白牡丹,原產(chǎn)地是XX省福鼎縣.綠葉夾銀白色毫心,形似花朵,沖泡之后綠葉托著嫩芽,宛若蓓蕾初開,故名白牡丹.其特征是外形毫心肥壯,葉張肥嫩,呈波紋隆起,葉背遍布潔白茸毛,葉緣向葉背微卷,芽葉連枝.湯色杏黃或橙黃清澈,葉底淺灰,葉脈微紅,香味鮮醇.有潤肺清熱的功效,常當藥用.

黃茶的品質(zhì)特點是"黃葉黃湯".這種黃色是制茶過程中進行悶堆渥黃的結(jié)果.黃茶分為黃芽茶、黃小茶和黃大茶三類.黃大茶是我國黃茶類產(chǎn)量最多的一種,產(chǎn)于XX霍山和XX英山等地.產(chǎn)品特點:梗壯葉肥、葉片成條,梗葉相連,形似釣魚鉤,梗葉金黃油潤,湯色深黃,葉底黃色,味濃厚耐泡,具有突出高爽的焦香味.

3.黃芽茶
霍山黃芽HuoshanYellowBudTea2000-200
霍山黃芽產(chǎn)于唐朝,明代及為貢品.主產(chǎn)于XX霍山縣海拔600米以上山區(qū).其品質(zhì)特點是外形條直微展、勻齊成朵、形似雀舌、嫩綠披毫,香氣清香持久,滋味鮮醇濃厚回甘,湯色黃綠清澈明亮,葉底嫩黃明亮.
HuoshanYellowbudwasalreadywell-knownasafamousteainTangdynasty.WhiletheproductionskillofHuoshanyellowbudhaseverbeenlostinthehundredsyearsbefore1971.
HuoshanyellowbudismainlyproducedintheHuoshanareaofAnhuiprovince.Thetealeavelookslikethetongueofsparrow.Theteaisfineandtender,coveredbyhairytip.Becauseofaspecialprocessingstepnamed"yellowing",thetealeaveshowyellowincolor.ThecupcolorofHuoshanyellowbudisolivine.Itsmellsfreshandrefreshing,somewhatwithchestnutfragrance.Thetasteismellowandthick.Thetealeavesafterinfusionaretenderlyyellow.
ThenameHuangyameans"YellowSprout."?Thebeautifulleavesareamixtureofjadegreen,yellowandwhitecolors.?SinglesmallleaveswithhairytipscreatethisnuttyandsmoothTeawithagentle,sweetfinish.五、普洱茶1.普洱餅茶Pu-ErhCakeTea3000-30普洱茶:中國十大名茶之一.原產(chǎn)地是XX普洱市.作為皇家貢茶大至始于雍正四年〔1726年,被視為進貢朝廷的珍品.普洱茶是典型的后發(fā)酵茶,成品后還持續(xù)進行著自然陳化過程,具有越陳越香的獨特品質(zhì).分為生茶和熟茶.
生茶:生茶是以自然的方式陳放,未經(jīng)過渥堆發(fā)酵處理為生茶.生茶茶性較烈、刺激,新制或陳放不久的生茶有強烈的苦澀味,湯色較淺或黃綠.生茶適合存放幾年才飲用,長久儲藏,年復(fù)一年,香味越來越醇厚,價格也年年上升.
熟茶:普洱茶在制作過程中經(jīng)過人工渥堆發(fā)酵,使茶性趨向溫和,稱謂熟茶.熟普具有溫和的茶性,茶水絲滑柔順,醇香濃郁,更適合日常飲用.質(zhì)量上乘的熟普,也值得珍藏.熟普的香味也仍會隨著陳化的時間而變得越來越柔順、濃郁.
按照外形普洱又可以分為餅茶、磚茶、沱茶、散茶和工藝茶.
Pu-ErhTeaisoneofthetenmostfamousteasinChina.Pu’ErisalargeleafedteafromtheYunnanprovinceinChinaandhasbeenfamousasamedicinaltea.TheearliestrecordsofPu’ErteadatebacktotheTangDynasty<618AD-906AD>whenitwasthefavoriteteaofthenoblemanofthistime.Pu’erteaoverthecenturieshasbeenusedasaformofcurrencyinChinaandanimportantinternationaltradingitem.Pu’reteawasatonetimeverywellknowninnorthernCanadaamongthenorthernnativepeople,whoweretradingacrosstheBeringStrait.Pu’ErteaderivesitsnamefromthemarkettownofPu-er,whereitwasoriginallyprocessedandsold,butitisgrownontheNuoshanMountains.Itissaidthattheuniquetasteof?Pu’ErTeawasdevelopedbecauseittookweekstotransportthetealeavesbyhorsebacktothetowntobeprocessed.Duringthistransportationperiodthetealeaveswouldbegintofermentinthehumidityandreleaseastrong,fragrantaroma,whichpeoplefoundquitepleasant.AspecialtechniqueofteafermentingdevelopedandPu’erwasthuscreated.
ThesecretofmakingPu’erteahasbeencloselyguardedinChinaforcenturies.Thetealeavesarecollectedfromgrowersofaspecialbroad-leafteatree,whicharesaidtoberelatedtoancientprehistoricteatrees.Theleavesgothroughtwotypesoffermentation,whichgivesthisteaitsuniquecharacteristics;amild,butdistinctivelyearthyflavour.Pu’errequiresaminimumof10yearstomatureandgetsonlybetterwithage.Pu’erteasaremuchlikefinewines,whichbecomesmootherandmorebalancedwithage.Pu’Erteasaremuchlowerintanninsthanotherteasduetothespecialprocessingmethodwhichitundergoes.

