MynameisCatherine,andIamastudentinfourthgrade.Today,IwouldliketosharewithyoumyexperiencesandachievementsinEnglishoverthepastsemester.

Firstly,IhavebeenstudyingdiligentlyandparticipatedactivelyinEnglishclass.Wehavecoveredavarietyoftopics,includinggrammar,vocabulary,reading,writing,andspeaking.Forinstance,wehavelearnedaboutadjectives,adverbs,prepositions,andconjunctions,andhowtousethemcorrectlyinsentences.Wehavealsolearnedmanyusefulwordsandphrasesrelatedtodailylife,suchasfoods,animals,familymembers,andcolors.Wehavealsoreadseveralshortstoriesandpassages,andansweredcomprehensionquestionstoimproveourreadingskills.Wehavealsowrittensentences,paragraphs,andcompositionsondifferentthemes,suchasmyhobby,myhometown,andmydream.Additionally,wehavepracticedspeakinginpairsandgroups,usingdialogues,role-plays,andpresentations,toenhanceourcommunicationskills.

Secondly,IhavebeenusingvariousresourcesandtoolstoassistmyEnglishlearning.Forexample,Ihavebeenusingonlinedictionariesandtranslatorstocheckthemeaning,pronunciation,andspellingofwordsthatIamunfamiliarwith.IhavealsobeenusingEnglish-languageappsandgames,suchasDuolingo,Quizlet,andKahoot,topracticemyreading,writing,andgrammarskillsinafunandinteractiveway.Moreover,IhavebeenlisteningtoEnglishsongs,watchingEnglishmoviesandTVshows,andchattingwithEnglish-speakingfriends,toimmersemyselfinthelanguageandculture.

Thirdly,IhaveachievedsomebenchmarksandmilestonesinEnglish.Forexample,Ihavepassedthelevel2oftheEnglishProficiencyTest,whichmeasuresourabilitytouseEnglishinreal-lifesituations,suchasorderingfood,givingdirections,andmakingaphonecall.IhavealsowonthefirstprizeintheEnglishSpeechContest,whereIdeliveredaspeechonthetopicof"HowtoProtecttheEnvironment".IhavealsoreceivedpositivefeedbackfrommyEnglishteacherandclassmates,whohavenoticedmyprogressintermsofpronunciation,fluency,andcreativity.

Inconclusion,IamproudofmyachievementsinEnglishandgratefulforthesupportandguidanceofmyparentsandteachers.IbelievethatEnglishisnotonlyalanguageskill,butalsoalifeskill,thatcanbroadenourhorizons,connectwithpeoplefromdifferentcultures,andachieveouraspirations.Therefore,IwillcontinuetostudyEnglishwithenthusiasm,curiosity,
