杰里真是個(gè)讓人喜愛得不行的家伙。他總是心情開心、心情高漲,總能說出樂觀的話來。每當(dāng)別人問他一切可好時(shí),他就回答:“好得不能再好了!”

杰里回答說:“每天早上醒來后我對(duì)自己說,‘杰里,今日你有兩個(gè)選擇。你可以選擇一個(gè)好心情,也可以選擇一個(gè)壞心情。’我選擇了好心情;每次有壞事發(fā)生時(shí),我可以選擇成為受害者,也可以選擇從中及吸取教訓(xùn),我選擇了從中吸取教訓(xùn);每當(dāng)有人向我埋怨時(shí),我可以選擇聽他們埋怨,或者給他們指誕生活中樂觀的一面,我選擇了指誕生活中樂觀的一面?!?/p>

杰里連續(xù)說:“醫(yī)生們很好,他們不斷地告知我我會(huì)好起來的。但他們推我進(jìn)急救室時(shí),我看到醫(yī)生和護(hù)士臉上的表情,我覺得很可怕。他們臉上寫著‘這個(gè)人要死了?!抑牢以搶?shí)行些行動(dòng)了。”
