應(yīng)用文寫作非信件類

通知

通知是上級對下級，組織對成員等部署工作，宣傳事情或召開會議等使用的應(yīng)用文，分

為口頭通知和書面通知。通知通常包括三部分：1.通知的具體事項(xiàng)內(nèi)容；2.事件的時間地

點(diǎn)及通知對象；3.注意事項(xiàng)

口頭通知所使用的語言具有明顯口語特征，通俗易懂，其發(fā)通知的單位和日期都可以不

寫。

書面通知是正式的布告或公告，要求語言規(guī)范，簡潔。

格式：標(biāo)題為Notice或NOTICE；正文；正文右下方為發(fā)出通知的單位或個人
