)源地之一，雙流以其獨(dú)有的特質(zhì)，在歷史的不同時(shí)

代熠熠生輝。邁入新世紀(jì)，雙流機(jī)場(chǎng)呼嘯的鋼鐵之翼，拉開(kāi)經(jīng)濟(jì)騰飛的嶄新序幕。古老

的文化氣質(zhì)完成華麗轉(zhuǎn)身，空港之都成為雙流最閃亮的名片。

2018年，習(xí)近平總書(shū)記在雙流中電熊貓指出，“提高企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力和國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)

toexplore,afreshlifetotouch,andauniquepulsetofeel.Adeeperlookatthedistrictwillrevealitsinfinite

creativityandpeople’sgreatloveoflife.AllthesequalitiesmakeShuangliuaverytouchingandfascinating

Morethan4,000yearsago,theancientKingdomofShubuiltitsfirstcapitalintoday’sShuangliu.CanCong,

thelegendaryKingofShu,taughthispeoplesericulturehere,writingtheopeningchapterofthebrilliantShu

culture.DuringtheThreeKingdomsperiod,theancientShuearneditsplaceinhistorywithitsmilitaryclout.

Overthecenturies,Shuangliuhasbeenaplaceofandforgreatmenofletters,fromShangQu,adiscipleof

Confucius,totheThreeFans(??FanZhen,FanZuyuandFanChong??),andontotheLiufamily.Shuangliuhas

inheritedthebeautyofcreationsincludingShuBrocade,ChuPaperandFireDragonLantern.WhenLiBai,

theimmortalpoet,stoodontheSanhuaTower,lookingbeyondthebeautifulhousesinChengdu(??knownas

JinchengortheCityofBrocade??),thegreatpoetwrote,“TowardstheThreeGorgestheeveningraindrifts,

andaroundShuangliuwindthetwospringrivers.”WhenSikongShu,aTangpoet,badefarewelltoafriend

whowasreturningtoSichuan,hedelightedlywrote,“Thetworiversflowquietlyallday,lookingwestatthe

springsceneryofShu.”Here,the“tworivers”literallyreferstoShuangliu.LuYou,aprominentpoetofthe

SouthernSongDynasty,oncestayedatahostelinShuangliu.Lookingoutofthewindow,hewrote,“The

westwindblowsyellowtheriversidevillage.Thinhorsestraveltoandfroatthecloudyferry.”Althoughthe

poetwasbanishedtoChengdu,hestillhadayoungandambitiousheart.

AsahistoricallyandculturallyfamousdistrictandacradleoftheancientShuculture,Shuangliuhasleft

shinymarksindifferenthistoricalperiodsbyvirtueofitsuniquequalities.Intothe21stcentury,theroaring

TheturnaroundfromanancientculturalcradletoanairporthubhasgivenShuangliuitsbrightestbusinesscard.

In2018,PresidentXiJinpingvisitedChengduCECPandaDisplayTechnologyCo.,Ltd.inShuangliu.During

thevisit,henotedtheneedto“improvebusinesses’independentinnovationcapacityandinternational

competitivenesstodrivetheshiftfrom‘MadeinChina’to‘CreatedinChina’,fromChinesespeedtoChinese

quality,andfromChineseproductstoChinesebrands”.Overthesubsequentyears,withXi’sardentinstruction

inmind,ShuangliuDistricthasfocusedoninnovationandcreativitytodriveindustrialtransformation.The14th

PlenarySessionofthe13thCPCShuangliuDistrictCommitteeexplicitlyproposedtoestablishthedistrictasthe

ChineseCapitalofAviationEconomyinlinewiththenewdevelopmentphilosophy.Threepillarindustries,i.e.

aviationeconomy,electronicinformationandbiomedicine,areflourishinghere.Shuangliu,the“firststop”of

Chengdu’sglobalreach,iscloselyconnectedwiththerestoftheworldbyitsopenplatformsincludingtheFree

TradeZone(??FTZ??),theComprehensiveBondedZone,theForeignTradePortandtheBondedLogisticsCenter.

PresidentXiJinpingexpectedandrequiredthatChengdushould“highlightitsparkcityfeaturesandfactorin

ecologicalvalue”.Withthisexpectationandrequirementalwaysinmind,Shuangliuhasworkedhardtoenhance

itspoliticalawarenessandexplorethepathtobuildingabeautifulandlivableparkcity.Today,Shuangliuboasts

theMumaMountain,theJiang’anRiver,theAirportFlowerFieldandtheTianfuGreenway,aswellasthe10-

當(dāng)瞿上城的大門(mén)洞開(kāi)后，歷史的脈輪開(kāi)始流轉(zhuǎn)。他遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)走來(lái)，一路

披荊斬棘，一路留下盛世光彩。文明如呼嘯的驚瀑，奔涌成激蕩的

波濤。在縱橫里回溯其宏偉歷程，在變遷中感受其人文底蘊(yùn)。

“蠶叢及魚(yú)鳧，開(kāi)國(guó)何茫然。爾來(lái)四萬(wàn)八千歲，不與秦塞通人煙。”

