他在一所中學教書。(目前階段在進行的動作)現(xiàn)在進行時用法總結二、現(xiàn)在進行時的結構：現(xiàn)在進行時由“助動詞be(am,is／are)+動詞的現(xiàn)在分詞”構成。例如：Theyarelisteningtotheradionow.(肯定結構)他們正在聽廣播。Heisn’twatchingTVnow.(否定結構)Areyouwritingaletternow？(疑問結構)你正在寫信嗎？三、現(xiàn)在進行時的時間狀語：常與現(xiàn)在進行時連用的時間狀語有：now,atthemoment;另外，以Look,Listen或Don't...等開頭的祈使句常常會引出現(xiàn)在進行時的句子。但是，有時也用一般現(xiàn)在時，要看是表示正在進行的動作還是表示現(xiàn)在的狀態(tài)。如果表示正在進行的動作就用現(xiàn)在進行時，如果表示現(xiàn)在的狀態(tài)就用一般現(xiàn)在時。試比較：Listen!Whoissingingoverthere？聽！誰在那里唱歌呢？（表示正在進行的動作）Look!Whoisoverthere？看！是誰在那里？（表示現(xiàn)在的狀態(tài)）四、現(xiàn)在分詞的構成

1.在一般情況下，在動詞原形后直接加詞尾–ing。

go–going;do–doing;ask–asking;read---reading

2.在以不發(fā)音的e結尾的動詞后，去掉e，再加-ing。

come–cominglive–livingdance–dancingmake–making

3.在閉音節(jié)的單音節(jié)動詞后、以重讀閉音節(jié)結尾的多音節(jié)動詞，而末尾只有一個輔音字母時，將這個輔音字母雙寫（x除外），然后再加–ing.

sit–sitting;run–running;begin–beginning4.在少數(shù)幾個以–ie結尾的動詞后：須將–ie變作y，再加-ing。die–dying;tie–tyinglie–lying

五、現(xiàn)在進行時表將來現(xiàn)在進行時表將來，主要表示按計劃或安排要發(fā)生的動作：I’mleavingtomorrow.我明天走。They’regettingmarriednextmonth.他們下個月結婚。

現(xiàn)在進行時與一般現(xiàn)在時均可表示將來，區(qū)別是：用現(xiàn)在進行時表示將來，其計劃性較強，并往往暗示一種意圖;而一般現(xiàn)在時表示將來，則其客觀性較強，即通常被視為客觀事實，多指按時刻表或規(guī)定要發(fā)生的情況：I’mnotgoingoutthisevening.今晚我不準備出去。Whattimedoesthetrainleave火車什么時候開六、現(xiàn)在進行時表示感色彩現(xiàn)在進行時有時可表示滿意、稱贊、驚訝、厭惡等感彩，通常與always,forever,constantly,continually等副詞連用。比較：She’salwayshelpingpeople.她老是幫助別人。(表贊揚)Shealwayshelpsothers.他總是幫助別人。(陳述一個事實)Theboyisconstantlylying.
