Onepotentialsolutiontomeetthepensionneedsoffarmersistheimplementationofaspecialpensioninsurancesystemtailoredtothespecificcharacteristicsandchallengesfacedbyruralworkers.Suchasystemwouldprovideasafetynetforfarmersduringtheirretirementyears,ensuringtheyhaveastableincometosupportthemselvesandtheirfamilies.

Tosuccessfullyestablishaneffectivepensioninsurancesystemforfarmers,itiscrucialtoconsidertheuniquecircumstancestheyface,suchasirregularincomepatterns,lackofformalemploymentcontracts,andlimitedaccesstofinancialservices.Additionally,thesystemshouldalsotakeintoaccountthediverseneedsandpreferencesoffarmers,aswellastheculturalandsocialaspectsofruralcommunities.
