pressure,orsugarintotheblood,etC.Ingeneralthepersonfeelsexcitedandready

toact.

Somedoctorssaythatbothrepressingandexpressingangercanbe

dangerous.Theybelievethatthosewhoexpressangerviolentlymaybemore

likelytodevelopheartdisease,andtheybelievethatthosewhokeeptheiranger

insidemayfaceagreaterdangerofhighbloodpressure.
