Staffing
TheResourceDepartmentcurrentlyhasateamof15memberswhoarewell-trained,highlyskilled,anddedicated.Theteamisresponsibleforthemanagementandutilizationofthecompany'sresourcessuchastechnicalequipment,cameras,microphones,recordingstudios,editingequipment,andothers.Thedepartmenthasfunctionalandefficientsystemstomanage,controlandmonitortheuseofresourcesinalldepartmentsofthecompany.
ResourceAllocation
Duringthefinancialyear2024-2024,theResourceDepartmentallocatedresourcestovariousdepartmentssuchasNews,Sports,Entertainment,andCorporateCommunications.Atotalof5%ofthetotalbudgetwasdedicatedfortheprocurementofnewequipment,whichwasnecessaryduetotheadvancementintechnologyandtheneedforhigh-qualityproductions.Thedepartmentalsoconductedroutinecheckstoensurethatallequipmentwasingoodconditionandoptimalperformancelevels.
ResourceUtilization
TheResourceDepartmentensuredoptimalutilizationofallresourcestosupportthevariousdepartmentsofthecompany.Weestablishedatrackingsystemtomonitortheuseofresourcesandensurethattheywerenotoverusedorunderused.PeriodicreportsweresubmittedtotheHRDepartmentandtheCEOindicatingtheuseofresources.Thishelpedtoidentifychallengesandtobringsomecorrectiveactionasnecessary.