六、烏龍茶1.XX烏龍

安溪鐵觀音,中國十大名茶之一.烏龍茶的極品.其品質(zhì)特征是:茶條卷曲,肥壯圓結(jié),沉重勻整,色澤砂綠,整體形狀似蜻蜓頭、螺旋體、青蛙腿.沖泡后湯色金黃濃艷似琥珀,有天然馥郁的蘭花香,滋味醇厚甘鮮,回甘悠久,俗稱有"音韻".鐵觀音茶香高而持久,可謂"七泡有余香".外形:條索肥壯、圓整呈蜻蜓頭、沉重,枝心硬,色澤烏黑油潤,砂綠明顯.內(nèi)質(zhì):香氣濃郁持久,音韻明顯,帶有蘭花香或生花生仁味、椰香等各種清香味;茶湯金黃、橙黃,滋味醇厚甘鮮,稍帶蜜味,鮮爽回甘.葉底:枝身圓,梗皮紅亮,葉柄寬肥厚〔棕葉蒂,葉片肥厚軟亮,葉面呈波狀,稱"綢緞面".
TiKuanYinteaisoneofthetenmostfamousteasinChina.whichtranslatedas"IronGoddessofMercy",isworldwidewell-knownChineseOolongtea.ThedrytealeavesofTiKuanYinismuchheavierthanotherChinesetea.InChina,itisdescribedbysuchwordsas"weighlikeiron".TheuniqueflavorofTiKuanYinteapraisedbyChinseteafarmersasthepresentbestowedbyKwan-yin<Kwan-yin:AgoddessinChinesefairytale>.Hence,TiKuanYinteaissocalled.TheoriginalproducingareaofTiKuanYinteaisXipingvillageofAnxicountyinFujianprovince.Tillnow,theproductionofTiKuanYinteainAnxihaslastedmorethan200yeas.TheappearanceofTiKuanYinteais"dragonflyhead,spiralbody,frogleg,mogalsargeenleafcoveredwithwhitefrost.heavybody".Whensteeping,TiKuanYinteaisfirstlytastedmellowwithstrongfragrance.Afterveralinfusions,theTiKuanYin'sfragranceisstillremain.Atthesametime,asweetaftertastequicklyrisefromthethroat.Indeed,it'shardtocorrectlydescribetheTiKuan

肉桂,又名玉桂,為武夷山名叢之一.遠在清朝已負盛名,肉桂除了具有巖茶的滋味特色外,更以其香氣辛銳持久的高品種香備受人們的喜愛.據(jù)行家評定,肉桂的桂皮香明顯,佳者帶乳味,香氣久泡尤存,沖泡四、五次仍有余香;入口醇厚回甘,咽后齒頰留香;湯色橙黃清澈,葉底黃亮,紅點鮮明,呈綠葉紅壤邊狀;條索勻整,緊結(jié)卷曲,色澤褐綠,油潤有光,部分葉背有青蛙皮狀小白點.

2.XX烏龍
1.鳳凰單樅Phoenixsinglebush800-300
鳳凰單樅茶,系在鳳凰水仙群體品種中選拔優(yōu)良單株茶樹,經(jīng)培育、采摘、加工而成.單樅茶實行分株單采,當新茶芽萌發(fā)至小開面時〔即出現(xiàn)駐芽,即按一芽、二三葉標準,用騎馬采茶手法采下,輕放于茶羅內(nèi).有強烈日光時不采,雨天不采,霧水茶不采的規(guī)定.一般于午后開采,當晚加工,制茶均在夜間進行.經(jīng)曬青、晾青、碰青、殺青、揉捻、烘焙等工序,歷時10小時制成成品茶.其外形條索粗壯,勻整挺直,色澤黃褐,油潤有光,并有朱砂紅點;沖泡清香持久,有獨特的天然蘭花香,滋味濃醇鮮爽,潤喉回甘;湯色清澈黃亮,葉底邊緣朱紅,葉腹黃亮,素有"綠葉紅鑲邊"之稱.具有獨特的山韻品格.
