1)負(fù)責(zé)mems芯片設(shè)計(jì)、工藝開發(fā)等;

2)負(fù)責(zé)mems芯片的檢驗(yàn)、測試總結(jié)和異常分析;

3)負(fù)責(zé)撰寫mems芯片的檢驗(yàn)測試總結(jié)報(bào)告和異常分析報(bào)告;

4)負(fù)責(zé)mems芯片的試封進(jìn)度管理與試封總結(jié);

技能要求:

1)微電子、儀器、電子等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷;

2)熟悉半導(dǎo)體加工流程和傳感器相關(guān)知識(shí);

3)具有較強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力;

4)有半導(dǎo)體集成電路或者mems傳感器相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