四千多年前，遠(yuǎn)古先民從遙遠(yuǎn)的高原而來(lái)，他們?cè)诔啥计皆蟿?chuàng)建起浩瀚的古

蜀文明，蠶叢是古蜀的第一位蜀王。《山海經(jīng)》記載，“西、南黑水之間，有都廣之野，

后稷葬焉。其城方三百里”。傳說(shuō)此處為農(nóng)神后稷的歸葬之處，水源充沛，土壤肥沃，

地勢(shì)平坦，是蠶桑和漁獵的天堂。揚(yáng)雄《蜀王本紀(jì)》記：“蜀王本治廣都樊鄉(xiāng)，徙居成

都?！睆V都，即都廣之野。蠶叢部落在廣都瞿上建城，設(shè)立國(guó)都。在他的帶領(lǐng)下，蜀地迎

來(lái)了和平發(fā)展的新時(shí)代。此后數(shù)百年，數(shù)次遷都。從最初的瞿上到魚(yú)鳧時(shí)期的柳城，再

到后來(lái)的郫邑直至成都。即使城市中心不斷轉(zhuǎn)移，瞿上依然是古蜀重鎮(zhèn)。

thenPiyi,andfinallyChengdu.Evenifthecapitalkeptchanging,Qushangremaineda

placeofstrategicimportancefortheancientShu.

南宋文學(xué)家羅泌在他的神話歷史集《路史》中記，“蜀山氏，其始祖蠶叢，縱

目，王瞿上”，并且說(shuō)“今雙流縣南十八里有瞿上城，益之西南二十里。縣北有瞿

上鄉(xiāng)”，第一次明確了“瞿上”是一個(gè)“城”。2009年6月，四川大學(xué)歷史文化學(xué)院考

古系、成都文物考古研究所和雙流縣文管所組成“瞿上城”考古調(diào)查與研究課題

組，對(duì)雙流牧馬山九倒拐地區(qū)進(jìn)行了全面的考古調(diào)查和勘探。數(shù)月內(nèi)，考古專家們

運(yùn)用全覆蓋式調(diào)查法，先后在雙流區(qū)勝利鎮(zhèn)、黃水鎮(zhèn)以及新津縣花園鎮(zhèn)發(fā)現(xiàn)了三

處商周時(shí)期的遺址，這也是雙流境內(nèi)首次發(fā)現(xiàn)先秦時(shí)期的遺址。商周遺址處于牧

馬山山前地帶，沿河流臺(tái)地分布，表明那時(shí)的古人已進(jìn)入定居的農(nóng)耕時(shí)代。瞿上城

的傳說(shuō)終于不再僅停留于紙面，而變得觸手可及。

站在牧馬山九倒拐古蜀農(nóng)耕文化的發(fā)祥地，看四面青山草木蔥蘢，百里云天

風(fēng)煙俱凈。數(shù)千年時(shí)光演繹無(wú)數(shù)變遷，從某種意義上來(lái)說(shuō)，成都城市的歷史畫(huà)卷

從這里展開(kāi)。

第一口鹽井和望川源

戰(zhàn)國(guó)末年，強(qiáng)秦叩開(kāi)巴蜀的大門(mén)，蜀地就此融入中原文明。李冰的不世偉業(yè)

都江堰造就了水旱從人的天府之國(guó)?！氨肿R(shí)察水脈，穿廣都鹽井諸陂池，蜀

于是盛有養(yǎng)身之饒焉?！保ā度A陽(yáng)國(guó)志》）李冰不僅開(kāi)鑿了都江堰，他也開(kāi)啟了四

川的井鹽史，造就了雙流的膏腴之鄉(xiāng)。民國(guó)《華陽(yáng)縣志·山川》記載：“南山之首曰

木（牧）馬山……曰杏花山，山下為十八口，十八口者，昔時(shí)鹽井之目也。”20世

紀(jì)50年代，成都出土了一塊東漢制鹽畫(huà)像磚，磚上刻著一幅汲鹵圖，畫(huà)面生動(dòng)再現(xiàn)

了當(dāng)時(shí)井鹽生產(chǎn)的繁忙景象，場(chǎng)面分工明確，井井有條。廣都鹽井的形式比漢代畫(huà)

像磚上顯示的更古老，更簡(jiǎn)樸。1958年，當(dāng)?shù)卦?jīng)對(duì)十八口鹽井進(jìn)行修復(fù)，古鹽井

在除盡浮泥后，現(xiàn)出井圈，口徑4米余，越往下直徑逐漸展開(kāi)，深達(dá)14米，直徑已達(dá)

5米，水中含鹽量15克/升。這里的井，比畫(huà)像磚上的井口要大得多，不僅是大口淺

井，而且已經(jīng)狀大如“池”了，而這正與《華陽(yáng)國(guó)志》所記之“陂池”相吻合。
