活血化瘀類口服中成藥治療急性缺血性腦卒中有效性的網(wǎng)狀meta分析

摘要：急性缺血性腦卒中是一種常見且嚴重的神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病，活血化瘀類口服中成藥被廣泛應(yīng)用于其治療。本研究旨在通過網(wǎng)狀meta分析評估活血化瘀類口服中成藥治療急性缺血性腦卒中的有效性。我們檢索了相關(guān)研究，并采用Stata15.0軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進行分析。通過效應(yīng)圖、森林圖和演化圖的繪制，我們對治療組和對照組進行整體和亞組分析，以評估活血化瘀類口服中成藥在改善患者臨床癥狀、生活質(zhì)量和神經(jīng)功能方面的療效。

結(jié)果顯示，活血化瘀類口服中成藥治療急性缺血性腦卒中在改善患者臨床癥狀方面具有一定的有效性。整體分析顯示，與對照組相比，治療組的患者在神經(jīng)功能恢復(fù)、肢體活動度改善、言語恢復(fù)等方面表現(xiàn)出更好的療效。亞組分析進一步確認了這一結(jié)果。

此外，活血化瘀類口服中成藥對改善患者生活質(zhì)量也具有積極作用。療效圖顯示，治療組的生活質(zhì)量評分明顯優(yōu)于對照組。亞組分析結(jié)果表明，在不同治療時間、不同用藥劑量和不同年齡段的患者中，活血化瘀類口服中成藥對改善生活質(zhì)量均具有顯著療效。

總體而言，活血化瘀類口服中成藥治療急性缺血性腦卒中顯示出較好的療效。但是，本研究也存在一些限制，如研究數(shù)量較少、研究樣本容量小以及部分研究的質(zhì)量不高。因此，未來的研究需要進一步加強，以更全面、可靠地評估活血化瘀類口服中成藥在治療急性缺血性腦卒中中的有效性。

Abstract:Acuteischemicstrokeisacommonandsevereneurologicaldisease,andoraltraditionalChinesemedicine(TCM)withthefunctionofpromotingbloodcirculationandremovingbloodstasisiswidelyusedinitstreatment.ThisstudyaimedtoevaluatetheeffectivenessoforalTCMinthetreatmentofacuteischemicstrokethroughanetworkmeta-analysis.WesearchedforrelevantstudiesandanalyzedthedatausingStata15.0software.Bydrawingeffectmaps,forestplots,andevolutionmaps,weconductedoverallandsubgroupanalysesonthetreatmentgroupandthecontrolgrouptoevaluatetheefficacyoforalTCMinimprovingclinicalsymptoms,qualityoflife,andneurologicalfunctioninpatientswithacuteischemicstroke.

TheresultsshowedthatoralTCMhadacertaineffectivenessinimprovingclinicalsymptomsofpatientswithacuteischemicstroke.Theoverallanalysisshowedthatcomparedwiththecontrolgroup,thetreatmentgrouphadbetteroutcomesintermsofneurologicalfunctionrecovery,improvementinlimbactivity,andspeechrecovery.Subgroupanalysisfurtherconfirmedthisresult.

Inaddition,oralTCMalsohadapositiveeffectonimprovingthequalityoflifeofpatients.Theefficacygraphshowedthatthequalityoflifescoresofthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseofthecontrolgroup.SubgroupanalysisresultsindicatedthatoralTCMhadsignificantefficacyinimprovingqualityoflifeinpatientsatdifferenttreatmenttimes,differentmedicationdoses,anddifferentagegroups.

Inconclusion,oralTCMshowedgoodefficacyinthetreatmentofacuteischemicstroke.However,thisstudyalsohassomelimitations,suchasasmallnumberofstudies,smallsamplesizes,andlowqualityofsomestudies.Therefore,futureresearchneedstobefurtherstrengthenedinordertocomprehensivelyandreliablyevaluatetheeffectivenessoforalTCMinthetreatmentofacuteischemicstroke.
